There was nothing I did not like about Paul Martin’s; it was very nice as far as restaurants are concerned; but I guess I just was not “Wowed” by the food, or the ambiance. I will say however, that the service was superior. The hostess was very friendly and prompt in greeting me; seating me, and making sure my party was comfortable. The waitress was very attentive at just the right moments; checked back often, and was exceptional. . . If I had to sum it up for someone reading this I would just say; the service made the visit memorable.
Great meal and vibe !
Everything was perfect. Can't wait to go there again for another special occasion.
My wife ordered the shrimp wrapped with bacon and it came out raw inside
Paul Martin’s staff and food is outstanding!!! I recommend them to everyone that wants a great place near home to go have an outstanding meal and experience. Thank you!
Very disappointing experience at Paul Martin’s In Victoria Garden’s this evening. There were five dining : 2 had the steak salad and sad it was delicious; one had a burger as sad it was good. 3 had the Sunday Prime Rib diner special and it was okay.
The prime rib dinners must have been sitting out waiting to be picked up because when they were delivered to the table they were lukewarm at best. We had asked for bread for the table and Coffee was never refreshed or even offered to be refilled.
There was an extremely loud group of guys in the bar which is open to ad adjacent to the dining room and they were yelling so loudly that it seem like we were in a sports bar.
The ice cream dessert that came with the prime rib dinner was delivered a little tardy so that the ice cream was kind of melting. Our waiter was very busy and probably needed some help but the manager never came by to check on anything to see how things were going. Disappointing service with just OK meals makes it for a not enjoyable experience especially when you’re paying the meal prices at Paul Martin’s.
No one , neither the waiter or a manager ever came by our table to check to see how things were going . it really makes it an extremely disappointing experience.
Based on tonight’s experience I would be hard-pressed to recommend Paul Martin’s Victoria Gardens
My wife and I went there for my birthday. Everything was great! We will definitely go there again!
Over all my experience was great. Me and my partner sat outside but it was too loud. Unfortunately I felt like I was yelling in order for him to hear me. Luckily the food was delicious.
This was our first experience at Paul Martin’s and it was absolutely terriffic! The service, ambiance, and food was impressive. We will definitely be dining at Paul Martin’s again!
My family enjoyed our delicious moment at Paul’s. The waiter was on point.
Great Food, Service!
Great environment. Food was really good
The whole dinner was great but the Butter Cake was to die for! Absolutely delicious.
Service was amazing, server was outstanding and deeply appreciate the attention to detail. Food was also really good, just a little over priced as product wasn't worth value.
Wonderful place for Happy Hour, special occasion or just dinner . Halibut and salmon were delicious . Service was good too
Warm and friendly hostess, nice table, attentive waitress but the food was mediocre. The layout was nice and the ambiance was good. I give it 3 stars.
We were seated in the patio and it was very warm outside, which would have been unbearable if it weren’t for the great service in replenishing our ice cold drinks! The crab cake is huge and very thick. Great amount of crab meat but the cake was a little too soft for my taste. We had the classic hamburger with fries which were both seasoned well and cooked as requested; the fried chicken which was a huge plate of tasty chicken and street corn; and the shrimp linguine which was good but had a hint of a curry spice that i don’t enjoy. It was subtle so i was able to get passed it. The butter cake was delicious! My red sangria was alright, not a lot of flavor, I’ve definitely had better. Overall our experience was good and would return and recommend to others.
They were very accommodating. When the first table they were going to seat us at was less than desirable, they were very flexible in seating us in a more preferable table. They were very hospitable, and made date night for my wife & I a very pleasurable dining experience.
Portion sizes were a bit small. A steak the size of my cell phone and a ball of mashed potatoes for 50 dollars did not seem reasonable. We were placed outside (easily 85 degrees) when we arrived for our reservation without being given the option of dining inside, though we had a reservation. The food was very tasty and or server was very friendly and attentive.
Wyatt was an exception waiter, we’ll request him next time. The food was flavorful, salad was fresh and my shrimp was cooked perfectly.
Always receive exceptional service with our expertly cooked meal. We appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of this fine dining experience.
The manager was awesome, he made our dinning experience joy able. We will be going back more often.
Excellent service and food. I have been there before and took a friend for her first time. She thoroughly loved everything. Daily special was a very good value. Looking forward to coming again on a Sunday or Monday to order the dinner for two with a bottle of wine.
Food and ambience was awesome
It was great ! The service , the food, loved it all. Didn't realize that I planned my romantic 25th anniversary dinner during Happy Hour but that's MY mistake . I'll be back before our next anniversary ! :)
The atmosphere was great! This was our first visit to this restaurant and certainly won’t be the last. My only remark was that we sat at our table for 15 minutes before anybody came to request our drink order or acknowledged us.
Otherwise, the food was delicious and presented well!
The food was very good and so was the service. We went during the week around noontime and it was not very busy at all so it was pleasantly quiet. Enjoyed ourselves and would return again.
Accommodated our reservation and the food was exceptional. In the beginning we felt rushed, the service felt impersonal and scripted. Still good service but not as amazing as we had before. Didn’t get the warmth like we used to when Dinning at Paul Martin
If you go there ask for Kayla. She will take good care of you.
Nice outing with my husband on a Friday night. Will most definitely dine here again.
We love the manager there. She is fantastic! Always takes great care of us.
Wyatt our server was great but the 2 hostess's were not very helpful. I made reservations over a week prior to our arrival and wanted a booth and they would not accommodate. Diana the manager had stopped by and did here very best to try to make up for us not getting a booth. I very much appreciated the effort of Diana and Wyatt to make our evening a good experience. By the way it was my wife's Birthday and I did request the booth in the reservation request.
Room was a little cramped. Execution on food was 4 stars but not higher. Server Vanessa Gogo was friendly and efficient. Backup server (wine service) was cold and unengaged.
I. The beginning, we were not getting any attention from the wait staff. My son went to tell them, and then they were extremely attentive and comp’d dessert.
My wife and I went on our first trip to Paul Martin's on Saturday evening. We placed a reservation through the open table app. We had a very nice evening. The service was very good and attentive. The food was really good. We had the grilled artichoke as the appetizer and it was awesome! We shared a dinner (Taste of Summer) and it was very good. The only negative thing that I would say is the cost was a little higher than expected based on the portion sizes. But overall it was really good.
Great meal and service was excellent
Everything was good server was good and food was tasty. The bad part was the host we were slightly late and she gave me a attitude about it when the restaurant was not even close to being full.
We normally go to the Scottsdale location in Arizona but this was an interesting change. Far more noisy, but the food was excellent. I would go back mid week next time, weekends are a bit too much for my poor ears. You have to shout to be heard.
Always a great experience; menu items were a good selection for the 2 for $75 plus a bottle of wine
Excellent service, food was excellent, overall wonderful experience.
