    Been going to OTIS for many years, maybe once every 12 months or so. A few things have held true. One, the protein within the dish is - almost without exception - cooked to complete perfection. Two, the gravy/jus is always deep in flavour and well-balanced. Three, the plating is excellent, albeit spartan. Four, the chairs are comfortable and environment spacious. We went for the 5 course set menu with wine pairing. The scallop dish was very good and paired really well with the Chardonnay. The cold salmon dish which followed was great but I can't comment on how well it matched the wine. The wine-match menu had the word "Chardonnay" (no more details) next to the first two fish dishes. We interpreted that to mean that two Chardonnays would be served. Unfortunately, it wasn't clarified that the single pour was supposed to cover both dishes. Full disclosure: yes, I skulled my wine ready for the second course. No, I'm not ashamed of it. Ha! Wine-match menu probably needs a reprint though. Staff offered to get another drink, but I declined. The duck dish was tasty and the Claret(?) was good. Duck meat was perfect, skin wasn't to my taste as it wasn't crisp. Served with some truffled waxy potatoes which were maybe on the dry side. YMMV. The steak that followed was excellent, as per usual. I passed on the radicchio salad as I've never been a fan of the hot-meat/gravy-cold-salad combo. My wife liked it and was a fan of the miso dressing. The chocolate ganache tartlette was OK but nothing special. Bit hard and cold and the cream-to-tart ratio was... economical. No corners were cut with the Muscat wine match, however. It was excellent. Service was friendly, if patchy. Young staff were learning the ropes and trying hard. Wine matches sometimes presented by sommelier with an intro, other times just placed on table by wait staff. Cocktail menu had some interesting riffs on rarer classics that I didn't get to try, so I'll be back. OTIS is definitely worth your time.

    The food, and service, are always excellent. The Pepper Steak is superb. Of six in our party, five ordered the Pepper Steak last evening. Otis is tops!

    Lovely venue, attentive friendly staff. Tia and Ben were brilliant all night. Food was good but nothing really knock your socks off. Wine pairings were well done. Overall an enjoyable experience.

    We attended the Collector Wine Dinner that was absolutely fantastic, there was a group of 26 and it was perfect. The matching of the food to the wines worked really well and was an experience we are looking forward to doing again. OTIS Dining Hall never disappoints.

    The communal tables worked well. The food and wine pairings were on point. The food was delicious!!! The wines were interesting and very tasty. The servings of food and wine were timed nicely. There was no long waits or feeling of being rushed. The value for money was outstanding. The talks from the chef and wine makers were informative. I'd definitely attend another similar meal.

    The food at Otis was excellent. The 3 course menu gave a great variety of choices, and we could not fault any of the dishes. Was so refreshing to have 5 star service from each of the front of house team. Otis Dining Hall should be at the top of your list to try.

    Great meal with excellent starters and desserts as well as perfect steaks. Service was good and attentive and the wine waiter was really knowledgeable. As one of our party was pregnant, the fabulous mocktails were greatly appreciated

    From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile, which really sets the tone for the night. The wait staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive although not overbearing. The kitchen team can't be ignored either, they are just as fantastic and very easy going and happy to have a chat. The food was absolutely delicious! Portion size was perfect for us. The wine pairing worked and you could tell time was spent on ensuring it matched well. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back again soon.
