Great service, friendly workers. I just wish the quality of the steak and meats were a bit better. Also the meat should be seasoned much better than what it is seasoned.

Everything was amazing. Lunch menu with Groupon, amazing value!!!

Had to wait a few minutes before our waiter came to the table. After that the appetizer platter and salad came quickly. Every 3 minutes a server will bring out a different meat on skewers to serve us. The food quality was good and we appreciated the variety of preparations.

Bad customer service.

Coming in on New Year's Eve was a bad idea. It was a fixed menu that was advertised as courses. All courses were promptly served at the same time 5 minutes after being sat. There was a $25 one hour all you can drink package. It took 30 minutes to get the first round in 8oz glasses. I'll have to try again on a regular day.

Had a reservation and waited 20 minutes to get seated. Felt rushed through meal. Too loud and asked to be moved but they were unable to accommodate. Food was too salty.

On new years eve, could have done a better job ensuring those with earlier reservations got sat first, instead of who showed up first.

The food was ok. The put alot of the cheaper meats out first (sasauge,chicken,chicken, sirloin
ect) before the filet mignon. The service was very good , desert was cheese cake, it was middle of the road.
We had 4 in our group and It was new years eve ,so at $99 per person we felt extorted, and they capitalized on the occasion. $50 per person would have been high for new years but acceptable.

Excellent, outstanding service and nice staff, no hidden fees

This was a a miss. Although the people working were extremely friendly, they were not attentive to the table. Service was extremely slow, at times we had to wait over 10 minutes between food offerings by the roving servers. There was supposed to be 10 meats and shrimp being served and available during our dinner, however, in the over 90 minutes that we were there we had about 6 different meats come to us (several were offered multiple times), and no shrimp was ever brought around or offered.

I know that they were busy, but with the covid requirement for reduced seating capacity, i truly would not want to go back if they were operating at full seating capacity.

On the plus side the meats and food that did come out were cooked the way we liked them and were very tasty. The quality of the food was very good.

Food was tasty but our table of 4 received 1 side, which was not enough for us. Vegetables were tasteless.

The food was the worst I have ever had, plus I can’t believe they deliver the food looking like that to our table.

Service can be good or bad depending our luck being there at certain date or time !

Pampas is the best Brazilian restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of experience. From hello to goodbye I felt like a VIP. I did not mention my social status to them, nor did they recognize me; nevertheless, their service was superior to other restaurants on the strip. For these reasons an many others, they earned my highest recommendation!

This place is absolutely adequate. If I didn’t have gift cards I would not go there.

We went for the Thanksgiving dinner here. The food were very good just disappointing that many of the choices and selection were limited. Hopefully it will be better after the pandemic. The top sirloin steak and lab was good. The Thanksgiving dinner were good with mashed potatoes with gravy, turkey, stuffing.

I have never had a bad experience at Pampas, however as you see according to my stars, I won't return. The food wasn't tasty at all and the apple pie was frozen. The young lady they have collecting the money was annoying. Settle down ma'am! And who charges $5 for a to-go container..ridiculous

This place has got to have the best staff that I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant. The overall experience was beyond superior to all!!

Our server was atrocious and almost took away from the meal experience. The food and offering for Thanksgiving was nice.

We flew in town for a friends birthday. I purchased a cake from an outside vendor and called ahead of time and asked if I could bring it. I was told no due to covid. I had already paid a lot for his cake so fine we still went only to see another party with an outside cake. To top it off there was a bug in my salad. All I was comp’d was a drink. Would def not return.

Maybe the impact of Covid-19 has caused Pampas to lose its step, but overall our experience here was not good. Service was slow, meat tended to be tepid and tough, sides were almost invisible. Meat handlers were the best servers of our meal. We will not go back until I see a lot of better reviews.

COVID has decreased the experience. One of the things I lived was the salad bar. Not the same when it is pre- selected and served.

The food is a hit and miss - most cuts super dried except for the top sirloin & tri-trip. Not much flavor which I was really surprised for Brazilian BBQ.
The cheese plate seem old - presentation wasn't great but the staff made it up for the so so food.
The server, busboy and the meat guys (specially Albin) were the best I had during this trip.
The food is not worth $50 but ... if you like meat like that, probably you wouldn't mind. Despite the food, tip well, the staff deserves it.

It’s always a good experience with Pampas

As Soon as my boyfriend and I arrived at the restaurant we were guided to our table and we had no issues because of my guide dog. Stephanie, our server, was amazing. Her along with Ashely, and several others made our experience wonderful. All I can say about the food is simply, wow! Soooo good. From the starters, to the salad, to the sides, and then to the 11 different types of meats. We will definitely come back here when we next visit Vegas again. And oh, those Brazilian cheese balls are to die for. Yum, indeed.

Went to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time we were served quickly and even staff was nice

First time at a Brazilian Steakhouse and we left full and satisfied! First time i tried lamb, but the tri-tip was my favorite!
