Restaurant was closed down.
Imagine my disappointment when I made a reservation for NYE dinner, drove there, and the restaurant was closed.
This location is permanently closed and needs to be taken off Open Table.
This location is closed
It's still closed. Why I can make a reservation for a restaurant that apparently hasn't been open since March is perplexing.
The restaurant was closed, but is still taking reservations via OpenTable.
The hosts were on the phone when we arrived and failed to acknowledge our presence even after they were off of the phone for several minutes. When they finally asked if we needed help, they could not find our Open Table reservation in their system and blamed Open Table for not sending it to them. They did "accommodate us" (the restaurant was empty but they acted like they were doing us a favor). After sitting for 15 minutes without a single person coming to check on us, we left. There were plenty of people just standing around chatting so we did not understand why we were not even acknowledged.
Second time I got the long life noodles. They were gummy, as if they were sitting in a pot and plunged in hot right before serving. The shrimp was really greasy
After 30 plus minutes, we left. No server ever came to serve us. The couple beside us also left. This place will close soon. Shame!
Food is always good, service is always terrible
The food here is really excellent; every dish we had was delicious.
The service is slow servers and managers tend to stay out of sight in the kitchen or service areas so you are always looking for someone to refill beverages.
When w entered the restaurant there were two servers at the podium and no one greeted us for several minutes. When we were greeted it was not very welcoming. We were seated at a table that evidently did not have a server. We waited ten minutes before anyone came over to our table. When the server approached the table he said, I guess I’ll take you all. We were confused at that point. The server stated “no one wanted to take your table, so I guess I will”! What in the world! He took our order and appetizer order but of course the food came out before the appetizers did. We were almost done eating before the appetizers came to the table. We eat here all the time and this was horrible service we got. I must say the Manager was awesome and truly made the ending better than the beginning and middle of the meal. I’m not sure if we will go back to this one again.
Service sucked! Fairly certain our waiter was stoned. Food was average at best. This place has gone way down hill.
We’re sorry to see your experience wasn’t what we had hoped it would be! We’ll be sure to share this with our Potomac team. If you would like to discuss your feedback with us in further detail, please reach out to us at 480-888-3100. Thank you!
Everything was wonderful with great service!
Although the food is pretty good, we've noticed the portions on high end plates like sea bass and lobster have shrunk since we started going. Service is terrible.
Service was terrible. Slow all around. Food was good though the chicken in the lettuce wraps was over cooked. Would’ve complained, but by the time we got our food we just wanted to eat and get home! Asked for the check and it took another 10 minutes to go. I don’t think we will be back.

Our food and waiter were terrific. The kitchen was very slow in delivering the various courses.
This restaurant has great food, excellent service and beautiful ambiance. The Spicy Chicken, Kung Pow Chicken and Mongolian Beef are favorite items along with Pork Fried Rice--all delicious.
Horrible customer service from our waitress. She didn’t take the time to go over the menu. She walked pass us four separate occasions without refilling our water glass. She didn’t even take the time to tell us about the promotions that was advertised by other waiters that viewed talking to customers . She made it to where I will not go back or recommend anyone going to again.

Valentines Day - Food was excellent and our server was very efficient. I highly recommend this PF Chang’s.
Everything was very good, service excellent. We were seated right away (5:30 on a Saturday with Open Table resv). Had a couple rowdy kids next to us but not the restaurant’s fault. Whiskey sour was delish. Kung Pao shrimp fantastic and Great Wall chocolate cake great as always.
This place is not aging well. With so many great jobs you can see servers not very top notch. Not clean a sticky table is a big turnoff.
We enjoy this spot a lot and dine here frequently. The atmosphere is inviting although what they call booths are not the norm (L-shaped) so you are not facing others in your party but they do break up the large open dining area. The food is always excellent though on this occasion the always awesome crispy green beans were very greasy (our server promptly and willingly replaced them).
The prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in the area but not objectionable (our lunch for two was a bit over $60 without tip and with no alcoholic beverages). Servings are generous so we took the uneaten portions home and enjoyed them as another meal.
Great oriental food on a family oriented restaurant!!
New location although I like the older design of P.F. Chang's. The new design feels colder and less caring. The design of the second door towards the back is very questionable. Employees were using it to take food out to the pick-up service but this door was right next to our table and another. Every time they would go out a very cold draft made the experience of being there very unpleasant.
There also used to be gluten free dessert options. I came here for my birthday and my family bought me some balloons and they got free and they went all the way to the ceiling. We wanted to get them down but the manager didn't put much effort into an appropriate solution. I feel if you have a high ceiling like that that there should be a sanitary way to get something down that won't take way from the experience of other diners. His response was to come after closing.
This P.F. Chang's is trying to be something that it isn't and should keep in mind that it is in the middle of the suburbs with many families. I doubt we were the first family to be put off by the atmosphere and treatment from the manager. I know that there's a balance between appealing to all age ranges and demographics but save the super fancy elitist attitude for your locations closer to D.C. We will likely never return to this location.
Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We will ensure that we pass this along to our team. We would love to get some additional detail from you. Could you send us a private note with more information about your visit and contact information and our team will reach out to you. Thanks!
The Sushi Roll was made with COOKED Rice! I have Never Seen This Before...plus it had Way Too Much Siracha Sauce On It, not that it was too spicy, just that it Killed the Flavor of Anything Else In the Roll. No Balance.
Felt Like I was Eating Asian Food Designed by the Executive Chef of IHOP! Thier Menu Says that it is Inspired by "Northern Chinese Cuisine"...more like Northern Michagan Chinese Cuisine.
Quality Wasn't Bad, Just That the Flavor Profiles and Balance were Certainly Not Asian...

