The front of house gave exceptional customer service. He honestly made our night and would be one of the reasons I came back.
The steak meat was basically microwaved but the chicken wings and chicken main was superb.

As always it’s amazing here. Staff can’t do enough for you. Max the GM is the standout champion of Soho.
Can’t wait for the full menu to return.

Sterling job by one of the managers ,Kasha ,who was able to sort out the menus when running out of a few dishes and please everyone at the table. She needs a raise as she’s going above and beyond her role . Everything was better than expected. Will definitely be back for more.

Our evening at OCB was as fantastic as always, only made even more wonderful by Casper who was our waiter. He was so friendly and made every effort to make our evening feel really special. The food was delicious and cocktails kept us excited. My sea bass was cooked perfectly and the creme brulee is one of the best in town. We've never had a bad experience at OCB and keep going back because of the friendly staff, exciting menu choices, great cocktails and overall a fab night out.

The Brasserie did not have any record of my booking despite receiving 2 confirmation emails. Very noisy, far too many people, social distancing wasn't being observed properly. We left after only 30 minutes. I have visited the Brasserie before and have always enjoyed my time there, sadly Saturday was very disappointing.

Nice setting for Sunday lunch with friends and their family. Despite being quiet the service was slower than normal but friendly all the same.

Service is great. Ideal for a meal before the theatre. Limited menu, which obviously allows for time to get served and out. We were sat upstairs which my wife complained was cold due to air conditioning blasting our table.

The staff were lovely and the food and cocktails were delicious! The only downside for me was that it was very noisy and the tables were close together so it was sometimes hard to hear the person I was with. We had a 5pm booking on a Saturday night, so it could be that's an especially busy time to go. Overall we had a great time though and I would recommend giving it a try.

We tried the Old Compton for a pre theatre dinner so went for the set menu. There wan't loads of choice but it was quite balanced and not difficult to find items we liked. The kedgeree scotch eggs were delicious. Meal sizes were just right, not too big but enough to feel satisfied. Price overall was great value - 3 courses for 2 people plus 2 non alcoholic drinks (one a cocktail) for just under £60. For the west end in London that's very good.

We visited here before our trip to the theatre to celebrate my moms 60th birthday and I have to say we wasn't disappointed we was greeted very promptly upon arrival and was made to feel very welcome we was seated straight away and our waiter Christian was very quick to bring us menu's and take our drink's order. we had the bottomless brunch as soon as our glass was empty Christian was straight over topping us back up he went above and beyond especially when he knew it was my moms birthday he was very efficient noting was to much to ask he even arrange for a desert with sparklers to come to my mom at the end of the meal which was a lovely touch this was our first visit to old Compton brasserie and defiantly will not be the last we have already recommend it to a number of people and in a fantastic location to thank you for a fabulous afternoon.

Lovely ambience and friendly staff but our mains were all very overcooked and although the worst one was removed from the bill, we had to point out how charred the food was. It should not have left the kitchen; we had waited a while for the food to arrive so did not have time to wait for it to be cooked again!

This is an excellent restaurant, serving a wide and variable menu of excellent food and wines. The staff are obviously well trained, efficient and friendly and the management has to be applauded for that. The ambiance is also perfect whether you’re a young person or adult. Highly recommended,

Service was great. Quick, courteous and with a smile.
DJ was playing great music throughout too.
Will go again soon and try the a la carte.

Amazing staff. Delicious food. Great value. Just one small thing, the tables are for too tightly packed. You may as well be eating communally. They are trying to fit in too many people. One or two tables less would make the space better.

My entire experience at the Old Compton Brasserie was ruined by the appalling level of noise. The food was ok tho too salty for my taste, the service was attentive and fairly quick but it was hard to judge as I was dying to get out due to the ghastly racket. The music was loud and everyone was shrieking to be heard over it. My daughter felt the same.

Good atmosphere although could get a little noisy with the noise bouncing off the walls. Not intrusive though just found it hard to hear the staff sometimes.
We had a delay with a misunderstanding from the kitchen for our starters meaning half of us had to wait quite a while after our friends but overall great food quality and service was good. A nice evening out. Good Vegan options also!
