   Decided on the bottomless pizza and pasta menu for a group of 7. Was very let down by the service. Had one waiter check up on us when we arrived and then was left alone for almost 25 minutes waiting for someone to come around for us to order. We also had to ask multiple times for extra cheese as we were only given 1 small dish between the table. The bottomless menu was limited but well worth the money, especially with larger groups who are sharing. We were also given the option to change out the type of pasta if requested. The food was ok but slightly bland (personal opinion). I would go back for the food but not the service.

   We went for a quick bite to eat before the footy. Wow, this far outweighed our expectations. What an amazing place, amazing food with amazing staff. What a hidden gem! I had the scotch fillet and my wife had the squid with a pear and rocket side salad. Value for money indeed! Do yourself a favour and get there. We certainly will be back.

   I haven't been since it first open but I'm so glad I came back! The food was delicious, recommend the buratta. Friendly service and didn't feel rushed or waiting. It was just a really nice night there. Would like to go back soon.

   The food was outstanding! Such good value, so tasty! I feel like the staff couldve been a little more conversational and friendly, but we felt comfortable. Would definately come back!

   Was a great experience. Such a nice place for a date night with great food. Only feedback is a little more seafood in the seafood marinara, ordered it and it only came with prawns and a small amount of fish within the sauce.

    Good service and food. Staff just need to remember little things like tongs for salad & serving spoon for olives & the grated cheese for all pasta dishes, not having to ask for these.

    We enjoyed our experience overall. We had an early reservation and were glad of it as football was on at the oval and things got busier. Service was great and all enjoyed their meals bar one, who found the spaghetti far too salty.

    Beautiful food full of flavour and presented exceptionally well! Beautiful location, great for families, even accommodated small children with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend. Will come again!

    Hello, the service wasn’t good. We had asked a waitress to check with the chef on something regarding some food, she never checked and the food was just given to us. She was very rude towards us and looked like she did not want to be there. We were given glasses for water, but no water until we asked. It took 20 minutes for our drinks to come out and 45 minutes for our food to arrive and it was just warm when we received it

    Loved our dinner at Piccoli Piatti! Pasta was delicious, and so was the dessert. Great cocktail selection too. I would definitely come back!

    Food was nice, my family enjoyed theirs also. I work in hospitality myself and I picked up on a lot of things that could have been improved on. Service was lacking, both our table and the one next to us had to get up to go find a server to take our order because there was no one around. Also tables would leave and wouldn’t be cleared for ages, again no staff around and it wasn’t even busy in the restaurant.

    Food really nice, a bit noisy as lots of people there and function upstairs. They had a lot of random things left around the restaurant that made it look untidy, stuff that should probably go in their office or behind counter.

    Perfect attentive service and wonderful food! Came here for dinner with my partner and 3 year old, the kids menu is good, common options but great quality and sizing portions! We all went for pizzas which were light crispy and yet still fluffy, all with generous toppings! Also had the Aranchini balls, again delicious! Complimentary bread and oils to start also, nice touch. Staff were extremely attentive and would come and check in on us regularly, which having a impatient 3 year old was lovely! Meals were fast and the pricing was fair. We will be back here again!

    Good and atmosphere was great, the restaurant has a nice interior design and furniture. Only downside was that our waiter was not great - didn’t have much interest in talking to us at all. The other staff that served us were very nice though!

    All good. Food,Service, Ambience. This might be a one time only; my husband just noticed that when the waitress was placing clean glasses on the table she was holding the glasses with her fingers inside the glasses. I can understand that by doing this you can hold more glasses , however it’s not very hygienic. It was a busy time! Apart from that it was fabulous !!

    We very much enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. It is an attractive space with a buzz about it, although it is not noisy. The service is excellent the food is lovely but the servings are too large for comfort.

    Overall it was very good, however, after we received our mains we could not catch the eye of any server at all, no-one came to check on our table and they basically lost another $100 worth of drinks and dessert. We were actually thirsty and would have liked at least some more water! We understand times are hard and Covid has made everyone short staffed so bear the restaurant no ill-will, however we went elsewhere in O'Connell Street for dessert. A somewhat downbeat ending to an otherwise nice family lunch.
