North Italia - Dallas
We ere recommenced this restaurant by our tour guide and it was fantastic
The quality , quantity and flavours were out of this world
Amazing restaurant! Service was even better.
Has the non authentic charm of a multi-state hedge fund financed chain that would look and feel the same in any major city or exurb with indifferent service, average food masquerading as great and ear splitting decibels of music cranking when 90 percent empty at 2:00 pm on a weekday. Then they still want to squeeze your party of two into a two top surrounded by four tops. And a bit over priced for an average salad with a too oily and heavy, flavorless dressing that quickly wilted the somewhat interesting ingredients. Grilled salmon, however was medium rare as ordered and tasted fresh not frozen but pretty sure it was farm raised Atlantic not wild.
Great lunch with friends. Our server Kevin was excellent and the meal was delicious. Always consistent, favorite neighborhood spot!
Amazing food and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
Good experience. Even took good care of my 🐩
Amazing food and service! Great experience. Made our birthday celebration extra special.
My experience at North Italia was an amazing. Curtis took care of us in a very friendly and professional way. The food was amazing, from the appetizer to dessert. The pasta tasted very fresh. I’ll definitely be back!
This is the third time I have eaten at North Italia restaurants, once in Houston and twice in Dallas. In Houston, the first time I ate at a North restaurant, the service was terrible. Then Dallas opened, and my wife and family went and loved it. So much so, we returned for my wife's birthday....what a disaster. First the waiter brought the wrong type of soft drink to my daughter - not a huge issue, but it got progressively worse from here. Next, our appetizers were delivered to the wrong table. When the second round of appetizers were brought to us, they tried to deliver them to the same wrong table! My wife got a completely different entree than she ordered which she had to send back, and wait while we had to eat ours or else it would get cold. Finally, the waiter offered us a free dessert to compensate for all the mishaps, and they tried to deliver THAT to the other table as well. It was an all-around terrible experience, especially on the occasion of my wife's birthday. I'm not sure we'll go back.
Great food and service
Always good food and good service
good food, pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices. good spot for an enjoyable evening.
Beautiful view from the patio. The food is excellent, as always.
Always enjoy North Italia. Quick in and out for a light late lunch. So hot on walk To restaurant so didn’t eat a full entree and service was still outstanding! regardless. Young man made the move from AZ to participate in opening of new Dallas location and Dallas is lucky to have a server as good as he. Attentive and friendly.
Excellent brunch items! Loved the lemon donuts and crispy hash browns! Can’t wait to try the dinner menu on the next visit! But I might be dreaming about those crispy hash browns!
It was my first time here and it’s already one of my favorite spots in Dallas. Incredible Italian food and love the environment.
We had a reservation but ended up sitting st the bar. It wasn’t overly busy and there were 3 bartenders on. The service was absolutely awful. I had to actually get up and ask another employee to send the bartender over for water. Can’t imagine what’s it like when it’s a busy weekend
This was our first visits to the Dallas and it was great! Our server did a wonderful job throughout our visit being attentive and not pushy. The fresh pasta was yummy! I had the pesto chicken. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the pesto has a bright citrus flavor. We also had the tortellini. It was one of the best tomato sauces that I have had. GREAT job and we'll be back.
Great food, drinks and atmosphere
Great meal and great service. Really happy with everything.
Randon was an incredible server, he absolutely made our night! I’ve visited multiple locations but the experience at this location was made by the service! I’ll be back!
Service has really gone down hill! It was a slow night and the staff was lazy and forgetful
Fantastic service and pasta
A little loud
Wonderful experience. We arrived at a very busy time. However our waitress was still able to accommodate our needs with the crowd and keep us informed!
Food was disappointing, nor was service good, really loud,
At the table behind us, a gentleman was doing tequila shots off a woman. Incredibly tacky, in bad taste, etc. This is supposed to be a nice restaurant, not some tacky bar during spring break.
This is the best restaurant. Every meal we’ve had here is awesome. Really like how the use lemon in several dishes. Lots of attention to detail.
My favorite new restaurant! The meal was excellent and the best service. Wonderful decor too. Always a great time!💜
This is a very nice addition to Dallas. I’ve been there several times with friends. It’s consistently great food and great service.
Everything was excellent
Such a great space and impeccable, upbeat service! We will definitely go back!
Server Vic was INCREDIBLE! The hostess were not very friendly and made a reservation and had to wait 30 min for a table. Other than that it was great!
Great food, excellent service!!
food was cold. Wine selection not great. Love the place otherwise.
Our waiter was excellent and catered to everything my kids (who are picky) asked for. Everything was delicious! We’ll be back!
My wife and I went on a date during lunch time. Because there was no one there, we got fast service. The people there were courteous and informative. The guy even gave us suggestions and those suggestions didn’t disappoint. Y'all's food was definitely scrumptious; worth every penny and bite. We want to come back here sometime again!
Less salt, please. Otherwise, we really enjoyed eating at Italia
I enjoy North Italia - a lot. We come every Sunday afternoon. However, the service can be a little ra ra ridiculous.
Some servers are awesome. On top of your order, know when you are involved in conversation and when is good to interrupt. Several servers here are the opposite and take an extremely far too casual approach.
I am all about some fun casual service but I am not about them sitting down and trying to be my best friend when it is clearly unwelcome.
I highly recommend the food but keep an eye out for the service!
Over priced but I guess they have to charge that to pay the rent for the fancy location.
I have been going to north Italia in Houston for years. The food here just isn’t the same or even in close. The service was okay but could have been better
