Beautiful food only trouble was when I booked I specified that we had a dietary requirement of 1 pregnant lady. Im not sure who's at fault open table or Om nom but my dietary requirement was not in their system. I understand that somehow this information had been misplaced but the waiter then asked me for proof that I had made the requirement which I thought was quite rude as I 100% remember writing it when I was prompted when booking. The lady that was pregnant was not to fussed she just swapped a few things with us. But still no apology was offered (that was all we were after instead of accusation of not stating we had a dietary requirement) When they bought the account over I said I had already entered the voucher into the computer when I book which information they also did not have... it must have got lost with the dietary requirement. Im not one to complain but to be accused of lying I did take offence to as I honestly had put in the details. I was also upset that I paid quite a bit of money for my girlfriend to have a nice high tea and she was unable to eat most of it.

We had the feed me menu. The food was ok. Some of the dishes like papaya salad could be more flavoursome. Lacked the punch. A bit too sweet. Could do with a little chillie and lime in the dressing. Desserts were ok but not amazing for the price charged. The cocktails were good.

The food was delicious and i really enjoyed it. The only disappointment was the pretzels and macaroons were single servings, not as plural implied on the menu 😉

From being sat on a swing chair next to another couple I chose to move to the side of my table. Because the swinging on a chair with a random person is just really awkward and odd. When I moved the man that seated us didn’t even move around the table setting which I did myself. We were also told they would require the table back by 8pm for other bookings when we first checked in, which suites ya fine as we had a musical to attend at 8pm. We got the ‘feed me’ deal of 5 savouries and 4 desserts. It got to our last savour that came out at 720pm in which I said to the lady serving can you organise the desserts to all come out straight away as we had to leave by 750pm to get to our venue in time. At 747pm still no desserts had arrived so I got up to pay the bill where I expressed my disappointment and frustration. As I finished paying the desserts arrived at the table at 755pm. I appreciate the discount that was applied as an apology but it actually really ruined our night. Especially when your restaurant is known for desserts that we didn’t get to enjoy. It would also be nice that if when you order cocktails that they come out to the table at the same time.

The lady who took our order was great. But the man overseeing the night really wasn’t paying any attention to what was going on.

I won’t be back. And I’ve told others about the experience too. It’s just not what you expect when you’re paying in excess of $250 for dinner for 2 people.

I hope they read this feedback and take it on board to improve for other people. Don’t tell people you need the table to then not even have all the courses out in a timely manner.

A first experience for my husband, Michael and myself at Om Nom. This was a High Tea. The Manager, Fernando, was warm, friendly and very helpful. All the staff were friendly. Very proficient in describing the delicacies offered for the High Tea. The food was five star. Absolutely delicious. Very pleasant atmosphere, even while waiting for the High Tea to begin. We couldn't fault this Om Nom experience in any way. We are definitely going back for dinner as soon as we can!

It was a good experience overall. The place was busy on a Monday night which made the service slow. Did not enjoy one of the dishes and they were gracious enough to remove it from the bill. Overall a good place to visit. Dessert’s is the main catch. Food can be improved. The staff was pleasant and very respectful.

Good Afternoon Team,

We would recommend Om nom only for cocktails.
Service nope,we had a booking for dinner at 8.00 for me and my wife it was our anniversary had mentioned on that on booking. We ordered 2 cocktails and 2 starters to start with. Cocktails arrived after food and took more than 34-40 mins to arrive.

At around 9.15 we planned to order our mains and that time the server told us the kitchen is already closed. Me and my wife having our anniversary date but did not get dinner as your kitchen was closed and no one informed us that would you like to order any mains as our kitchen is taking last orders. The server said we cannot serve any food but will check with kitchen, Server same back and advised that he can serve is Croquettes, which i was Ok with, till that time i ordered for another cocktail called Nitro Tea and dessert called something called Japan which was outstanding.

So what i was expecting to come on the table was my cocktail and Croquettes, but no that was the one which came on that and what i got was the Dessert. So we thought the server did not place an order for cocktail and Croquettes. We had 70% of the dessert and then arrived the Croquettes (Cocktail never came on table )and we said we have already got our dessert and an extremely rude server said you did order this.

