We wound up sitting at the bar. When we walked in, we were told by the host that it would be a 15-20 minute wait to be seated even though the dining room was practically empty. We decided to sit at the bar instead and it was almost full. Only one person working behind the bar trying very hard to do everything. Totally understaffed. We usually have a decent experience there but something was definitely off. Hopefully next time will be better.

Although we had to ask, the hot and sour soup this time was not just vinegar water, but very good soup with veggies. Again we had to ask our server to make sure there were veggies in the soup. The spring rolls were also very good and fire cracker shrimp entree and Chang's chicken freshly made and very tasty. We were pleased with the whole meal, service included.

For the past several dining visits the "hot and sour" soup has been mostly a bowl of vinegar. Very few veggies, just broth. This time we ordered the bowl ( multi-cup opetion) thinking surely there must be veggies in it. Nope. Again it is mostly broth with hardly any veggies. I guess this is PF Chang's way of cutting costs? Service was very good. Place was pristine clean. Also, I made a reservation on Open Table. The young man who checked us in refused to confirm our reservation, even though we asked knowing we would not get credit for the reservation with Open Table. Had to contact OT prove with receipt we ate at PF Chang's to get credit.

I took my mother there and my two children and we had a lovely meal and the servers was perfect. The food was delicious and we’re happy. We chose P.F. Chang’s in Naples.

We eat here at least once per month and lately it has been very disappointing. Again the hot and sour soup is like a bowl of vinegar, as it was not stirred before serving. No veggies, just broth. Both entrees ( Mongolian Beef; Firecracker shrimp) were stone cold. They must have been prepared and sat on the shelf waiting for our server to pick up. Just plain poor.
