Nobu's interior reflects the elements of earth and water that are key to the cuisine. Stunning intricate glass chandeliers, reminiscent of Japanese lanterns, add to the sense of occasion. You’ll be amazed as Nobu’s highly skilled, knife-wielding chefs turn sushi preparation into a feast of entertainment before your eyes.
We were pleasantly surprised to be moved to a better table when it became available. The Chef's special degustation menu was immaculately prepared, then served by staff who knew the right details and how to communicate effectively.
Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when choosing our dishes. We took his advice and the dishes were delicious..a lovely birthday meal for my brother. Thank you.
We come here twice a year for both our birthdays. Always start with 3 signature cold dishes as these are our favorite( yellowtail, seared tuna and ocean trout). The tempura creamy prawns are also delicious.
Staff are friendly and the place has a nice ambience.
Nice place for special occasions.
First of all the food is exceptional at Nobu. Extensive wine and cocktail menu, with a good selection of Sake and Japanese Whisky. The service was very friendly, albeit somewhat in-attentive after the initial welcome and explanation of the menu. For the fine dining price point one would expect the service to be exemplary, yet once we had ordered the only time we saw wait staff again was when they rushed out to slap a plate down on the table before quickly disappearing. Amazing food though!
Sensational quality of food, immaculate presentation. First class experience.
The food was very good, especially the deserts. Although as a vegetarian our choices were very limited. The service is superb and our waitress was very attentive to our needs; in fact it was the service we received from staff that made this a special occasion for us. Overall a most enjoyable experience.
I went to Nobu yesterday 4th of Jan to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. The Nobu dishes are quite nice and good looking to have. However, I feel little disappointed of that customer service at Nobu was not satisfied. This is because the staff was not smiling at all and they looked like they feel tired or do not want to work hard to me. I guess most of customer would feel what I felt. To become the better one for the future I suppose that Nobu should focus and train more about customer s
Every thing was great
Second time eating at Nobu and was not dissapointed, the food is amazing!
My husband is not adventurous with food and he loved everything we tried, even ordering seconds of the Beef Tataki. The Wagyu Tacos and tempura veg were crispy and full of flavour. Our least favourite dish was surprisingly the Black Miso Cod which is a signature dish. It didn't have the explosion of flavour I remembered from my first visit or that the other dishes all had. Can't wait to try other new dishes next visit.
Great food amazingly fresh great service
Another amazing dinner at Nobu! One of our favourite special event restaurants! Love everything about this place, the food, the staff, the ambiance.
Last night was no different, we recommended the Chef's Omikase Signature Tasting Menu as we now find this offers a selection different to the standard menu. An 8 course tasting menu tailored to any specific requirements, eg vegetarian, pescatarean, allergies etc.
As usual it was delightful. Thanks again Nobu.
Great food in great atmosphere
Food was very good, excellent flavours, albeit pricey. Service and ambience is lacking for a fine dining restaurant. We initially had a waitress whose service was more in line with a cheap Chinese restaurant and she appeared totally disinterested. Requested a different waiter, who was much better, but the initial service almost ruined the dining experience.
Great way of booking
Great service and food from start to finish
Happy happy happy cant wait to go back
Our first visit to Nobu was for a birthday celebration. Hands down the best food we have ever had, simply amazing. Service was also second to none! Can’t wait to go back.
Dinner was fabulous but need to book months in advance. I wanted to go back for lunch but couldn't get a booking. Hotel guests should be able to get into restaurants within the complex
The service was fantastic and the food was delicious, creative and difficult to match.
The staff were very welcoming, took time to explain the dishes and the service was impeccable.
Thank you to all who made this experience so unforgettable for the whole family.
Helen Rogers and family
Food exceptional, service fantastic, coffee awful how restaurants that balance excellent flavours in their food thenm serve coffee that tastes like an ash tray i will never understand
It was closed! Very upsetting because I got a confirmation but after walking through the rain found out it was closed for months
First time at Nobu and I have no idea why, as I will definitely be back. Went for dinner with good friends and was the perfect place to catch up. The food was beautiful and the staff were lovely. A great place for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. Highly recommend it
Service and food were sensational. Waitress very helpful in assisting us with the menu.
Dinner is definitely the better experince at Nobu. I have previously been to dinner, and recently lunch. I would rate lunch as OK, and dinner as very good. The lunch menu is smaller, and the options less appealing. The specialness of dinner at Nobu somehow just does not translate to lunch. I would highly recommend the dinner option, and not lunch for that special buzz. For just a meal with friends lunch is OK.
After ordering the $200 chef meal, was left extremely underwhelmed and disappointed with the amount and food offered. It was our anniversary, waitress advised us to go for the chef’s selection and we left feeling ‘ripped off’.
The staff were very attentive from the reception desk and throughout service. The food was delicious and when the waiter discovered it was my son's 18th birthday, had the dessert platter decorated for his birtday
An excellent meal with superb and friendly service by the waitress......would highly recommend!
Nobu is the very closest you can get to having Japanese food in Perth outside of Japan.
While they cater for Japanese fusion, purists will not find it hard to look for things on the menu that traditionally you can find in Japan.
Having been to Japan, I can say that some of the Sashimi was very close to what you can find there. Uni was not on the menu but the waitress was accommodating and told me I could have some if they had any in stock.
Overall great experience and a must go !
Thank you for an amazing dining experience! Service was excellent and every dish was exquisite. We particularly enjoyed the Pork Belly but it was hard to choose a favourite! The Pina Martini is a must have too.
Food good - served at “exceptional speed”!!! Seated at just after 6pm and out at 7.10pm!!! Even after we told the waiter that we were in no hurry - had no show to attend, etc. Certainly not a dining experience - more like being seated at a revolving Asian food train!!!
Always an amazing experience at Nobu. The food was superb!
Upmarket japanese like youve never experoenced. Staff will assist if you're not familiar with the menu. Food is amazing as is the service ! Keep up the standards
The food is always of the same high standard and never disappoints. The menu is extensive and there are plenty of drink options too.
Excellent experience overall!
Great food, really attentive service, amazing cocktails. Brought friends visiting from another country, they couldn’t have been more impressed.
The food was second to none! Our waiter had a sound understanding of the menu and provided amazing recommendations! We have been to Nobu a number of times and each time is as good as the first!
Excellent food and service
Awesome food, huge variety of options.
Only one hiccup, I found a small bit of lobster shell in a taco, staff incredibly apologetic, spoke with the chef, took it off the bill. Still tasted superb.
Cod Miso. Just do it. It may be $49 but it is one of the best meals I have had. All dishes we had were superb the presentation lovely. A special occasion place for sure as is not cheap but gee it is good.
We went last night as a family of four for our Christmas dinner as it would be the last time we were together for the year. Straight off the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and would suggest items based on what we liked.
The service was prompt all night with water and wine glasses being refilled before they were empty and plates being cleared the moment we finished food, even though the wait staff looked busy they all were so friendly and hospitable.
For the amount of money you spend, it's not as impressive. There are much better experience out there in terms of service and food.
Tempura is so so, nothing special for $36 Tempura which other cheaper Japanese restaurants do just as good or better.
Classic dish Eg black cod is nice but I expected it to not be fishy. Classic miso cappuccino dessert is really good. Meanwhile, Service was okay. But would not come back as there are many other fine dining which offer much better experience.
Food was outstanding as always, waitresses very friendly and accommodating. When food arrived the waitress went through the food that you had ordered. We had the Bento Boxes which were fantastic. The desserts were amazing. Loved everything.