Extremely disappointing Service and coordination.

You guys need to work on and thats it.

We got a bill with 50% discount but we did not come there to get discount, we wanted to enjoy lot of cocktails and food.

Best of luck for your future we all make mistakes but all good.

Desserts were excellent but food was very poor quality
I had the gnocchi which was over cooked & very chewy
My friend had the pork belly salad & the pork was also very chewy & overbooked
It wasn’t as if they were busy as only 2 tables were occupied
Very dissatisfied with the main meal

A visually stunning and equally delicious dining experience! I had to go to Om Nom twice in one week!

I had a chance to have dinner, drinks and desserts at Om Nom. I selected one starter and one large plate to fill me before partaking in the desserts. The portions are small, so don't expect to get full for dinner. The main reason is you must save your appetite for dessert!

Sitting at the bar, I was able to see the masterful bartenders/artists create their magical concoctions! I ordered two cocktails so I could enjoy the "dessert flavors" before actual dessert.

I also had a chance to taste two different desserts! Both were spectacular, so depending on what flavor you're craving - you won't be disappointed by your selection. The desserts are so visually artistic, you can't help but photograph their beauty. Highly recommended restaurant for foodies with a sweet tooth.

Our experience was great.

The only comment I would like to make is that, I am not sure what the barman was doing, but it look like he was smashing something. What ever he was doing, it was making a lot of noise, which I thought it would have best been taken elsewhere, so the whole venue was not filled with the noise.

What an excellent night. Started off with s cocktail at the rooftop bar.

The service from the moment we walked into Om Nom was just outstanding. Such friendly and professional staff.

We opted for the $75 Tapas style menu with 2 deserts.

Everything was delicious. And mite than enough food to be pleasantly stuffed by the end of the night.

Don’t forget to through in a few cocktails as well.

I cannot find one fault with our evening.

Om Nom should stick to desserts and cocktails...

Arranged the $155 a head for a Valentine's Day 'degustation' special (3 savoury dishes and a dessert) with no matching wines for my new girlfriend and i as a surprise. When we came in the menu on the table displayed the price which was a nice start so she knew what it cost. . After being sat down we waited 15 to 20 minutes and no one came and offered us a drink or gave us any drinks menu and despite there only being maybe 20 couples in the restaurant. After waiting some time the first 'course' of 4 arrived - scallops - but it was just one scallop each.. When the girl dropped this off I asked "Can we please get some drinks?" and she stated "I don't do drinks I'll get someone. You know it costs extra?" yes of course I know it costs extra.. Just because we didn't order the matching wines option doesn't mean we didn't want a drink... So she goes and gets someone to get us the drinks menus and a man drops them off, we order a glass of prosecco and a beer, very simple. After 20 minutes we still hadn't received our drinks, I followed up one of the waiters and he said he'd check up on it, after 10 more minutes we still hadn't received our drinks and the 2nd of 4 course had just come out which was an ultra tiny serving of beef tartare lacking much flavour. When they dropped this off I again asked where our drinks were and the waiter said "I'll follow up again. We are very busy tonight." Of course you're busy tonight!! It's Valentine's Day! I was so embarrassed at the service and regretted taking my girlfriend here as wanted it to be an amazing night. Finally after another 10 minutes the drinks arrives, they plonked a bottle of Asahi down (did not pour it) which seemed like it had been sitting out of the fridge a while. We ordered 2 cocktails right away pre emptively to avoid waiting again and they came out much faster (probably pre prepared). The 3rd dish (duck) completely lacked flavour.

Dessert was amazing though!

We went to Om Nom for dessert and cocktails - the menu was fantastic, as was the food, drinks and service. We ordered the Strawberry Kisses, Sticks and Stones, and the Sex on St Kilda Beach. The staff explained each dessert and drink as they brought them out and it was clear the staff were proud of their work. Loved how unique each drink and dessert was. Would definitely be keen to come back.
