Laughter & conversation flow easily around our perfectly set tables when you are seated to enjoy a delicately planned afternoon of finesse and tradition, enjoyed over a two-hour sitting. High tea is served on Saturday and Sunday from3:00pm to 5:00pm, and bookings are essential. Pleasantly charming & reminiscent of a bygone era, Miss Violets High Tea room prides itself on tradition. For such an occasion as an afternoon High Tea, Miss Violet knows only the most opulent setting will do. The room is set with Royal Albert China, crystal chandeliers, white starched table cloths and fresh flowers.

Very busy glad we booked. Waiters lovely polite interactive. atmosphere was relaxed fun. food lovely tasty fresh, good coffee.

Such a lovely place to spend an afternoon in the sunshine. Everything was beautiful and well considered from the plants to the throw rugs at every table. Food was plentiful and flavourful. Well worth the visit

Lovely venue with lots of ambiance. Nice variety of food & drinks and attentive staff. Well worth a visit especially on sunny day when you can sit outside amongst the plants.

Overall experience was ok, I would've bumped it up to 4 stars but I found a hair in my food and when I alerted the waitress she just took the napkin away, apologised and took the hair wrapped in a napkin in it and didn't even offer to replace the meal with a freshly made one, which was quite disappointing. I won't be back in a hurry.

Disappointing tea selection. Expect more than English breakfast tea or coffee. It would be nice to have a menu of teas to choose from AND the option to order individually so my friend and I could each get our preferred tea.
