Pasquale's Italian Restaurant-West Seneca
I was very impressed with the service here. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I was also pleased with the restaurant’s cleanliness, especially during these times. I watched the busboy clean and disinfect not only the table after diners left, but the chairs as well. I feel at ease knowing that proper precautions and thorough sanitization is being conducted here.
During the pandemic Pasquale's has managed to provide in restaurant seating and service. The place is sparse with many of the tables gone. So the experience is different than in the past. The food is good and we were able to celebrate my wife's birthday and support a local business.
Our fish fry and shrimp and scallop dinners were very good. Our waitress was courteous and did an excellent job of serving us. We will definitely return!
This was the best Italian restaurant we have been to outside of Italy
was so good. reservation made it possible for my table to be ready as soon as i walked in the front door!. waitress was super nice too!
Nice experience. The food at Pasquales was good like it always is and the service was outstanding. They have a surprisingly good wine list too.
Great food and service.
We will thrilled to find that Pasquale's was again open for inside dining. Although it was somewhat quiet, that is to be expected during this time. Good food, great service, always one of our favorite dining experiences......
Consistently great food! Service is always outstanding!
Eggplant stratta is amazing!
Soup arrived lukewarm and at the same time as the bread and dipping oil, which I didn’t appreciate.
As We were taking our first taste of soup, the entries were already being brought out. When I asked the server why everything was being brought out at once, he said “ the kitchen is pushing everything out tonight”.
So our little table for two was crammed with a bread basket,a plate of dipping oil,two bowls of soup and two platters of fish fries, plus our drinks ( which of course were also brought promptly).
As for the food, The haddock was very fresh, cooked correctly and was very good tasting. The sides( fries, cole slaw and Mac salad ) were sparse and mediocre.Par for the course, the after dinner coffee was also only lukewarm.
All in all,not a very enjoyable dining experience .As such, I will give this visit a generous two stars.
As always - it was awesome! First time for fish fry and I would highly recommend
The restaurant was very crowded and noisy, which is understandable because it is new but did not lend itself to a relaxing evening. Even though we had a reservation we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table and then 10 minutes after we said we didn't want dessert we were asked to leave because they wanted the table. Understandable again, but didn't make the evening more enjoyable.
Food was very good . Wish there were more locations , like maybe Williamsville
There were 5 of us dining on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was booming. Food and service were spot on. A must "go to" dining spot!
We brought relatives from out of town. We all enjoyed our visit.
Great time and a great atmosphere. Place was packed and service was very quick. Would recommend
Delicious food, great value, cozy ambiance and attentive service
I would still recommend them. But, when you have a 6:00pm reservation and have to wait over 40 minutes to be seated, well that is not good. All of our food was very good, the waitress was great. My particular dish was just warm, not hot like it should have been when it was served, but I didn't want to send it back to get warmed up.
This was the second time we had reservations here with a group of 6 people and had to wait a long time to get seated. Not sure what the issue is with that.
After reviewing your reservation I noticed you were seating 27 minutes after your time. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. We use this app to help us with table timed guidelines. This allows each party to have a comfortable experience. Sometimes we run into situations where the party scheduled at the table before is running late or is celebrating a special occasion causing the next to be pushed back. Again we apologize for any inconvenience.
Enjoyed the evening! Service was excellent! Food was very good.
No refill for our pop.Ordered chicken fingers.Very dry. Will never go back again.
Nice standard Italian food joint- everything was good. A bit loud, but in and out in an hour and had plenty of leftovers.
Great place to dine for any occasion! Delicious food, wonderful staff
Thank you, we truly appreciate your feed back.
Hostess an waitress were great an so was the food...
Thank you Candy for the wonderful review. Hope to see you again soon.
Ravioli portion very small. All food at table was luke warm or cold.
The food and service were very good considering that the restaurant was crowded. I found that the noise level was very high due to the crowd and made the evening a little anxious.
Good service and food can be a little noisy if crowded.
Traveling through New York on the way to Canada - we made a reservation for New Year's Eve thinking that if we didn't we'd never find anything but a chain restaurant, which we'd prefer to avoid. Pasquale's was a great choice! We had a very lovely dinner, our table was ready promptly, our server was attentive, and despite the fact that the restaurant was very full of families with children, the noise level was not overwhelming.
We very much enjoyed our entrees. Everything was tasty, and of good temperature. I have no complaints, and that is a rare thing. Highly recommend.
Our seating was less than desirable. Seated in middle of several large groups. We made reservations far enough in advance we should have had a better seating as there were booths available.
I absolutely love this place. It is by far the best restaurant for Italian food in Western New York. Great customer service. Can't wait until next time. Which will be soon. Happy Holidays.
Annual Xmas dinner with friend
I expected more. There were 4 of us in our group. The dinners were not hot. My daughter had the eggplant and it was mushy. We were disappointed with the food but the service was good. Booth was tight and dark.
Stopped in for a nice dinner. The service was good and the food was really good. The bread and oil was a nice touch. Tables are a bit close to each other. I felt like I could take a piece of pizza from the table next to me.
Very enjoyable snowy evening. Good food great service. Stuffed banana peppers were exceptional.
Nice variety on the menu...something for everyone, including glutten free.
Great food and service!
Nice menu with many choices. Easy access in Town of West Seneca. Friendly staff.
The table was all set for our large group. The waitress was wonderful and very friendly. The food was delicious. My son and I do not eat red meat, so we were very pleased with the large selection of menu items. It was a very comfortable and relaxing evening.
We went to Pasquale's for my Birthday. My reservation through Open Table reservation worked well. Our table was waiting promptly at 5 pm. The resturaunt filled up quickly and our waitress was great , very calm and courteous. The menu had numerous dishs variations to choose from The food was delicious. I had the eggplant with stuffed banana peppers layers and covered in melted Parm. It all paired well with our wine. We will return as again.
We were helped with drinks early. Waitress was kind and polite but not overwhelmingly nice. The wings were well cooked but small. The shrimp Alfredo sauce was just ok. The shrimp were well cooked. The whole dish lacked seasoning.
