The food and wine at OTTO is consistently good. I love the Spagettinni with Champagne Lobster!
Absolutely beautiful food. Service is impeccable. I'd like to see a broader menu in future. The meals are quite expensive for their size.
The food was great quality of a decent size. Very traditional flavours, and very simple. The price for things that simple? I’m unsure if it’s worth it. Great ambience however.
An amazing experience in awesome surroundings with pleasant professional staff and service in line with the fine dining atmosphere.
My wife and I were shouted a dinner experience by our son, for my wife's 70th birthday. What a treat it was! - the view, the ambiance, the wait staff and importantly the food - which was no problem as I am a coeliac person and required gluten-free solutions.
We really enjoyed the experience but I guess we were fortunate as we arrived at 6.30 pm....the restaurant got very busy from 7 pm on wards.
Highly recommended!
Setting was beautiful. Ambiance was good. Food was lovely. I dont feel the service matched either the price or a fine dining experience. There was a 1.5% surcharge if paying by card which is waived if you pay cash however, given we were not warned that at any point prior to paying (I booked online and received confirmation email and text which would've provided opportunities), we had to pay by card.
Wow what an amazing Occassion! Celebrating my husbands birthday we arrived and were greeted warmly and shown to our table with the most stunning views of the story bridge. We ordered the tasting menu with matching wines and it was truly amazing ! We loved everything the food was devine and the wines made us feel like we were on a wine tasting adventure through Italy- we highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be returning ! Thank you Otto for a magnificent evening
Great views. Food was great and service friendly and unobtrusive.
This restaurant is just amazing, the zucchini flowers are the best thing you will ever eat. The staff are wonderful, attentive and friendly and every request is met with a smile. The view from the restaurant and the outside area is so lovely, and creates a wonderful atmosphere. The risotto is so tasty, and yes it is a bit expensive, but well worth every penny.
Place is beautiful, but food is overhyped. Good but certainly not great. Best part of meal was desert. Service, while very friendly, seemed overly hectic and harried. Not up to the standards one would expect from restaurant in this price range and supposed standard.
Absolutely amaxing food and service - literally one of the best places in Brisbane I've ever eaten at. The whole experience was incredible.
The location is great with wide expanse of Story Bridge and river views. I had asked for a window table so was pleased when we were given what I thought of as the best table in the house. Staff were discreet, professional and friendly; just right mix. The food was first class; especially the deserts, amazing!
Wide choice of cocktails and the ones we chose were very nice. Good wine selection.
Excellent venue, great food and service. A little noisy and disconcerting to be given a deadline to leave as we had an early booking.
An incredible experience, made our anniversary so special.
Great service and lovely food and beautiful location. We had an amazing night
It was great for our special night out.
Otto is one of my favourite restaurants in Brisbane, the food is always of the highest quality, the staff pleasant and knowledgeable.
Lovely ambience, pleasant staff, excellent food.
All three courses were amazing. For entrée we had the brisket cannelloni (special) and crab ravioli. My partner loved the ravioli (one of the best she has ever had) For main we shared a 770 g rib eye that was cooked to perfection. We finished with a affogato and the Gianduia.
Delicious food. Good service
The dancing vibrant lights welcome you in to the space then the staff take over. The service was friendly & attentive. The menu offered a range of delicious Italian meals but not too overwhelming. Food & drinks were brought out promptly & did not disappoint. Would recommend asking to be sat near the window as the view is looking over the story bridge. Quite breathtaking as it lights up the night sky.
Partnership of flavours were exquisite
We really enjoyed the ambience, and the food was amazing. Coming from Melbourne we were looking for something special. And certainly found it...
My partner and I finally had the opportunity to visit Otto. We weren't sure what to expect but we were completely blown away. Every dish was faultless. We had the scallops as a starter which were absolutely delicious, then we had the linguine puttanesca with octopus and it was hands down the best marinara type pasta I've ever had. It was flavoursome, the pasta was perfect and it was well seasoned. Really great italian restaurant although it is pricey. Definitely a special occasion meal.
Otto exceeded expectations. Superb food, professional engaging and informed staff, great views and an enjoyable experience. This place deserves all the good vibes it receives. Go.
Interesting and different menu and wine list.
Great food and service
I'd heard great things about OTTO and it didn't disappoint. The food was extraordinary from start to finish - beautiful to look and absolutely wonderful to eat. The staff were very professional and the ambience of the restaurant is lovely. We took our 13 year old grand daughter and she was made to feel very welcome too.
Felt rushed- hadn't finished eating and waiters wanted to take plates.
Beautiful food and great service. Can't wait to go back!
Awesome food, atmosphere and setting
It was our first experience at Otto. The wine list is over priced. The food was delicious.
We have dined at Otto several times and have absolutely loved it every time. Memorable dining experience and excellent service throughout. In my oponion this is the best restaurant in Brisbane and look forward to our next visit to Otto.
Very attentive staff. Immaculate food
Thank you for a beautiful evening
As always the team at Otto surpass expectations. The service is without fault. The service staff anticipate your needs, bookings are always correct and dietary requirements are met with the highest discretion. This is where to dine if you appreciate "dining", over "somewhere to eat". The food is of the highest quality and the chefs do not compromise on a thing. Allergies, vegan, GF etc are not just accommodated but created and crafted as long as you provide notice. 10/10.
We had the Degustation Menu and we're very impressed with the quality of the food and service. The sommelier was quite knowledgeable, too! The views to Storey Bridge at night were delightful, and the lit-up Treasury dome reminded me of dining in Rome at The Hotel Eden late at night. It's a pity the front-of-house didn't speak Italian: I was looking forward to practicing! That aside, I'd highly recommend dining here. Oh, and the Siciliano cocktail is an end-of-dinner must.
I was recommended to go to OTTO and I was not disappointed - yes the food was great and the service impeccable.
Our booking became larger and one of our guests wanted to bring a 6 year old and a 6 month old baby.
I thought I'd be hidden in a corner but we were totally spoilt with great views ( plus the kids behaved )
Thank you OTTO for making us feel welcome
Love my seating is facing the Story Bridge view. Food from entrée, main, dessert are delicious. Plating is very detailed, can see the effort to make the dish beautiful. Like Fragole dessert is like a beautiful art. Service is excellent!
Thank you for the great dining experience :)
Great spot for special occasion
