The service was very poor, not enough staff on and not very well organised. Bit of confusion as we were given a ‘Pre-theatre menu ‘ but wanted the all day menu for lite bites as advertised on their website. It took 30 minutes before we got our drinks, then food came 10 minutes after that, so 40 minutes wait on food was a bit long. The table we were seated at was a very small round table, not much room at all for food and drinks on it. But the Food was excellent when it came. Atmosphere was great.

Very poor experience. We had reserved a table as we were going to a concert in the Waterfront next door. When we arrived, no reserved table and told "we are very busy, find a space where you can." Service was very slow and we would have liked another drink, but impossible to get service. Won't be back.

Service at the bar was decent, we had beautiful cocktails. The service after was poor, I had pre booked a table which I had to say twice to a member of staff, no table was ready and we were sat at a table I did not choose. The booking was an after thought and the service for seating and food was chaotic! Our order was taken and food was brought out, fries were cold and we asked for condiments which never arrived and no one came near us until we asked for the bill. The place felt more like a hotel lobby than a bar/restaurant. This was not the experience we were hoping for and we will not be back or recommend!

Music, live singer was far too loud. Had to shout over it. Waitress couldn't hear out order.and was not friendly or welcoming. Very strange attitude. Food took forever to arrive, and brought wrong food to begin with. Food was frozen chips thrown on plate with frozen chicken burger. I expected better quality to say the least. Was then charged 10% on top of bill for service charge for 4 people which normally would have paid anyway if everything was good. Once food finally arrived we didn't see any waiting staff again. Price paid for food, especially given quality and one cocktail (£14) was ridiculous. Could not recommend. I rarely leave reviews but was so annoyed about evening.

Long wait at bar on arrival - no greeting Barman a little rude tbh when we asked to order same round of drinks again - ‘just lets get these sorted then you can order again at your table’?? He then rushed us to our table where we were left for approx 20mins before having to approach the bar to ask for service Food basic - I had steak sandwich which was ok - no steak knife so couldn’t cut through the ciabatta, steak was nice & tender though Still waiting on our checkback, plates to be cleared & dessert offer All this & still a service charge was added to our bill???? Dirty tables all around us & no one in charge or directing staff - disappointing

Arrived to be told there was no booking which wasn't a huge deal as it was so quiet, but a bit of a red flag for future. Food very average.

Not impressed! Lovely decor and thought this was a stand alone bar restaurant but in fact it's the lobby bar to the Hilton hotel. The bar looks great but I had booked the lounge upper table,. This turned out to be two ugly tables raised up at the side of the bar. We sat near the window. The restaurant was closed and food was served in the bar. Overlooking the lagan River? You can if in the restaurant just about but in the bar, all you have is the lobby and hotel entrance. We had a couple of sharing platters and they were very good as were the bar staff but location and ambience were not what I expected. Music was not suited and people from lobby just wandering in dressed for a gym rather than a lovely bar. Will not be back!
