‘Oggi’ is ‘today’ in Italian – this sums up what we offer – sophisticated Italian food, inspired by tradition but in keeping with today’s tastes and best available produce.
We have created an Italian piazza setting in the heart of CBD Adelaide, complete with a cobblestoned floor, arches, arbour, meat room, private cellar, intimate booth seating, and a mezzanine-level kitchen.
Our 20-metre formed concrete bar is the ideal place to sit and graze on some small dishes (we’re not just about pasta) or just swing by for a drink.
Been a few times for personal and business. Always impressed. Likewise with my Sydney colleagues
Love it. One of my most favourite restaurants in Adelaide.
I wrote a review on Zomato. We particularly enjoyed the food and non intrusive but knowledgeable service. We will be back soon.
Great atmosphere. Great vibe. Food was amazing and attention to detail was spot on. Did get a bit noisy but was lunchtime. Maybe dinner’s better for a date.
Lovely food, lovely ambience. The only criticism is that the wait staff leave you for a bit too long before checking on you.
The food was superb thank you! The waiter was attentive, described the dishes, recommended the red wine which I enjoyed very much. My daughter made a very good recommendation for us to celebrate her birthday!
Always enjoy the experience. Great food and clean atmosphere. Service with right amount of attention
Beautiful food & fantastic customer service - thank you for a perfect lunch
！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！Delicious pasta and friendly staff！Nice！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！You will love it！！！
After hearing from multiple people that it was worth visiting we decided to go here for a birthday dinner. Food was delicious however service left something to be desired. Nobody greeted us, three separate staff members all made eye contact with us while we lingered in the door way and it was only once we asked a passing staff member if we can be seated were we then directed to the bar area to be seated. Also no goodbye or thank you. Food was really good however can get delicious Italian food and better service elsewhere.
Very attentive waitstaff, incredibly delicious food, and if you order the 5 course dinner (as we did) you’ll eat far too much food to finish without a slight waddle when leaving. Highly recommended!
Staff need to be more friendly.. otherwise the place, ambiance and food were all amazing
Warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Home made pastas and other tasty menu options. Hard to book, get in early!
Amazing food! Service was a little slow to begin with, forgetting drink orders and did not receive the complimentary bread and olives everyone else did. Felt 'forgotten' for the first 20 minutes or so. However, it did come good at the end.
Service at the start was a bit underwhelming. Greeted by multiple staff and told to wait before being seated. Took a while to get a menu. After the initial wait service improved drastically. Food was incredible. Will recommend to friends
Absolutely delicious food, friendly and attentive, professional staff. Thank you all for such a wonderful meal!👍👍👍
Great food and service - epic vibe!
Thanks so much for a great night
Great food, lovely interior design, bit loud and limited options, would have liked more variety like pizza and garlic bread.
Food was great, portion sizes could be slightly larger, overall very pleased with my experience here.
Awesome food, wine and service. Had a lunch catch up with a group of 4, all enjoyed, including one vegetarian, so good options.
Quality delish food. Beau was fantastic, super friendly, and recommended some brillaint wines and menu items and made it a great experience overall. Much appreciated!
I am a keen regular and have my favorite dishes. Love the gluten free pasta and the fabulous selection of wines.
Food was great as was service. Do find this restaurant to be very loud though and sitting across the table made it very difficult to have a conversation so we asked to sit side by side which was accommodated
Restaurant was recommended to use and it didn’t disappoint.
Staff friendly but not intrusive and good knowledge or the menu and wine list
A highlight for our trip to Adelaide
Amazing service, very friendly staff. Great food. We were all very happy.
Oserial oggi has a busy, fun Friday night vibe. Very noisy but a pleasant buzz. While the food was nice, particularly the rabbit and pistachio ragu pasta , it was not outstanding. The prices are appropriate for outstanding. A raddichio side salad was uninspired, no flair in preparation or presentation and with a very boring dressing - cost $15. Easily the worst thing we ate.
Service was slow we waited a ling while for our main, and we had to ask for more bread and more water - the waiter didn't notice.
Maybe we are spoiled from having regularly eaten at Michelin starred restaurants in Europe , but the prices are for that kind of food and the standard that of a pleasant family restaurant.
Enjoy a late lunch 2pm onwards, get a booth and enjoy the food and the people your with. Oh! and share the food. PS the wine list is a treat.
You never disappoint - we stepped off the plane from Melbourne and first stop was lunch - fabulous
High expectations, well met!
The service at Osteria is always excellent.
Great service, food and drink. One (our of three) cocktails took a little while to come out, but otherwise no complaints
Great place to dine on your own when on a business trip.
Delicious pasta and great service :)
Not a fan of share tables which will definitely stop me coming back here.
Food is delicious though.
My order of squid ink pasta has become my new favourite pasta dish. Outstanding taste!
Delightfully comfortable in all experiences . Food was prepared perfectly served with a smile and understanding with speed of serving just right for each dish to be pleasantly settled between courses.
Food was sensational. Ordered the 5 course meal pp. For the two of us, it more then exceeded our expectations, could definately class it as a 6 or 7 course meal. Would highly recommend and will be most definately returning to try other meals. Service was outstanding, the gentleman behind the bar was very well experienced and was ver helpful with explaining everything and was very knowledgeable.
love the meat platter and crab pasta, service is great
I took a bit of a chance & chose the vegan option on the menu, not my usual, a salt baked celeriac, OMG it was amazing! loved every bite it was so hard not to just lick the plate!
Service, food & wine, all outstanding.

We went to Osteria Oggi for a 7pm dinner.
It's an interesting lay out, you walk in a narrow entrance that has bar stools and table for people to sit at and then a long bar to find the main dining room.
The dining room is set up with long tables and a few 4-6 people booths around the edge.
We were seated at the end of a long table opposite each other and immediately realised that while the restaurant wasn't full, the ambient noise level plus the music made it quite noisy. It was difficult to hear each other and when our waiter explained the specials, it was hard to hear him.
Overall, this didn't work for us, the noise level and lay out didn't suit us and the food wasn't at the level that we were expecting or hoping for. Personal preference but the quality work of the chefs was let down by the produce they had to use.
Disappointing, perhaps it's better at lunch.
Pretentious, more a cafeteria than restaurant and has more in common with the fasta pasta chain than the chic eating venue its trying to create.
The food is spectacular! We went for the 3 course option and were not disappointed... My favourite dish was the ox tongue.
Service was impeccable: relaxed, charismatic and informative.
