A go-to! The staff is friendly and accommodating. We originally reserved outdoor seating but requested last-minute to sit inside; they had no issues accommodating us and we didn't feel like a bother as a result. The food is fantastic, we have not been disappointed yet and like the variety and it's just plain delicious! Also, not only is the menu thoughtful to food allergies and intolerances, but the staff is on top of that as well. If you ask for the gluten-free option, they instinctively know to carry it over to anything else you might have ordered that contains gluten or specify when cross-contamination is an issue. Just a great place to dine all around!

Fantastic time with my beautiful wife. The Sirloin Tips and Salmon were excellent and we had sweet potato fries for an appetizer and the hot fudge sundae for dessert. We had a bottle of Chardonnay. We loved everything. Relaxing place with great food.

Pleasant because we were the only ones in the tent on a slow night. We had dressed for outside temperatures and they provided space heaters.
The food was warm, and our server was kind. For those that are cautious about eating at a restaurant, go on a slow night, dress appropriately, and continue to take the recommended social distance guidelines.

We were the only people sitting outside, and there were lights hanging from the ceiling! The food was excellent, and my only complaint would be that the plastic tent they put up was not very nice, but it’s not like they can help that! I really loved the food and service, they were so welcoming.

Waiter was very good..we were seated right away (we did have reservations). Joes did a nice job for dining outside (behind plastic)...we appreciate that. It doesn’t matter which restaurant I go to...I always ask for my salad dressing on the side (everyone drowns their salad) but 99% do not get that message to the kitchen...as good as Joe’s is...I had to send my salad back, but on a good note...I won the BET! No one ever believes me until they see it😀 happen. We will be back soon!

Terrific new fall entrees. Excellent service. Should begin to think about outdoor heaters. And that focaccia & dipping sauce - to die for!!!

We enjoyed our first time visit to this restaurant on Halloween night. The staff was very friendly and the food was really good. It had a variety of menu items and they had a unique touch to each entree. We would plan to come back again.

This was the first time we could dine out as a family since March, and NYAJ’s clearly took phenomenal precautions - no tables filled near ours, QR code for menus, masks, hand sanitizer, etc. I cannot say enough good things about our server, who was spectacular. The food was delicious, in particular the Harvest Gnocchi and the Peanut Butter Thing. Overall, an excellent experience.

They just got it right. Great feeling of safety, food as always tasty and innovative, great selection of drinks. And the service just superbly personal.

The restaurant was deserted which made us sad, but our reservation was early (6 PM), which is why I rated quiet ambiance. The food was good but not great. I had the salmon special and it had a heavy buttery sauce - too much - and the pesto was also heavily applied. My husband had the pork and potato pancake special. He also said it was just ok. We will go back and support this restaurant.

I like to have dinner at Not Your Average Joe's every time I visit my daughter. We love their salmon with pesto, we love the ciabatta bread with olive oil, chili flakes and parmesan. We ate on the patio and felt very comfortable there. The waiter was personable and helpful. The pork schnitzel special was favorably reviewed by one of our dining party. The Mediterranean chicken salad was very good except too heavy handed with the dressing. I'd forgotten to ask for dressing on the side. We shared a carrot cake dessert which had a lovely homemade flavor.

We ate outside on Saturday night. Staff could not have been more friendly and informative. Food was outstanding....hope it stays warm enough to continue to eating out there....

We have been going to Not Your Average Joes for years. We missed them while they were closed and are happy they are back. They have their full menu, and even though the bar area is closed, you can get any drink you want. The food is excellent and there is a good variety of meals. Everything meets or exceeds COVID requirements as far as cleanliness, ordering food, paying for it, etc.

I got the pork schnitzel and it was so overdone! I happened to be in the middle of an intense conversation and didn't really notice until I had already finished 1 of the 2 pieces, otherwise I would have sent it back. The red cabbage was fine, but the potato pancake was a joke - I had to look for it under the cabbage and it was maybe 3" diameter (and overcooked too).

My companion had a cheeseburger and it was very good (I had a bite).

We have eaten here many times and enjoyed it. This visit was disappointing. Our waitress was not very attentive, the drinks (martinis) were small and weak.

Our server Brian K(#341) did an excellent job. Went over the specials. We had already chose what we had missed what we wanted to eat and chose those entree’s. This was our first time back since Covid-19. Spacing and cleanliness made you comfortable. Their complimentary bread was still great.

Happy to be outside and eating great food- my friend is gluten free and there are foods she can eat- even dessert!!

Food was excellent as always, but the service was a little slower that I would have expected given the restaurant had a very small number of people in it on a Wednesday night. Also we let them know in advance that it was my wife's birthday and not a mention of it the whole evening. Finally I had to tell the waiter so they would bring a candle on her dessert. What is the point of entering information like that on the reservation if they are not going to pay attention to it?
