I had a great experience. Food was excellent. Service was excellent as well.
I cannot wait to go back!!
We had delicious food and excellent service as usual! We love the half priced oysters on Tuesdays and it was a great place to celebrate my moms 75th birthday!
Making the half hour drive to Passion Fish is always worthwhile, and even more so during Restaurant Week. The hamachi crudo, Peruvian ceviche and the spicy salmon sushi roll were outstanding. All entrees, side dishes and desserts - particularly the bread pudding - were terrific. The five blackened Diver Sea scallops were marvelous. We have been dining at Passion Fish in Reston since the restaurant opened, and we can always count on them serving the freshest seafood and flavorful accompanying dishes.
We were very disappointed that the Restaurant week menu wasn't offered as they said it would be when we were there for a 1PM reservation. The only available option was the brunch menu. Like most restaurants these days, they were short staffed and the waiter never stayed at the table more than a few seconds. Very rushed feeling.
Came there for their Restaurant Week lunch menu. Once we got there, we were told they did not have the restaurant week lunch menu during brunch. This should have been specifically stated on their website. The website stated that the brunch menu was not included in restaurant week. It should have stated that restaurant week lunch menu is not offered during brunch. There’s a difference. Each of us ended paying over $80 per person for lunch. While for the most part, the food was good. It was just unexpected when we had a $25 lunch in mind.
We had a wonderful brunch - would definitely recommend - there is something for everybody on the menu!
Everything was really wonderful, though I thought the salmon was okay - not great. Otherwise, everything was delicious, atmosphere was fun.
Amazing customer service, food and atmosphere!
Wonderful place to enjoy an excellent meal.
I celebrated my birthday here with 11 ladies and our party of 12 was completely satisfied with the service (extremely prompt and attentive), the quality and flavor of the food was superb, the ambiance is very classy, and the drinks were yummy too.
The manager offered his private room for group photos and he patiently took them for us.
The night ended with a round of drinks at the bar on the house. This was the perfect restaurant to celebrate my 45th bday.
We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and the restaurant was so accommodating to a group of 12. When I called and spoke with Damien he arranged the tables so we could all sit together. The wait staff and waiter Dimitri was very attentive and professional.
The food and drinks came out perfect. This was definitely a great experience.
Outstanding as it always is. Very accommodating with reservations, seating and overall experience.
Food and service were outstanding. However there was problem with heat on what was coldest day in the past 8 years…so it was a bit chilly.
As always PassionFish did not disappoint! Food was fabulous. It was very busy so service was a little slow but I’m glad people are back out and enjoying themselves!
Always a good meal and excellent service. Really good deal during Restaurant Week.
The setting is conducive to a romantic dinner. The food was absolutely unique and superb. The engaging service made for a complete package and a most enjoyable experience that we look forward to doing again. We will recommend this to our friends.
Our server, Kathy, was superb: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We were surprised when she told us it was her first shift as a server at the restaurant. Our food was terrific.
It was OK RW lunch.
It’s been awhile since our last dinner here and we were looking to getting out of our restaurant “rut”. What a welcome return. My wife had the Flounder and I decided to try the Gumbo. Both excellent, our server made a great recommendation for the wine and some cocktails that were excellent. I tasted the flounder and I will be getting that dish next time. Great experience and great to be back.
Server was very knowledgeable about flavor and spice of menu items which allows us to select best choices for dinner.
We went for restaurant week, menu was great. Food was really good, service excellent.
It was delicious as always. My scallops were perfectly cooked.
Gerard and Jacqueline took excellent care of us - the food was delicious and loved the butternut squash soup - can't wait to go back for another dinner
The whole bronzino is absolutely delicious. I have had it many times, but I think tonight's was the best. My husband had the lobster curry and loved every bite. Of course, starting with the oysters is the way to go. Love this place.
The best seafood and wine selection in Reston! Everything is always outstanding.
Dinner for 2; I enjoyed the grouper special; my husband enjoyed the sea scallops. For appetizers, he had the pot stickers and I had the ceviche. All was delicious, but I would recommend a ceviche dish with more than one kind of fish. the key lime tart for desert also was very good.
Food was very mixed. Char was fabulous. Cod was chewy, likely frozen and refrozen. Sushi roll had large bones in one piece, which was dangerous. Service was good and it is a very nice layout.
Food was fantastic and the staff was outstanding, very friendly, professional and attentive.
Their menu for NYE was really great except they were out of a bunch of items on it.
Great place. Food quality is always very good. Service was excellent.
I have never had a bad meal or service at Passion Fish until yesterday. The service was fine but the waiter's mask kept falling down off of his nose. We were surprised that management did not do something about that. The sushi rice was chewy and did not taste fresh. We had to send back some of the sushi which was replaced with sashimi.
Always a great meal with great service.
Great menu normally. Since it was Christmas eve, they had a slim down menu. It was still delicious and portions were bigger than I expected
Wonderful anniversary dinner. Thank you for special touches.
GReat baked oyster appetizer. Red Thai Curry lobster entree was also good.
Ambience is nice. Service is good. Food is ok, but for the price you expect a higher quality and flavor level. Good experience overall but expect to pay more. I think Sweetwater has better food.
Food was excellent!
Good food and good service - credit card system was down 😂
While our waiter was earnest and paid attention to us, the timing of each course was exceptionally rushed. Barely had received the apps when the salads showed. Barely had started the salad when the main arrived. Still eating dinner when the check arrived.
