Overall a acceptable restaurant for what it is. What it is not is a white table cloth dining room prices not with standing. A major slip up. Coffee was served with out a spoon instead a wooden stirrer was provided. And the milk for the coffee in a paper cup not a pitcher
👍🏼Fun vibe, food was good
👎🏼Slow and somewhat inattentive service and it wasn’t busy.
We had brunch. The Shakshouka and Omelette were both perfect. Great Bloody Mary too!
Delicious food. Cheerful, fun atmosphere. Our server was overworked (covid understaffing, most likely), but taking care of every table with speed and a wonderful energy. Great music. Yummy wine. Most of all: nice people!!
An ambitious and interesting menu, with prices to match; attractive setting and helpful, attentive service. The food itself was a bit of a disappointment -- my appetizer of roasted heirloom tomatoes with burrata, for example, was a generous dollop of excellent burrata (almost 2/3 cup) in a shallow bowl, sprinkled with sprouts and ringed feebly by 6 widely-spaced roasted cherry tomatoes. Not bad, but odd. Our light meal of four appetizers with one coke and a glass of $11 Malbec came to well over $100 with tip; our other meals on this visit to Newport were a better value. We were staying at the hotel in which Nomi Park is located, so eating at Nomi Park met our needs, but I would not seek it out again.
We stayed for our 25th Anniversary. We had dinner twice and breakfast. Everything was wonderful, food and drinks. Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.
amazing service and food, 100% recommend for newport/ middletown visitors and locals alike
Everything was outstanding! Decor was fun and modern, service was excellent. Wonderful beer and wine selection… and the food was out of this world… from the salad, to the dessert! Can’t wait to dine here again.
To compete in Newport, you’ve got to bring your A game. This was not it. This meal was average. Granted we were there on a Monday night after a busy August weekend, but two items that we originally ordered were no longer available. The items we actually received were fine but forgettable. Service was very good, the high point of the meal. Overall disappointing, especially as I like a couple other restaurants owned by the same group.
Delicious brunch !
Excellent inventive menu. Limited but delicious
Particularly in the height of the summer/tourist season when brunch on the island can be a stressful and crowded affair, Nomi Park is AWESOME! It was easy to secure a reservation online, the space is great - retro-cool decor and very quiet/relaxed, the staff were super friendly, and attentive, and the food was DELICIOUS. I especially appreciated the local offerings, e.g., Johnnycakes and a coffee milk cocktail!
This place has potential to be a destination! Very ascetically pleasing for those instagram people. Food was good and drinks were good but not worth the price. Drink glasses were chock full of ice and again food was good but not outstanding dishes. The restaurant was quiet and empty, that being said I think the vibes would have been more fun if more people were there! Maybe some music, etc. Make people want to stay :)
Food was very good. Surprised when server brought our bottle of wine to the table already uncorked. This should not happen.
Fun retro-inspired eatery, with a small but sufficient menu of eclectic items (that I had to Google, because the ingredients were so unique!). Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, wait staff was attentive and friendly, food came quickly, and I'll be returning. Thank you!
The food (breakfast) was goof but not nearly as interesting as reviews made it sound.
