Founded in 2008 by former World Barista Champion, Saša Šestic, ONA Coffee is dedicated to sharing amazing coffees from around the world, as well as the incredible stories and experiences of the people who grow them. We got lost trying to locate Ona, but overall the experience and the food is 10/10. The staff are all approachable, and happy to explain anything regarding the menu.

Food and coffee was excellent but rating it lower because of the limited vegan option available and no option to have a half cold brew (half glass to ensure equivalency to a weak coffee) without paying full price still, which makes no sense if it’s being poured out of a jug. Having a 1/2 brew option would allow others to also opt into a 3/2 option.

Wonderful experience at Ona - and it’s exactly that, a whole experience! I love how knowledgeable they are about coffee and so willing to share if you want to chat about the coffee. The added bonus is that the food is delicious too! A coffee lovers dream

We had a great customer service ONLY when the best barista, named Arthur, came to help us to order coffee and food. Place was too noise and manager was walking and looking at us, giving us the impression that we need to hurry up. The atmosphere was tense as workers were under pressure not giving enough attention to customers.

We had to wait in the queue without being attended at the entrance for quite a while ( way past our booking time ) and I do not mind waiting (especially with the weekend busy times) however there was a staff member from the distance somehow assuming that I was about to just get in without having to wait saying I had to wait so I responded 'I am in fact waiting, I am not just go nna go in without even knowing our table ...?' Two of us ordered the healthy bowl which turned out to be just mono green colour ( the whole thing was just green with no other colours) and just really plain taste and two other's meals were quite small. This is my 7th or 8th visit and I love the coffees here and the whole ambience is fantastic but I feel the food and service are not really up to my/our standard.

Terrible experience Especially the male coffee barrister ruined the meal. He used the same dirty towel to clean the table and the coffee glasses…. He is unfamiliar with the coffee making procedures, making the table a mess….. The dishes are overcooked….. especially the salad bowl+chick breast.
