‘Oggi’ is ‘today’ in Italian – this sums up what we offer – sophisticated Italian food, inspired by tradition but in keeping with today’s tastes and best available produce.

We have created an Italian piazza setting in the heart of CBD Adelaide, complete with a cobblestoned floor, arches, arbour, meat room, private cellar, intimate booth seating, and a mezzanine-level kitchen.

Our 20-metre formed concrete bar is the ideal place to sit and graze on some small dishes (we’re not just about pasta) or just swing by for a drink.

    Good was good except I ordered the pappedelle with chicken hearts and liver for my friend but didn't get any hearts. Very disappointed. Asked her to return it but said it was ok. Don't really like to complain. Overall it was ok

    Great meal. We sat in the private cellar and had the 5 course degustation to celebrate a special occasion. Staff were attentive, friendly and accomodating. Will return soon.

    Good vibe and good food. Generous portion size and tasty food. The kingfish crudo and beef carpaccio were amazing. Squid ink fiori was so delicious too. Carbonara was ok, a bit too salty for me but overall is great

    One plate of pasta was over cooked and lukewarm the other was so al dente it was hard to chew. Service was very poor, had to keep beckoning the waiter, got my own cutlery, people who arrived after us were served before us, I ordered a cocktail to have before dinner and it arrived as I was finishing the pasta, the waiter apologised and didn’t charge for the cocktail which was just as well because it was hardly drinkable as it appeared to have sat on a counter for 30 minutes or more. Salad was best part of the meal. Overall a very disappointing evening.

    I had been searching for some crab meat on our trip to South Australia. I am happy to say I had a delightful meal of it with lovely fresh linguini at Osteria Oggy . Highly recommend it , Carole

    The food was exceptional and very generous, but was disappointed that we had to rush our tasting menu despite assurances from the wait staff that four courses could be done in the available timeframe before confirming we would do the four course Tasting Menu. We had to take away the dessert and last part of the mains in an Uber Eats bag. 😐 not great.

    Food, venue and staff were lovely, however service lacked towards the end. Our desserts for the 4-course meal did not arrive (after waiting over an hour) and no compensation was offered.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Food was amazing and seating arrangements very good; we didn't feel encroached on by other diners on the long tables. The non/low alcohol drink options very good. Would have liked to see more local wines by the glass choices ie one or two for reds and whites. We thought the $1 per person 'donation' to CFS a nice touch and kudos to you for doing it.

    We sat at a high top bar table and the noise level was high. Service was slow and meat was tough and lacked flavour. This restaurant was highly recommended by friends so was rather disappointing . Bread was served without request and we were charged $2 for it.

    staff were v helpful friendly & authentic but also busy so service was a little slow Food was wonderful although missed having dessert as it seemed to have been forgotten but would still definitely recommend Loved the cave style dining area which help combat the noise due to busyness

    Really lovely, high quality Italian. Dishes are simple, authentic and full of flavour. The venue is beautiful and on a cool autumn night, surprisingly cosy. Staff were professional and polite. Prices were as expected, given the quality of the food. I look forward to dining again in the future

    Delicious food, most cocktails were amazing, service impeccable. Only room for improvement is phone etiquette, there could be a bit more empathy there but otherwise the whole experience was fab.

    Nice atmosphere but too noisy at the bar where they mix cocktails. Choose a seat further away. Meal was good but noise level made it uncomfortable and it was rushed. Didn’t have a chance to eat bread and entree before main was in front of us. Carbonara serve was small for the price.

    Great restaurant and great value for money. The food is very good. One single thing: in such a place I would give up the baguette they serve at the beginning. It's a bit dry, cold and made from yeast. Much more I would put a great and healthy Sourdough bread which can make the first impression very good and also much more tasty
