Nova - Oak Cliff - Dallas, TX

About this restaurant

Nova is a contemporary American gastropub that serves a chef-driven menu with nightly features. Many restaurants throw out the term "chef-driven" but few follow that concept to the same standard as Nova. Here, the kitchen staff is always testing out new dishes and adding them to the menu as well as removing ones that don't sell well. Each visit to Nova can be a completely different experience, which is exciting for guests. While Nova's menu does change, there are certain staples that guests are likely to see recurring. Seared duck breast, heritage Berkshire pork chops, Angus brisket burger and freshly baked pizzas can usually be found. One of the most popular pizzas is the pulled duck & cherrywood bacon that is topped with Memphis BBQ sauce, smoked cheddar, buffalo mozzarella and red onions.
