Owner Damian Sansonetti has a background in fine dining, having previously worked as the chef de cuisine at New York’s Bar Boulud. His true love has always been the incredibly palate-pleasing dishes of his childhood, cooked with love by his mother and grandmother. Thus, Piccolo specializes in homemade pasta, grilled seafood and fresh ingredients to take customers on a taste journey to the Italian countryside.
