If you are running late, please call the restaurant at (972) 863-8863. We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to guest on our wait list.

We were a party of four. Two of the parties food came out and then the next two people did not get their food for over 20 minutes. And nobody seem to really care. When the waiter was asked about the time delay his response was, “Have you eaten here before?” As if this was their normal practice. My son had eaten there once before and didn’t get his food for 40 minutes after ordering. He thought it was just an isolated incident. Apparently it is the norm. Would not be going back. Too many other great sushi places around.

Excellent service! We were treated like VIP by the entire waitstaff. Excellent food and a wonderful experience all around.
WEIRDEST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD. Waiter was completely incapacitated and left 1/2 way through our dinner. Order was wrong, drinks were given to another table. Never got our straws or lemons, those went to the table next to us. Kept giving our stuff to everyone else, they were just as confused when he would drop it off lol.
They put us at a table right by the door/ where every one stands and waits- def. uncomfortable with COVID in the air.... will stick to the Wycliff location.
Oishi at SMU was fabulous! They have a patio which I feel is safer in these times and it felt amazing to sit outside and enjoy their fantastic sushi

this is the best place in dfw for sushi and sashimi..the royce roll is over the top..sashimi platter is great..and Nicolette, the manager, is the best..

The food was incredible. Only complaint would be the noice level and where we were seated (right in front of the bar so many guest waiting for a table were basically standing at our table... a little awkward)

Ordered $85 dollar bottle of wine and was hot. If you don’t order at same time then sushi delivered 1 hour apart. Just not managed well. Great location but bad execution.
