slow service, staff wasn't very attentive with drink refills. put somebody else's order on our table. didn't remake item to give to the correct table which isn't what you're meant to do.

Shocking table service with too many young staff talking to each other and not looking after customers first. Won’t be back. Also very overly priced for what you get on the actual plate.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was not really great. Music choice more like a cocktail bar at 10pm. We had the Pasta Amatriciana and the Lasagne. Both were average dishes. Lacking flavour and the portion size far too small. Ever went home hungry from an italian restaurant? This is the place! Further to that, there is a 10% weekend surcharge which is absolutely ridiculous. You also get charged $4 each when you decide to choose sparkling water at the start, which is not mentioned! Total for 2 mains, 2 soft drinks and the sparkling water was $85!! Glad we had an entertainment voucher where we got 25% discount. Never returning back!

Great afternoon with long time friends we had the bottomless brunch. Food, service and staff were excellent. We were there for 6 hours and noone asked us to move on. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone

Great food but mains portions were somewhat lacking, particularly in comparison to the size of the dessert portions. Our female server also seemed to have a bit of an attitude which was off-putting, however the young man who served our dessert was lovely. Would try this place again, could have just been an off night.

I organised a special family lunch here. One of the people who couldn't make it organised a bottle of champagne (at the cost of $175- it's $99 to purchase in stores) to be there for us on our arrival. When I arrived at the booked time and 2 people were already there. In the next 5 minutes 2 more arrived, we were waiting on one more. The restaurant was almost empty, only our table inside but several tables outside were occupied. This restaurant is large, so the staff were not run off their feet. I didn't know about the champagne arrangement. After waiting 20 minutes no one had come near us to see if anyone wanted a drink. I called someone over to ask if we could order. We all placed orders. Shorty after this the last person arrived and ordered a drink. All the drinks came. About 5 minutes after this a young waitress wandered over with a bottle of champagne and said to us "This has been gifted to you" by the person who couldn't make it. I was incredulous! Why did they wait nearly half an hour to bring this to our intention? Why didn't they let me know? People already had drinks. The girl didn't have any answers. I ended up bringing the bottle home with me. After telling the person who paid for the bottle she rang to speak with the manager the next day. He made no apologies, accepted no responsibility and could not have cared less about her $175 spend. I write all this because it's just absolutely no way to run a business. He could have said so many different things to my family member, taken responsibility, apologised, offered a complimentary glass of wine on her next visit (there won't be another visit) suggested that he talk to his staff about how to improve in these situations or a range of other things. But no, he completely dismissed her without any care for the money she had wasted or the chance for us to actually drink the champagne. It was a disgrace. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, it seems that your review is more fuelled by frustration over the cost of the champagne than our service. We apologies that the champagne was not delivered at what you deemed to be an appropriate time, the delay in your final guest arriving was the concern, as our team used a level of common sense and did not want to present the gift with the entirety of the party not at the table. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that during your follow up call, there was yelling directed at my Assistant venue manager, which is not conducive to resolving anything. Food was outstanding, service was great just a little slow on the drinks. Highly recommend will be back for sure. Waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu with recommendations from specials menu.
