Nobu - Crown Perth Ratings and Reviews
The food was decent, though the Ramen was unexpectedly bland, and the noodle to broth ratio was way off. The dessert was perfect, great flavours.
Service was quite good, however, there are still some areas they can improve (over-filled drink, un-squeezed lime in my drink, more than one staff member asking the same question too close together).
Was perhaps a little loud for me but that might just be personal preference.
This was a special night for us, celebrating a few things. The food was amazing. We particularly liked the Toro Tartare and the lobster tacos, but it was all very high quality. The waiting staff were excellent - not too intrusive but always available when we needed something, and very understated friendly (10/10). The only thing stopping this place from becoming a regular is the price - only on special occasions for us :)
We had the 8 course Chef's degustation menu as it had been recommended.
The food was amazing, beautifully presented with great ingredients & utterly delicious.
Service was very good. Writing 'Happy Birthday' on the desert plate in chocolate sauce was a nice touch.
Unfortunately the individual plates were small & after completing the meal we were still hungry, which was disappointing considering the price
First time Nobu visitors.
Fantastic waitress who took us on the Nobu food journey, essential a selection of Japanese tapas style menu.
Every course was amazing in its own right, from presentation to taste.
The place was a bit noisy but still a very pleasant fine dining experience !
It was our first experience at Nobu and the dining experience was fabulous. The wait staff were exceptional in their service and guided us through the extensive menu and very thorough with their knowledge of the food we chose. The food was cook perfectly and we enjoyed the having a tapas style experience. Would love to go again.
The food couldn’t be faulted, and the staff were very experienced- great service. Our waitstaff knew the menu well and were able to recommend dishes easily. We even got a little surprise dessert at the end when they realized it was our first wedding anniversary.
Everything here was good, but when we were asked if it was are first time at nobu and we said yes, the menu was explained, as in sections of raw fish, cooked dishes, etc, there are many sections, it could be made clearer to first time diners that you simply order what ever you fancy and that’s the order it will come in,not so much entree, main and desert,as most dishes are on the small side, this is a great system, but does need to be explained to customers.
Very average. We went for the $50 Bento box with champagne, food was nice but not worth $50. Service was completely average. Served our food then just left us. I sat with an empty glass for 25mins before anyone approached, when they did the offered desert, we declined and they ran off before I could order another drink. Won't bother again.
Probably the best meal I've ever eaten. Took my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was brilliant, she picked all our dishes, quality and variety was perfect. Nice touch to finish the meal when our desert came out with a personalised anniversary message. Thanks Nobu 👍🏼
We were expecting that the food would be Japanese but it is more of a Japanese-South American fusion of tastes and with a couple of dishes quite spicy. Nevertheless the food was excellent and the service likewise. A bit surprised that the miso soup was brought out before the main course - we expected it to come with the main course as in Japan.
I enjoy Nobu, having dined in Melbourne, Malibu & now Perth. Food is excellent quality. Nobu Malibu has an amazing menu which I hope Perth & Melbourne adopt. Malibu had the best service, from the valet to hostesses to servers, they make you feel welcome. Melbourne & Perth Nobu staff could extend the same courtesy. The upselling is out of control for such an expensive restaurant. Serving the most expensive champagne w/out telling us when we repeatedly asked. Disappointing. Amy & Angie are great
