Excellent service and WONDERFUL food. Fortunately the restaurant wasn’t crowded so we were able to visit for an EXTREMELY long time. The staff cane by several times asking if we wanted drinks. We had a reunion luncheon with a former co-worker we haven’t seen in ELEVEN years! We did leave an extra tip.

I made a reservation on here and they said they couldn’t accommodate my reservation. So we left and didn’t eat. Will never go back now.

They changed their menu since we were there last. We don’t like Thai food, and their new menu leans that way. It was all spicy. Someone needs to tell the blond hostess that you comb your hair in the restroom. Not at the hostess stand.

The food came out cold. I ordered the pepper steak, and the sauce that it was in it was way too sweet for a pepper steak…. Not to mention that it was cold. We ordered the garlic noodles as a side, and they were cold. They had no flavor. They were literally just noodles. My girlfriend had the sesame chicken, and again the chicken was cold and very chewy.. the rice, again was cold and hadn’t been cooked long enough. There was a time that P.F. Chang’s was an elite restaurant with amazing food and quality. The weight staff would come to you and greet you and mix up your three sauces. The portions used to be big hot and flavorful. Considering the portion size now, and the quality of the food now, their prices are ridiculous. I don’t mind paying a premium for good food, but P.F. Chang’s is now mediocre at best hiding behind a name of something that once was one of the best.

Made special reservations to take Neighbors out for their recent retirement. Placed in weathered booth in the bar area; wait staff did not know it was a special event; the bartender had to take care of all the tables - and the bar, and as the tables filled up he was a little overwhelmed in getting all the tables served in a timely manner; food was good/ service was very slow… But will be back

They have a problem with being consistent with drinks we ordered from the bar. The 4 of us all ordered old fashion’s and each one was different. There excuse was they were made by 2 different bar tenders. The food was nothing special, I can buy the P.F. Chang’s frozen meals and make it at home and it’s better. Something is wrong, this place used to be so crowded on a Friday evening that you couldn’t even get in but now there wasn’t hardly anyone there.

Always great food and great service. Angela was our server this time and she was amazing! She served our food with appropriate timing between appetizers and entrees. She was personable and on top of everything with drinks, offering desserts, check. She gave us the time we needed to enjoy our special Easter lunch, didn't rush us and didn't leave us waiting for the check. She was on it! And again, the food was great. Restaurant is clean!
