The fixed Price is understandable because of COVID - but steep given it's 'family' friendly shtick. Some serves (of meat are too big) others too small..hence the price unhappiness. however...we had a great time

Coming out of lockdown, and Otzi is not quite there yet, there normal service was lacking a little with one staff member down, we felt we weren’t getting the normal attention that we have received in the many past visit. The main kitchen is not operating as yet and overall it felt like we were in a cold empty space. We will be back, as there operations get back to full swing, I’m sure it will return to the place it once was

It was wonderful to be back, the food is delicious and lovely setting for lunch.

Highly recommend Otzi. I've eaten brunch there a number of times and the food is outstanding and somehow manages to be comfort food with originality and style.

Excellent as always at Otzi, the service was friendly and punctual, the coffee on point and the meals were incredible value in terms of both size and taste. Need to go back to try something else on the menu!

We had such a lovely brunch on Otzi's first day open after lockdown. The food was absolutely delicious, well presented and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go back again.

High expectations didn’t deliver. Ordered a few meals to share between 3. Got the fish of the day and it came out raw. Explained this to the waiter but didn’t get much of a response. When we went to pay they explained the chef had been told about the fish by other customers and won’t take on the feedback, very disappointing. Every other meal was lovely. Music very loud couldn’t hear the others on our table speak. Service needs attention, wasn’t very welcoming. Will return to give it another go.

Love the delicious food here .. always consistent with the presentation . Good prices too .. our favourite restaurant.

Amazing food and service. Had the prawn buns, 3hr rotisserie pork belly, tuna special, cauliflower, kale and brussel sprout salad and freshly made pasta w mussels..and shoestring fries of course. Everything was delicious. Also had the eton mess and sticky date for dessert. Needless to say everyone’s bellies were full by the end of the night. Definitely will be back.

Casual catch up with friends enjoyed a drink at happy hour and stayed on for dinner... love the atmosphere there has become a new local favourite..

Very expensive wine, happy hour on website says 5$ wines but they were $7. Food was delicious

Our first time dining at Otzi and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Good selection and all cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. It was fairly quiet, do hope Otzi gets the custom it deserves. Great local restaurant and we’ll be back.

A Great restaurant for groups and families to enjoy the excellent produce of the Peninsula that caters for all tastes.

Beautifully presented fresh food, friendly and welcoming staff not to mention value for money which is a bit of a rarity in the peninsula region, definitely coming back ...happy all round!

Really tasty vegetarian options, good service, very good coffee. We were looking for a healthy quick dinner and that’s what we were able to have, service was attentive and friendly. The mushrooms with potatoes were delicious!

Wear old clothes as you’ll leave smoke tainted from the rotisserie

Drinks orders went missing, food ok but nothing great. Why the doof doof music when you are trying to eat and have a conversation, I don’t get it? Staff tried but couldn’t get it right. Overall, pretty disappointing.

Love the the look and feel of the resturant. Service was very friendly and food came out super quick. Looks like a great spot for large groups and still initmate for table of two.

Service was attentive and friendly, food choices were good, happy to have another family friendly restaurant available to us in Balnarring.

Terrific addition to the Balnarring scene. Food excellent and good value. Waiters lovely, albeit a few teething issues, as you would expect with any new restaurant at this stage. Will definitely be back.

Service was good, the room is extremely noisy. The food was nice but not fantastic, one person had prawns he said they were tasty but chewy, the roast of the day could have been more tender. It is possible to provide much nicer options for gluten free bread. Good to see the local wines available. Overall a pleasant experience but as a local probably won’t be a regular.

There was a great buzz in the restaurant when we visited - full of lively chatter but it did make conversation a bit difficult. The food quality was excellent and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Terrific menu, staff were really friendly and energetic.
