    Food is amazing, service on point, friendly staff. It’s a whole vibe. Place has small car park however there is plenty of road parking which isn’t very expensive

    The table was reserved for my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. I brought a cake and asked for it to be served to the girls after their meal, but unfortunately, this was forgotten. Not everything on the menu was available. However, I was disappointed with the service, as it seemed that the group of around 30 people received more attention and priority. Additionally, the road was blocked due to an accident, and we received no information on how to access the restaurant until we called them ourselves.

    Enjoyed celebrating my birthday with nice music selections,the food was perfect,professional service and the manager Mohammed kept checking if we were happy with the service he offered us complimentary tea I enjoyed that too.Thank you Palm by H20 staff.

    It was my birthday and I had a lovely and amazing time at Palm All the staff were so nice and kind The manager was just fabulous, always making sure everything and everyone was alright My birthday celebration there was just fantastic I’ll never forget that I’ll definitely recommend that It was such a great experience My friends had fun aswell

    We drove all the way from London, and I must say it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we booked our table, the service was phenomenal. A huge thank you to the manager, Mohamed, for making the booking process so smooth and welcoming. From start to finish, every member of staff looked after us with such care, but a very special mention has to go to Suhena. She was incredible throughout the evening, constantly checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and making us feel genuinely looked after. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The atmosphere and aesthetic of the restaurant were stunning, making it the perfect place for a special evening. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. We asked if we could speak to the owner, and despite how busy the restaurant was, he took the time to come and see us. He was so kind, warm, and welcoming, and we made sure to thank him before we left. That personal touch really made our evening even more memorable. Exceptional service, amazing food, and a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be making the trip from London again. Highly recommend!

    The restaurant markets itself as an upscale establishment, but it isn't one.Expected people with elegant dress code but almost everyone was wearing trainers and tracksuits. Definitely I'm not coming back there and not recommend.
