P.F. Chang's - Fort Lauderdale

Well the main dishes came before the appetizers. Any way they were good!

Overall this is the worst PF Chang’s I have ever been to. Although our server was solid the food was horrible. Every dish was over cooked. We even sent the pad Thai back. I will never return to this location.

be sure which one you book into as there are 2 in Fort Lauderdale; 1 in Sawgrass and 1 in Galleria. We booked what I thought was Sawgrass but the reservation was in Galleria' pretty far apart. Sawgrass was accomodating so we ate there. Same menu and staff was good.

Lots of new dishes. Food quality is top notch.

When we arrived, the hostess couldn’t find our reservation. She said we probably made reservations for the Sawgrass location. I showed her the Open Table confirmation . Then she agreed. When we said we wanted to sit on the patio, she said we couldn’t, no tables available. There were only 3 tables occupied on the patio, then she said to give her 5 minutes to clean a table.
The restaurant was short staffed and we ended up waiting over half an hour for our food. . We often order the same dishes on takeout and we thought the restaurant portion quantity and quality was off.
We forgot to mention, mild on the spices and both our dishes were loaded with hot peppers.
We have eaten often at this restaurant and realize that this is not the norm for them, and we want to patronize local restaurants so we will go back.

Nice place. Our server was great. The manger that night was not a nice person , he corrected an employee in front of my party and as well as myself , not professional

Food is always decent sometimes comes out cold not sure why, It’s a shame they close up at 8:30 people still trying to eat and people coming in and being turned away

We went during covid. The tables were spaced out nicely. The food and service were exceptional. Better than ever! Our servers name was Daniel, he’s excellent we will request him in the future.

I was seated for over 45 minutes before I was brought water. The service is poor and the food was no so good.

Food has gotten much better recently with the change of menu, sometimes did not come out hot , But generally the meal Is always good

Took a while to get seated. Expected the appetizer before the meal to enjoy with our drinks but got appetizer with the meal. Other than that, the waiter was polite and courteous. Food was delicious as always.

It wasn't very busy and the music was loud for the amount of people there. The food was excellent and would return. The server provided good service but did check back with us.

Waited 45 minutes to get seated, even though we had a reservation. Service was painfully slow, food was delivered cold, and the food is not as good as it used to be.

Our dinner was amazing, with the shrimp with lobster sauce and the KangPao chicken. The fried rice is a worthy add on. Service was excellent. and I got a free dessert for my birthday. I am a proud frequent diner member.

We had reservations and waited while the hostess sat four parties who came on after us...they did not care about us. We ended up going to the bar to eat - very nice bartender who served us. The portions were small...1/2 the size from a month ago. We are seeking an alternative.

Everything was great!

Service was just ok. We know at Chang’s food comes out quickly so we did pace ordering. But I ordered brown rice and my husband ordered white rice. Server delivered the entree without the brown rice. So we waited a little but started to eat before everything got cold. We were completely finished and told the server we didn’t want the brown rice. She seemed surprised!!!!! Don’t understand How the kitchen couldn’t have brown rice made and served with the meal.

Always go to P F Chang’s when staying in Fort Lauderdale. Had reserved a table for six on the terrace. There is usually a large number of people waiting for tables. We were surprised to see that this was not the case this time. Was it due to it being Super Tuesday or as we found out, that the menu has changed and the food decidedly not as good as it used to be? We were four adults and two children. The loud pop/disco music is out of place and has to go. Appetizers of calamari and ribs were good. The crispy green beans were greasy and the Mongolian Potstickers were filled with too much of a mushy, unpalatable meat stuffing. The kids liked their won ton soup. One guest had Chang’s Lettuce Wraps as a main, said the dish was not as good as in the past. The chicken is now served separately from the lettuce wraps. The ginger chicken with broccoli had little taste, was served in a bland, cornstarchy sauce while the crispy honey chicken was just average. The miso glazed salmon was good but nothing special, it was a bit over cooked. The best dish of the evening was the beef and broccoli which was not served in the traditional gravy. It was in a dark, sweet sauce and actually tasted more like the Mongolian Beef. Service was good but not polished. For example, I had to ask for something to clean our hands with after eating the ribs. The waiter brought one tablet napkin just for me so I had to ask for others for the rest of our group. All in all, not the best experience we’ve had at P F Chang’s. The menu has changed, the food has changed. We will go back again as we are expecting more guests with whom we always go there so we will reserve our final decision as to whether or not P F Chang’s stays on our go to restaurants list until after that visit.

Service very slow lack of personal maybe, 30 minutes to get my bill. Food was good.

Everything had changed. Their menu all the good stuff were changed!! Nothing like before!! Their best soupe the chicken spicy off the menu and their hot and sour soupe wasn’t good!

Excellent food and service. They were very busy but honored our reservation as soon as we got there.

Seabass was greasy and oily, wonton soup had one wonton in it and the chicken fried rice was hard and way too salty. The only thing that saved this was the waiter Ken was extremely nice and efficient. Wouldn’t really go back here

Probable the friendliest staff of any of Chang’s

We wanted outside seating and they put us beside where taxi drivers talk and shuffle cars... fumes and smelly. Coffee was served cold as was our molten chocolate cake. Won’t go again.

Food was normal for an Asian restaurant. Kitchen was busy and it showed both on timing of entrees and food prep. Pot stickers appetizer were burned on one side--not really edible.

Was good food but service was terrible. We waited 20 min before we were even acknowledged at the table. It would have been more if a very nice man got someone for us.

Server wasn’t too interested in clearing the table of dirty dishes.

Great food, and attentive service. Went for Valentine's night and service was quick, without rushing us.

Service was great. New menu is a bit disappointing, some of our favorites are not available at this location. We will try another location that has our favourites.