The restaurant seemed understaffed on New Year's Day for dinner. Dirty plates sat on our table for extended periods of time which was off-putting. Empty appetizer plates still sitting even as we were finishing dessert, for example. The table was sticky. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins, there were small amounts of spilled food and several dirty napkins under our table as we sat down.
That said, the food was delicious and well made. Our server was friendly and was hustling throughout the evening.
Service was very poor. First time I have had bad service at a PF Chang’s. Ordered soup and it was forgotten , ordered coffee with dessert and it was forgotten too. Asked for a spoon for a toddler to use and it too was forgotten about.
My advice is if you go to this PF Chang’s enjoy but ensure you do not sit in Michael’s area as he is awful. Perhaps he had a bad night but this was a terrible service from him
OpenTable reservations was not accepted.
I provided proof. They said we would be next.
They did not follow though on their promise. They still made us wait for 20 minutes and 4 tables were seated ahead of us.
Great evening with appetizers and dinner.
The food was as expected for PF Changs - and there was plenty of it! I am not sure if the server was new, but the service was lacking. It took a long time to be acknowledged when we were seated. We got drinks relatively quickly, but I had to ask three times about sweeteners for my iced tea - once when the drinks were delivered, once when our food was delivered, and once when he came back to check on us. The restaurant was slow, but it was apparent the large banquet table had just left because our server was busy bussing that table. He was trying to get that done while serving - and I have a sense that the bussing of the table was a higher priority. Maybe the restaurant was short-handed. Maybe he was new. Who knows. We had a nice time and a delicious dinner nonetheless.
Very good food and a change of pace. Nice bar area for a drink before dinner too. Love the spice added to the dinner as well.
We had good and friendly service. Our orders were accurate. Our waiter did a good job of attending to our table while training another waiter as well. He was friendly and attentive. It was a little loud due to being busy. I appreciate our reservation tables had been set aside and were ready within a few minutes of arriving.
Will return.
We had a reservation for 6:00. After waiting for 50 minutes and not being seated, we asked again when we would be seated but was only told “soon”. The restaurant had several empty tables that could have accommodated us. We left to go to Firebird where we were immediately seated and received excellent service. As we were leaving, a hosted stated we will seat you soon. My husband asked again, how long. The response was soon.” I love P. F. Chang but this experience was awful!
Their computer system was down and we had a movie we were trying to make and the manager wound up comping our meal. Always great quality food and service!
Made my reservation, was told to wait 30 mins and I was going to receive a message. 30 minutes flew by and still no message. I went to the hostess, she said she had a table immediately, so I’m confused why i never received my message. Because I was in no rush to wait for a table I wasn’t so bothered for the half an hour wait for it being a reservation. However the service here is horrendous. I love the food but I dread coming here because of the service. Each time I come here I get a slower server. My soup was supposed to be my appetizer to warm me up from walking around stonebridge, for 30 mins. Finally when my food I arrived I informed the foos runner that I will no longer need. Server was aware and took it off my check but still dropped off my food anyways. Server was friendly, although not attentive, efficient and does not seem to handle fast paced service well. I know how its like, I was a server for 5 years I’ve seen it all. Which makes me be more lean with other servers when they are not doing so well. I try to find an excuse. Like it’s busy yes. But at the end it took twenty mins for her to find Togo containers, my mistake for not giving her my type of payment at that same time because I could’ve saved 30 minutes right there. Anyways good food and atmosphere. But server need to worked faster and not efficient. Also I had included that it was a birthday on the open table reservation, I guess she didn’t get the memo.
Food is always good. The Staff seems to always have difficulty being organized. But they are pleased and food is always great.
I like PF Chang’s as a franchise however, this location is bad. I am not sure if they are understaffed but the service was terrible. There were people who were waiting to be seated and there were clearly empty tables all over the restaurant. Our water was not refilled. Our dirty dishes remained on our table throughout our dinner. We were seated with no silverware; we had to ask. It’s as if management has no idea how to run a restaurant. There is no hustle, no expedition just blah. I rarely see anything like this but it was sad.
Just ok. Not the best PFChangs. Staff was nice. Food was served in timely manner. Price is fair.
The dining experience here was good, but not great. Not the best place to go if you have plans afterwards. The waiter was kind, however it took a while to receive anything. Roughly 20 min for an appetizer. The time it took to get items during their least busiest time (4 tables occupied) was disappointing.
Great food and service.
