Amazing food and amazing place
Waited 1 hour for our table, and then had to move because the table next to us was swearing. It was my anniversary and I was not happy. I asked them to discount the bill. They took off the service charge. Food wasn’t great and I thought they would at least take off 20% making us wait an hour for our table. We ordered at 11:30pm and they made us rush because kitchen was closing. So bad please don’t go to this Nobu

Sadly our visit on Aug 11 was let down by the ambience. It was too warm and stuffy in the restaurant, which encouraged us to eat quickly and flee. Was this to be expected in light of CV19? Maybe so. Good health and safety measures were in place, however the hostess who seated us kept lifting her face mask to speak to us and we noticed many wait staff wearing their mask beneath their nose. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of wearing it? Our server was terrific and the food was excellent as usual.
As always the good was great. Service was good, still adjusting to COVID protocols. however once the bugs are worked out, will be awesome.

The restaurant was dull and the decor was outdated and the atmosphere reminded me of a retirement cafeteria. The vegetable sushi roll I ordered was not enjoyable especially since the price’s are expensive. Overall I would not recommend coming here unless it’s with someone over 70.

The food was fair for your average sushi restaurant, I had the taster menu and several courses were under presented and little but important things really caused me issue - for example the steak course was overcooked and had some nasty pieces of gristle you wouldn’t expect in such an establishment. The service was sadly not worth the trouble or the cost, our waiter forgot several times to even supply us with cutlery, napkins, and things I wouldn’t normally have a problem with in a cheaper restaurant - but here at the legend that is Nobu I expected much more, much more.
The ambience and table settings left a lot to be desired, and I will not be returning. I took a dear friend for their 30th birthday and so it was a special occasion that felt like I could have spent elsewhere and gotten a much better experience.

Nobu is so overrated. Ambiance was so bad it felt like we were sitting in a flat and having dinner. Only the service was good where as everything was not up to the mark. Neither will not recommend anyone to go there nor will I go there again.

I remember that a dining experience in Nobu two years ago was amazing, with all the really fresh seafood ingredients and the lighting and atmosphere perfectly combined. This meal is accompanied by the memory of the last time. In my mind, Nobu's sashimi is the most perfect in London. Sashimi is as outstanding as ever, especially the O-Toro. But the experience at the Old Park branch was less than satisfactory, although the service was very attentive. The first point was that when the waiter brought the rice to our table, his fingers accidentally touched the rice. I don't think it was intentional. The second point was that because we sit in the middle of the dining room, we can easily look around. The waiter made two wrong deliveries. The first time was to bring the other guests' food to our table, and the second time was to send my extra sushi to another table. Last but not the least, my partner found a black foreign object in the slice of ginger. I'm not sure if it's an insect. We didn't shoot it in time, but I believe the manager of that day should remember this matter. To our surprise, we got a complimentary dessert. But after this dining experience, I am not sure if I will visit it again. I am reluctant to give up the O-Toro provided by Nobu, but I am also afraid that this will happen again.I hope Nobu will pay attention to this comment and improve the service quality from the perspective of management.

Have been to other Nobu restaurants and they were wonderful.
I was very disappointed by this one. No ambience, poor interior design, furniture was old and tatty.

The food is excellent and service is super but the decor and the ambience is lacking. It is very underwhelming compared to other Nobu’s I have visited.
I would come back but I think the restaurant needs a face lift to suit it’s brand.
I have been to Nobu restaurants all over and have never had an issue, this time the staff weren’t as attentive as usual and the overall Atmosphere was poor, just wasn’t the same, I know changes have to be made due to the current global pandemic but first time myself and my guests didn’t enjoy Nobu.
