The Old Flour Mill (1873) of Euroa has recently been restored as Northern Republic and offers a new dining, drinking and live music destination for north-east Victoria in the historical town of Euroa.

We have two amazing spaces. The old wine hall provides a warm welcome hug as soon as guests enter. Outside is a beautifullly shaded garden space with room to relax.​

Our food offering is Mediterranean in origin with a woodfired oven producing a delicious selection of pizzas. Complimenting our pizzas are our array of spuntini dishes perfect for sharing with friends and family.

We have an extensive range of local wines on offer supporting many of the reputable north-east wine makers of the region.

From weddings, to cocktail parties, to intimate dinners, to corporate events, we are here to make your experience with us one to remember.

Please note Sunday night is pizza night. Dine in or takeaway pizza only, every Sunday night from 5-8pm.

    We had a wonderful dinner on Saturday night, the pizzas were delicious, the staff friendly and helpful, the cocktails fantastic, the atmosphere fun and warm. Loved it.

    The food was very delicious, My daughter and I had the risotto, and we had never had such delicious and well cooked risotto ever, we are from Melbourne, we will be back, pizza is great too, well done.

    We were four women getting together for a dinner on a cold Saturday night. Right from the entrance the ambience was beautiful - Spacious layout, Fire burning And a warm greeting from the staff. The food was fantastic - We shared pizza and then a number of dishes from the ‘share’ menu - Oh delicious and beautifully presented. We shared three deserts - absolutely marvellous. All the food was top quality And not expensive. I would highly recommend this place for a night out with family and friends, or for a couple.

    Some of the best calamari I've ever eaten when dining out. Fire was lovely on a very cold night.
