First time here. Nice place,food was a 7 out of 10.
Our food was delicious. Our server was awesome. The only downside is the music was way too loud for an afternoon lunch.
The wait staff lacked formal training. The waiter brought a bottle of wine and didn’t have us taste it first as most restaurants would have before serving it. The wine glasses were filthy. We had to request clean glasses which should never happen. My mother’s ribs were clearly overcooked and the waiter should have recognized this. No follow up on meal satisfaction. My mom approached the manager about our dissatisfaction. He did attempt to compensate by giving us a gift card to return. Having been there before, I am assuming this is tied to lack of help and new help so we will give them another chance.

Cyara was very nice and made sure my friend and I had a wonderful time, abs was kind to check on an entree due to meal restrictions I had, and the food was awesome, definitely recommend the oolong sea bass... thank you so much!

The hostess didn’t cover her nose with her mask. And two or three times she came within 1 foot of my face. To talk to me. That was very irresponsible and dangerous.//The noise level is too high that’s damaging to the years. The food was great, although it was too salty. You should leave salt and sodium to customer discretion. But the fish was fantastic and the bar service was fantastic
It felt like we were being rushing they entire time we were at dinner. We had 90 minutes there but i felt like we were only there for maybe an hour so we didn’t even get our full time to enjoy our dinner. All the food we ordered came out in less than 5 minutes which made us believe that it wasn’t fresh and that it was already cooked and just waiting under a heater for someone to order it. The check was brought out before we even got our dessert. And we had to ask for dessert we were never asked if we wanted dessert and to see the menu.
Food was cold, ginger chicken was disgusting. Lobster dumplings were ok and the sesame chicken was undercooked
It's on the more expensive side for the type of food you get and it's just ok food, nothing exceptional
Waiter was attentive, we were seated quickly. Social distancing was great.

My experience here wasn’t good. We didn’t end up eating here because the hostess was rude and unprofessional. It was all over them running out of kid’s menus. When my wife asked about it, the hostess was more interested in playing on her phone then getting a menu for my son. She was quick with her, talked over her and ultimately asked if we even needed a kid’s menu at all. After the confrontation, she came over to explain why she talked to my wife the way that she did. She made it sound like my wife was the problem from just asking for a menu for my son to order from. When our waitress came over to ask about drinks, we explained the situation and told her that we were just going to leave. She did ask if we wanted to speak to the manager but at this point, we were already aggravated. It’s a shame. I was looking forward to this dinner. The few times I have eaten at P.F. Chang’s, the food and service has been great. I don’t think it’s okay to treat customers like that or talk down to them. I feel bad rating this restaurant so poorly based off of one employee but this was the experience that we had. I wonder if others have had similar experiences with this hostess. I’m not expecting any above and beyond treatment when I go out to a restaurant. But at least avoid being disrespectful before we even get a drink order in.
Food was good but took over 20 minutes to receive our lettuce wraps. When they came, entrees were served almost immediately after, causing our entrees to cool a bit while we ate our appetizer. Had a plate that was sticky and a knife that wasn't completely cleaned. Server was attentive.

Pre-theatre dinner. Service was excellent! Wish I could remember our waiter’s name. He was so attentive and helpful. We love coming here; even our Japanese friend likes P. F. Chang — she loves American sushi! We’ll be back soon!
Had a wonderful lunch with a dear friend. The food was fabulous. Started with tempura sushi and then had crispy honey shrimp. Loved it!
Service took extremely, sort of out of the ordinary! The drinking glasses were a little dirty as well. Overall, the food was good and the experience went well enough to still recommend this location to others.
When we arrived they had no record of our open table reservation. They said that open table reservations don’t show on their main computer. Luckily it was not crowded so we only had to wait a bit for them to put together a table for 10. Everything went well and the meal was very good, but you may want to check on the open table reservations.

Food portions were much smaller than the PF Chang's in Towson.
LOVE p.f. chang’s. but the staff were interesting. hostesses were unprofessional and we ended up being seated near the kitchen entrance that didn’t have a door (lovely views of old plates under the ovens). food was good as always and luckily our server was fun and positive, and went out of her way to make sure our food was GF for our family members with allergies.
Well, they started off with a 30 minute wait because they forgot to reenter reservations from Open Table in their system, but made up for it with fast service. Food isn’t what it once was here.
Food was terrible
Evening was dampered by the rudeness of the hostess. We arrived 30 mins early, checked in, asked if we should stay there or go to the bar--- she said the bar was fine, she would find us. 10 mins after our reserved time I came out to inquire and she very rudely informed me that she called for us (I'd love to.know where) 20 mins ago and our table.was GONE! Thankfully Marvin at the bar was very accommodating and took care of us but the quiet date night we had planned was not quite the same at the bar with all the activity and noise. The food was great and Marvin was busy every single minute but still took time for us. The hostess staff could learn some manners. The rudeness really did almost ruin the knight. Marvin salvaged it. Thank you Marvin!
Decided to try P.F. Chang’s. The food was okay. Took a little longer than expected. The food was decent but seemed overpriced for the amount of food that you get
It’s definitely not what it used to be. The server was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the food and had no idea what the draft beers tasted like. The draft beer selection was downright awful.
A few years ago this was the place to come for decent Asian fare. It was a little pricey but an overall good eating experience was worth it. It’s still pricey but the service and food have declined. Guess it’s time to find an up and coming place.
I’ve been here many times before and enjoyed our meals each time. Unfortunately, our food was horrible. Ordered the lettuce wraps for appetizer and the chicken was burned. 3 out of four main dishes were not edible. The chicken was completely dried out like a pieces of cardboard. We did not report to manager any of our concerns. We did not want our food remade. Our waitress was very nice but had a very difficult time multi tasking and took a very long Time to acknowledge us when we first sat down (greater than 15min). We waited over 20 min for our drinks each time we ordered (we each ordered 2) I’m wondering if it’s under new management since the overall service and food was not like we had experienced in the past.

The service was slow
We had a lovely dinner but I was disappointed with our seating. Hostess at first said she did not have our reservation but when I told her I made it through open table she said she didn’t have the Ipad. We were seated right inside the dining room and I felt a chill whenever some entered or exited the restaurant. I had hoped they would prepare a better spot since I made the reservation and had indicated we were there for a special occasion. But the service and the food was good.
This was the first time in years that I have been to this chain restaurant. It was the first time for my friend. We both loved it. The food was exceptional. We both split the tempera shrimp for an appetizer and each had the honey shrimp. Can’t wait to go back!

Good food, good atmosphere. Always a good crowd at this P.F. Changs location. Our server was Nate, he did a great job, I would recommend asking for him!
The bowl I ordered was arranged with 5 chips occupying about 1/3 of the bowl. No wonder the place was empty.
