Big Boy cooks from memories of his grandmothers rolling the pasta in the kitchen. He remembers them cooking the best lunches for him when he was going to school.
I dearly miss my beautiful France and would like to share my two favourite regions, Beaujolais to The Rhone Valley where I grew up and the South West where my mother lives. I invest my time looking at the new generation focusing on smaller production, organic or biodynamic, respecting the terroir. I also spent my holidays in Italy with my uncle, the wines on the list are all the memories of my childhood.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at this restaurant. It was their opening night and the service was a complete disaster. We waited 30 minutes to receive our water when we first arrived and another 40 minutes to receive our wine. The wait staff were all very pleasant but seemed oblivious to the fact that the entire restaurant had no meals or beverages and there was a lot of disgruntled patrons.
The menu was based on their wood fired cooking, however we found that all our meals (once we received them after waiting for 1.5hours) were on the side of burnt to a crisp.
I will not be returning to this restaurant.
