Consistently good food and service!

Wonderful dinner at PF Changs. Everything tasted delicious & the beverages were very good too.

Great experience, fresh food quality could tell it was made form scratch

Service was sloooooww. Our server was friendly and was working very hard, but the whole place seemed disorganized. It took forever for just water to be brought to the table. We did appetizers, entrees, and desserts and there were very long waits between each course. For example we were finished with our appetizers for at least 10 mins before our entree orders were even taken. Our cocktails, which were the first thing we ordered, didn't come until after we finished eating our appetizers. Food was good for the price, but probably won't return.

We had reservations for 2 at 9. Showed up a little early. We were told they were no longer seating. I told him we have reservations. He told me that it was impossible. I said with open table. He said nope. Nothing in our system. I pulled up the email that stated reservation confirmed. He said well we arent serving anymore. I will never come back and I will make sure to spread the word. On open table they were accepting reservations until 930.

P F Chang host did not have our reservation made through Open Table. They were very kind to give us a table anyway. Make sure you call to confirm if you book using Open Table.

Great having lunch with my daughter and grandkids. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. We will be back.

P.F. Chang's followed the guidelines for sanitizing and serving in PA due to the COVID 19 virus. The food was very good and the service was superb. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes the type of food served.

I was celebrating my birthday with my family. The meal was excellent and the birthday dessert was superb.

We've been to this P.F. Chang's several times and enjoy it. However, the last few times we ordered spring rolls or egg rolls they've been underdone--gooey on the inside. The manager had to have the kitchen remake them twice and they were finally done. They comped them for us, which was appreciated, but we would prefer that the food be the way we like it rather than getting it for free. Also, the last two times I ordered hot tea, the water was tepid. The manager apologized and got me a fresh pot. Overall, the food is very good and the service was fine.

I love P.F. Chang's. However, I would not recommend the Lancaster, PA location to anyone for lunch. I've been there twice for lunch and waited 10-15 minutes to place our order and another 20-25 minutes to get our food. Way too long at lunch time.

It was a great experience eating at P.F. Chang’s! I met with some friends to catch up and the waiters were super friendly! They gave us our space, and we’re sure to stay on top of refilling our drinks. They were great. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing. Would come back!

I always enjoy PF Chang's and this location is not an exception. The service was good and somehow we got in without a long wait.

We sat on the side porch area. Lighting harsh over table. The bbq honey ribs had way too much sauce. The shrimp tempura sushi roll had no flavor. Lettuce wraps were delicious.
Most disappointing was that the server did not clear our table before the next course. There would have been no place to put our food. We had to ask to take it back until we finished our appetizers. The food came out so fast we could have left our car running.
We put dirty dishes on the table beside us. The server did not clean table at all through the meal.
The restaurant was not busy at all, it was New Year’s Eve.
We will have to think about returning mostly because of the inattentive service

We had reservations for 6 and yet we had to wait for 20 min. No apology.

Noise level very loud, food was great, but took a while to prepare. Server was good.

I absolutely love the food. It is delicious. Everything we ordered was perfect. The service was excellent. Everything was explained perfectly to our guests who had never been here before. I highly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be sorry.

Manager was kind and tried to make things better. We appreciated his help and understanding.

Great food , better than some other pf Chang locations

The food is always amazing. The service is scattered- we had to ask twice for our drinks and food. Half of the tables meals came out and we ate and then the other half came out while we were done eating. Bathrooms- no toilet paper but couldn’t find anybody to clean up the bathrooms. Disappointing when we drive 45 minutes one way for a nice night out.

Would not recommend spending your money here!

Great food, friendly attentive service at a reasonable price.

Upon making a reservation requesting a booth, hence why I did so...We arrived 15 minutes early. The hostess said she would get a booth ready and seat us within 5 minutes. We saw other couples (3) walking in a getting seated...at a BOOTH. Staying calm and patient I walked up and talked to the other host and stated what I seen happening and with mild anger...He said it was there mistake, he would seat us as soon as he could and in total took over 30 minutes to seat us!!! Did not even mention can we fix this is any way. Nope.... on to the food. AMAZING! Service by waitress Kayla...AMAZING. The restaurant is smaller that other P.F. Chang’s so the noise level at a busy time is higher. Go for the food! The hostess and host need better training and need to pay more attention to the patrons.

This is an extremely noisy place. While some might call it “energetic”, to my ears, it is deafening. However, the dragonroll and sichuan beef were very good.

Food & service was great. But, food took over 30 minutes to arrive at table. Not great for a 2/3 full restaurant.

Love this place!!

I liked the way the entrees were served family style!! My friend and I had an appetizer and an entree and s veggie side for s very reasonable price! And we still took leftovers home for a next day lunch😉

Great food at a good price

Great new location in Lancaster. Love the more open layout and patio seating area. Our server Gabriel, who is also a bartender provided excellent, knowledgeable service and was very fun and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. The portions are large and you can expect to take home another meals worth. Be sure to save room for the Great Wall Chocolate Cake.

Fantastic service, excellent food! Much improved from our first visit when the originally opened.

Food was OK. No different than found at any other Asian restaurant in the area.

It was freezing in the sun porch area! I was rushing through my meal so we could get out of there. We needed up going elsewhere for dessert since it was so cold!
