   Judging by how busy the restaurant was Olive and Angelo must be doing something right. While the ambience was great, the size of the restaurant and frenetic pace required to keep up with the service detracted from our experience. It took over 20 minutes for us to be seen by waitstaff once we were seated. The food (we all had a pasta dish) was overpriced for the quality. It felt like a production line, lacking the finesse and quality expected when paying between $40-$50 for a bowl of pasta. Even a pizza cost over $40. The cocktails were delicious - but at $25 a pop - again, hard to justify. Certainly not value for money, but maybe people are happy to forgo that for the vibrant atmosphere and cheery hospitality. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be enough to sway me to return.

   Our table was 15min late in being available for a 6pm sitting. Main meals took almost 1.5 hours to come out (lucky we'd ordered entrees). Food is expensive. Was it worth the extra cost... debatable. Our arrival was a bit shaky... I got told to wait to the side while others went through, as our table wasn't ready. I watched as others who came for Birthdays and brought a cake were offered to have it taken to the kitchen. No one offered to take my take. I physically gave it to someone who reluctantly took it and reminded me of the $3 cakeage fee. Thanks very much. Once we were finally seated, orders taken, etc, things calmed down a bit and everyone was very nice. Will I return, probably not.

   Excellent service, great food, beautiful atmosphere. This is the perfect spot for delicious Italian cuisine.

   Waiters were excellent but very busy so difficult to get their attention. The food was excellent. Noisey construction across the road took away from the ambiance. Otherwise superb experience

   Such a charming garden setting. Our waiter last night was superb, I had an issue when we arrived, the host was giving me the usual blah blah, the waiter stepped in and the issue was solved in seconds. His attentiveness throughout never wavered. My husband had the fish, second time, and enjoyed every bite. Presentation was thoughtful, the eyes got hungry!! I ruined my appetite by having lunch, so I kept it simple with a starter as my main. I felt the bread was over toasted and difficult to bite. But the tomatoes were beautiful and red. ( my take, others might feel they got it right) Lovely glass of rose bubbles. This was our second visit, so close and handy to our hotel. I look forward to our next visit, with an appetite.

   Our family of 18 experienced a wonderful Mothers Day at Olive & Angelo, food was amazing, atmosphere was lovely, we were welcomed as soon as we entered the restaurant and taken to our seats, staff made sure we were all comfortable at our table and our wait staff RONAN was incredible with his attentive service, smile on his face and a couple of funny jokes here & there. Thank you Olive & Angelo for making our Mothers Day special! We all truly had a wonderful day ❤️ 😊

   We celebrated Mother’s Day at Olive & Angelo and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owner’s genuine care and passion for creating a memorable dining experience really stood out—he even came out to thank everyone and personally wish all the mums a happy Mother’s Day. A lovely touch that made the day feel extra special. Highly recommend!

    I had an incredible experience at this Restaurant. We shared pizza and had a selection of antipasti at the start which loyally represented Italian traditional food. Being Italian I have do admit that the cozy environment along a perfect and fun service from Giuseppe made me feel back home for a night
