Good food and drink, efficient and friendly service. We have always had an enjoyable meal here.
Usually restaurants in Central London are often spoken about by a number of bloggers. A quick search for something a little different for a special birthday meal, I found the extensive gluten free menu available here. So much choice! Fantastic to see and wish more places were like this. As a Coeliac this was heaven on earth
great food and great value
staff very friendly and helpful.
Always a great choice in very central location in the heart of Covent Garden. Good and quick service, very good food and great selection. Great and well-priced pre-theatre menu option available.
I always book the restaurant, when staying in London.
Staff were very helpful with our special request. Food was very tasty and well priced.
We arrived slightly before the opening time of noon but were welcomed and shown to our table. We chose from the Opentable special £24 3 course menu, so started with glasses of Kir & Kir Royales. I had baked brie etc followed by a tasty beef Stroanoff (with potatoes instead of rice) and baked veg (as an extra). For dessert I had a sticky toffee pudding. Washed down with Sauvignon Blanc and coffee. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. A very pleasant restaurant - recommended.
I had a lovely lunch with an old friend at Palm Court Brasserie, Covent Garden. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious! I've been to this restaurant before but not for several years. We'll definitely return again soon as we had a great time. It is particularly good value with the 50% off the food offer.
The food was lovely, however the waiters were moving quickly and frequently splashed my boyfriend as we were at a table near the bar. This left orange stains on his shirt, however our waiter offered my boyfriend a free drink on the bar. It was a nice evening but the stained shirt was annoying.
We enjoyed the food and service but there were far too many tables in the restaurant and it was therefore far too noisy. I would recommend to a friend but I would certainly make it clear that it was noisy and customers were packed in.
Yes, very convenient for pre theatre meals. Although very busy on Saturday night and tables a bit close together ( will they have to move them a metre apart soon?), the staff were very cheerful and smiley. Considering the volume of food coming out of the kitchen it was well presented and tasty.
Lovely meal, will be returning! Great staff and delicious food.
I arrived 45 minutes before my reservation but was able to sit and wait for my friends. The waitstaff were extremely attentive and very friendly. There was an excellent selection of food and it was all delicious - helped by a 50% discount from OpenTable. The only minor complaint is that there was a lot of foot traffic around our table but it didn't affect us. I would absolutely go back!
The Brasserie was very friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble, food was excellent and good value
It was a quiet lunchtime as the weather was atrocious. The staff were very welcoming and exceedingly attentive yet not intrusive. The meal was delicious as always. Our friends were new to this country and appreciated everything. A very enjoyable lunchtime meal. Excellent value for money with the 50% off food.
Very pleased to find out the seafood linguine is still super tasty. The best in town!!
An absolutely delicious meal, staff were very friendly and helpful and attentive. My first visit but definitely not my last. The menu choices were great, thank you for a lovely evening.
Delicious French-inspired dinner and excellent service!
It was my wife's choice to visit the Palm Court Brasserie, to celebrate her special birthday and say goodbye to family who were going off travelling. It was the location very central for all our party and the range of the menu from meat, fish, veggie and vegan.
Everyone enjoyed their food, some even said excellent, good value Prosecco, the professional service and being able to take our time.
We have eaten at Browns and Kettner's before, but will definitely be making a return visit.
50 per cent off food was great value and the Sunday Roast delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Super location lovely food and attentive waiters
The food for mains wasn't as good as last time. I was actually disappointed with he coq au vin, as last time th ere were small garlic buds and much more flavour
