   Food was excellent but service was terrible. Everything about our order was mixed up and we even got charged for an extra meal. We had to chase them about the refund. Our coffees were mixed up and after numerous requests arrived at the end of our breakfast. A real shame as we have been here numerous times before the floods and never had an issue.

   Perfect setting for Mother’s Day lunch! The view is beautiful and the food was excellent. Also very reasonably priced. We have been here many times and love.

   The cafe is looking grubby and the staff were unkempt. I have been here a number of times and each time I have to ask to exchange the tea cup served for a clean one. Toilets are grubby too. Disappointing considering the fantastic location. They could do so much better.

   Although not full service was slow and seemed uncoordinated. I had to find cutlery for our table. Two meals - anti pasti came out just as the other meals were finished. Nice staff but need to get their act together

    Our group of four had a lovely lunch together and the food and service was great. It’s a beautiful setting overlooking the river and adds to the ambiance. We are regulars here and love to bring our friends and family.

    Luckily we booked because it was packed. However, some people at our table got drinks first and some people got meals first. 1 meal was incorrect and then we also somehow got an extra meal. Food was average and location was very noisy. Meals resonantly priced. Nice location though.

    A hidden gem set on the Brisbane river with plenty of parking, surrounded by a fabulous grass park, and even a little beach area - this restaurant has a great atmosphere whilst serving delicious food! We keep going back!

    Firstly, when people decide to visit a Cafe they expect someone to take their orders and field questions about the menu. Here, we were made to order online yet were sitting in the Cafe. We watched more than 4 staff float past as we struggled with the online order process. Secondly, it took over 30mins for the breakfast to arrive. When it did arrive, the bacon was all but raw and the poached eggs cold. Thirdly, to be charged $48 for two coffees, eggs, bacon and avocado, given we did all except cook the food ourselves, is a joke. I will not recommend this Cafe to anyone.

The table ordering system is just new for us and convenient for some guests - however, we totally agree, its lovely to have your order taken in person.     We were seated in a timely manner, however when ordering coffee and meals we waiting for 25-30mins for the coffees to be delivered to the table. Following the meals, we when ordered another round of coffees and while waiting another 25-30mins for these to arrive, we were then greeted by a staff member letting us know that the table/reservation is only really held for a 2 hour sitting and we were close to needing to leave. We were yet to receive the second round of coffees to the table and having waiting for almost an hour of a 2 hour sitting for coffee to be delivered, and then to be told that we need to move on essentially, was pretty abysmal service. We had to then cancel the round of coffees and leave to vacate the table. Has left a pretty sour taste and we will be unlikely to return.

    Ordered via QR code and part of our order was lost. We also waited a lot longer than other people around us even though we only ordered one side and one main meal. I was literally pushed out of the way twice whilst sitting on a high stool because the staff were trying to close shutters due to rain. Staff didn’t ask me to stand up and move, instead just pushed me and my plate/drinks aside, it was very abrupt.

We have only just started using the Grayza app(QR code) and there were some teething problems in the beginning that have now been rectified! As for being pushed around by the staff while trying to close the window this is not acceptable at all. I apologise for the bad experience you had at the cafe, I hope you will pop in again and give us another chance!

    My husband and I dined here on Valentines Day. We had a reservation and were shown to our table on arrival. And then we were forgotten. After 15 minutes we got up and got our own water. We then tried to make eye contact with a waiter to order, which was very difficult. In the meantime, another couple that arrived 10 minutes after us, and obviously regulars, were greeted and served cocktails. What???? We eventually placed our order and the food was delicious. The ambiance was really pretty and romantic, but we seemed to be in a waitress black hole. It sort of put a whole dampener on the evening. I won’t be rushing back here again, sadly.

    Delightful cafe with fabulous food, drinks and service. The Italian themed Valentine’s Day menu was just amazing! Could have been in Italy… and the tiramisu was to die for. Mushroom spaghetti and bruschetta. Ambience of the fairy lights was lovely. Classy place to eat with family and friends.

    Disorganised and poor customer service....waited 20 minutes for my coffee to arrive. When I went to check on it none of the staff milling around the counter would give me any eye contact.....some disappeared into the kitchen on my approach and the others looked anywhere but at me hoping I would disappear. My breakfast came out quickly but was stone-cold. This is the first time I have been to the cafe. Shame, it's such a lovely spot, great view of the river, surrounded by parks.

    Good morning Nick... I'm truly very sorry that you had such a bad experience when you visited. I would just like to take a minute to explain, its been very challenging to find a well presented, experienced and most all fast barista. We had some staff that were not able to keep up the pace! Good news is we now have a great little team behind the coffee machine and another very experienced barista joining us in a couple of weeks! I do hope you will pop in again soon to give us a second chance

    Although we booked our table was not prepared and we were greeted by a grumpy lady who sat us down with water and no glasses. My coffee arrived after I had finished breakfast and had to request it again, like the glasses for water. The view is nice. People at the table beside us commented that you come for the view not the service and I suppose that was right.

    Terrible ! The 2 staff at the counter were not wearing masks, my friend arrived before me and was told to just sit anywhere as the woman had not checked bookings yet. The service was distracted, the food was awful, I had the Bircher muesli which was a congealed mass of cold glue, my friends had eggs on toast, very ordinary and expensive ! The only good thing was the coffee. Will not be back !

    Staff were too busy to direct us to our table and were forced to seat ourselves. Had to ask multiple times for the table to be wiped from the previous diners. The waitress said she was too busy running plates to assist with our booking.

    The restaurant wasn't prepared for us. They didn't acknowledge that we had a reservation. There was no table set or reserved, it was just good fortune that there was an outside table for 6 available, as per our booking through Open Table. Otherwise the food and service were ok, but not fantastic. Staff asked to see our check in but none were wearing masks. Nice location with a view of the river.

    Horrible service. Almost every table were waiting on a meal. Every single table got their drink order half an hour after they had finished their meals. Multiple people were going up to the counter for missing meals and orders. The food was very average. The eggs Benedict a 10yo could make better at home. Don’t waste your money.

    More gluten free items to pick from would be appreciated. Otherwise I would recommend this to everyone. It is one of my regular places to go too. Lovely surroundings and view. Good staff.

    The food was fabulous but the service was rather indifferent. Young male behind the counter gave the impression that he’d rather be somewhere else. There was a ten minute wait between my friend getting her coke and my ginger beer being served…why…..they are in the fridge together. Food was fabulous as mentioned previously but our table was not cleaned while all the tables around us where. Will go again to see if the poor service was a once off.

    Staff were very accommodating on what was a VERY busy day for them. Our drinks took too long but a word had them quick to fix. Food was delicious! Lovely location overlooking the water. Would go back for sure.

    Great location. Sat outside and was very hot. Staff were obliging to help us move into shade. Fish tacos were tasty and well presented. Coffee was great. It was very busy but we were served in a very comfortable time frame.

    I booked online, an outdoor table for 6 as bringing my dog and they had our table inside. Staff were great in rectifying this and quickly set up a table outside.

    I booked a table for 2 but was shown to the bench which did not benefit from the airconditioning. I noted that some other diners were a twosome. My meal of fish was to come with a Summer Salad but I had only 2 items. My friend had a piece extra than mine, a small piece of tomato. I have dined with you a number of times but sadly the standard has dropped considerably.
