The service and ambience was fantastic. However, the value for money of the high tea was not. We left feeling rather unsatisfied. The inventiveness of what we at is commendable, but the value for the money of what we received was not. Thus I probably will not be visiting again, nor will I be recommending this place to others.

The service was attentive without being intrusive. The food was so visually engaging; the placement, colours, shapes and attention to detail, it was as if you had been presented with a piece of food art. Each small portion was unique and sufficient, you didn't feel overwhelmed from all the offerings after eating. The flavours and textures were such contrasts, my favourite was the Parmesan pannacotta, smooth sharp and crunch! It was lovely to find out that there will be a new menu in two weeks- can't wait to return

I was disappointed with the experience. I thought it was expensive for the amount of food you received and the food was just ok, not mind blowing as expected from the hype. Service was good.

Wow! Where do I start? My partner and I dined at Om Nom on Friday 11th January 2019. We opted for the 'Feed me' which was 5 savoury plates and 4 sweet plates. The savoury plates were all a great combination of flavour, texture and visual appeal. Some of the highlights were the beautifully fresh oysters, crispy and delicious pork belly salad, and the tender melt-in-your mouth beef cheek. Then we were welcomed into Om Nom's dessert world, and we were not disappointed! The first two plates were 'fruit' desserts. The strawberry and cream dessert was a masterpiece in visual appearance as well as taste, texture and smell. We then were given the 'chocolate' desserts. We received a traditional Cuban cigar box where inside we would find a smoked chocolate cigar. Wow!! I have never seen anything like this and it's no surprise that this dish is so popular at Om Nom. All of the food we were served was presented immaculately and with great professionalism by the staff who also took the time to explain the components of each dish. It was truly a remarkable experience and I haven't even mention the spectacular cocktails. A sex on the beach that is literally served as a beach. We will definitely be dining here again and encourage anyone reading this review to go and try it as well. Thank you Om Nom!

The place has an awesome atmosphere and the people that work there actually love doing so which is good to see.

They are informed with what the meals are about and have a charm about them that actually makes you order more than you want doing so with pleasure

The marshmallow colada wasn’t too sweet and tasted of marshmallow. Medium size dishes of scallops and belly pork salad were enough before the desserts. Sticks and stones was excellent but the peanut butter dessert was a little too sickly and out of balance

Om Nom is well known for its desserts, which is the justification for the cost for all signature desserts to be over $25. Desserts are extravagant and pieces of art. So it's somewhere you would go for special occasions unless you're rich and love desserts.
The venue is quiet and dimly lit; ambience good for a romantic date. Bookings are advised if you want to dine at popular times.
Service was good but there wee times I had to call for the wait staff's attention, even though there were many standing around.
My recommendation is to have photos available for each of the desserts. Especially since tourists and foodies love taking pictures of these pieces of art, and are just as invested in the look not just the ingredients. Pictures do not need to be printed for each menu (considering the menu changes periodically and this could get expensive). But they could at least have them posted on the Om Nom website gallery. This will help customers with their menu selection and increase customer attendances, especially to show new menu items.

Great place to discover original food. We took the discovery menu and had a pleasant surprise. Be carefull with the check, they tried to charge us two times each drink that we order and we had to argue to get the right invoice. Also, they charged us a different price that what we booked for. The service wasn't that good, we had our drink along with the second food service. The food really worth all the trouble.

We chose On Nom for their dessert as it was recommended and the restaurant did not disappoint, visually and taste the desserts were amazing. Unfortunately we were not aware they also have a dinner menu, but are happy to go back for a second visit. We did try the fries with vanilla salt and raspberry aioli which were very moorish.
Unfortunately when seated we were not given menus and waited for staff to return, they did not notice and we had to ask for some menus after quite sometime. Still a wonderful experience.

The restaurant was very modern and the desserts were creative and delicious. My only critique would be the experience was quite rushed with only a 1 hour sitting.
We were seated too close to the people next to us and this was a bit disappointing. Otherwise a wonderful experience overall.

Loved it. This isn't just somewhere to eat. We had a unique and memorable dining experience. Cocktails a little pricey considering there are so many tempting options you cant stop at one. But the desert is so exquisite and the savoury food was rich, perfectly portioned and delectable.
Yes the leaf (Salted caramel chocolate) and everything in the bowl is edible.
My tip.. Share the beef cheek (tenederrrr and delicious) and the spicy corn croquettes (didn't get a picture) so you can fit in desert.

The food was creative. Some thought there was too much sweetness in every course. The main course did not seem to fit in with the rest as it was very ‘homey’, but I think this was because it was Christmas. The desserts were like artwork and outstanding.

PRICE RISE & NO GF.
We were initially disappointed - we booked the $69/head feed-me dinner months in advance - with lots of notice that we had 2 x Gluten free eaters in our group of 6. When we arrived, the feed-me menu had gone upto $75 (even though the confirmation menu sent the day before still had $69), and there was no Gluten Free feed-me, we were told to order a-la-cart. We were obviously disappointed.
The table decided to order a-la-cart and some cocktails - everything was fine. Once the food and handcrafted cocktails arrived we settled in and began enjoying the experience. The food and service was very good - only reservation was the handling of special dietary requirements - they had our phone number, why didn't they call and tell us no GF was available for feed-me (even though this was written up as possible). The price rise at the restaurant - was unnecessary - they just should have honoured the $69 web offer. Overall we enjoyed Om-Nom - and recommend.

Good overall. The person who welcomed us could be more energetic. The ambience was quite good- I liked how it was dimly light and very romantic. I think the food was spot on. Some of the best desserts in melbourne, and good value for money. The waitress who served us was very well-informed of each dessert and served us well. Very friendly, energetic and gave great recommendations.

Nothing was delivered on time. Someone's meal or drink was very very late. Bad.
Also, the chef didn't want to cook my wagu the way i wanted it. Medium to a little rare. Yet, when my colleagues rare was delivered, it was medium. Bad. Staff should put customers first. Chef knows nothing about good wagu practice.

Amazing food Very creative and delicious flavours. Service was a bit slow. We seemed to have lots of different staff but not continuity of service. The feed me menu was sensational not only in taste but also value for money allowing us to try so many different dishes although some courses very small for someone with a larger appetite.
