A special lunch on Valentine's Day. Food was very good and service very good as well. The shrimp tacos were divine, the seafood salad was not as we remembered. Lots of romaine lettuce, whole leaves to maybe make up for the smaller portions of seafood since last time. We wished for an ice cream dessert. But all in all we had a good time.
Wonderful food, clean and flavorful! The quinoa pasta with veggies was to die for. The sandwich soup salad platter was delicious, the popovers such a treat, and refreshing creative specials and drinks are always a hit. Always a wonderful lunch!
Always great - perfect for lunch. The Brioche is amazing, I'm not usually an amuse bouche/consumme person, but it is truly special. And I've never had anything but a great entree. Really special, even for we non-shopaholics.
Service was sloppy. Our server spilled everything he served us and wasn’t terribly friendly. Good seems to have gone downhill, especially for the price. Probably won’t return anytime soon.
Very disappointed in this meal. My chicken sandwich was dry.
We had a lovely lunch. A nice quite oasis on Black Friday with a tasty menu and an outstanding server.
Service was excellent as was the food and the atmosphere. We went on a whim and really enjoyed it. Very well done.
I have brought my granddaughters here each year for their birthday for lunch. We had my daughter's 40th Birthday Luncheon at the Zodiac Café. The service is always perfect with RICHARD! We've known him for Years!! So grateful that he's still there.
The meal was slightly disappointing. The Popovers were over cooked, almost burned. I had The Sampler. The soup of the day was too spicy. I couldn't finish it. The tuna pecan salad was dry and the bread was too hard. Over toasted. It was my Granddaughter's 17th birthday and I was quite surprised that we were charged for the dessert as we did NOT ASK for dessert. In fact, both my Daughter & Granddaughter have gone totally sugar free with their diet. I didn't realize we had been charged until after I had paid the bill. I didn't make a fuss primarily, because I wouldn't want to get Richard into trouble. On previous birthdays, my Granddaughters would receive a cookie at no charge.
The prices I believe a little high given what the quality of the food has become. The atmosphere is the same as ever. One customer came in with a screaming child!! Not a relaxing lunch. And, you can't leave once your order has been placed or served. I realize the Café can't do anything about that. I just wish people would be more considerate. If a child cannot be comforted, you leave! It's thoughtless to be seated in a full dining room where your child is screaming at the top of their lungs, nonstop.
The service was unusually slow. It was a busy Saturday and the Café was understaffed. We're at the holidays, NOW. The mall, traffic and parking were MOBBED. Almost had to use Valet to park.
Perhaps going forward the Café could have another server on weekends.
The food was delicious. Unfortunately our waiter never once asked the additional four ladies that came if they wanted something other than water. Other than that, it's a great place for lunch and we will be back. I also introduced several friends to this restaurant this week and now they too want to go back. The shrimp and crab louie salad was wonderful - highly recommend this place.
If in the King of Prussia Mall, this is a nice, quiet get away from the fast food/mall food court. Was quiet, fast, and the service was truly 5 star. The blueberry lemonade was fantastic. The chicken salad was slightly dry for my tastes. I will there again when shopping.
Everything always great . James our waiter was exceptional
ZODIAC is lovely, elegant for lunch. DIners well behaved even little children
I had the crab cake thermodor .. came out "COLD" For $26. I wanted it at least warm.
Only saw our waiter to take our order & then hand us our check.
Never checked on us once.
Tables around us got much better service.
I flagged down a waitress who took my meal back to heat it.
My friend had a big salad w/chicken..no dressing!!!
She was more annoyed than I was & said loud & clear" next time we'll go to NORDSTROMS for lunch"
I love ZODIAC been here many times & will be back, w/a different friend
The waitress, I didn't catch her name, black hair very pleasant & had on a yellow sweater..knew I loved the choc stick for dessert & of course, the roll is the best around.
When we were leaving, she handed me a roll to take home....happy that she was so kind.
Coffee, 2nd cup better than the lst.
I had pink lemonade $5 & it was delicious!!!
Great service and food.
Better desserts. Stop with the dessert card. I love Zodiac
Zodiac embraces a high standard of dining within a store. The waiter was very attentive and answered my questions. The food was excellent and moderately priced. We were given a small cup of hot chicken broth when we settled in and a puff croissant with strawberry flavored soft spread. These are small details but it added to the experience of lunch dining. I do highly recommend dining at Zodiac when you are visiting King of Prussia Mall and Neiman Marcus!
Had a great Father's Day lunch. Service was great and manager took great care to ensure we enjoyed our experience. Two thumbs up!
I have been going to Zodiac for many years because the food and service are always good. I enjoy introducing friends to it, as I did today. My friends inevitably return. It is also the only place to get popovers which I love. They are better than homemade.
We’ve enjoyed lunch there before. This time the food was disappointing. Even the popovers weren’t as good as we remember.
One of our favorite spots!
My husband and I shop and have lunch at Neiman regularly and we enjoy Zodiac tremendously. However, this time they had all the shades down while it was beautiful outside and the manager refused to pull the shades up. We used to enjoy sitting by the window and glancing out but not this time. The room was somber and felt confined.
We might never go back.
We look forward to popovers and strawberry butter and the crab cakes and the ahi stack and the famous warm chocolate chip cookie and I really could go on. Just know that the friendly service led by Clyd Von Arsdale is exceptional. I’ve also loved the catering side. Had a wonderful menu for my book club. And the fashion modeling during lunch was a big hit with our party.
Crab cakes were fresh. Soup was not great. Pop overs were a treat
They were seven of us and everyone at the table raved about the service, the food, and the staff. It was a lovely lunch with friends.
Great service, food tasty however one of the entrees and one of the desserts was not available, it was restaurant week. Server was excellent.
Perfect from start to finish.
We are appreciating the champagne Saturdays and the every changing dessert choices.
Very nice. But...the quality of the salads and food in general has slipped.
Always wonderful. I was there 2 days in a row. The chocolate cake is fantastic!
Our server was phenomenal! She checked in on us, made great suggestions and was there as we needed, yet we didn’t feel rushed .
Richard always gives us good service. We are almost weekly visitors. We are happy with the new dessert options.
Great food great service and great selections with amazing specials. The entire team is great so awesome job management.
Food was good, especially the broth-based soups. However, $95 for two for lunch of soup one salad and one pasta dish was pretty outrageous. Definitely appealing to New Yorker wannabes.
Always fantastic and relaxing. Richard knows what we like and is given w/o even asking. Clem is great in filling in the necessities when the servers are busy. The whole crew is great.
I am so glad to see a dessert addition. As always a great experience
Always a great time. We are looking forward to the new desserts.
Richard always gives us fantastic service. He is always our waiter. Please get better desserts. A wonderful commercial bakery for a wonderful chocolate cake is Pulman ? bakery; their chocolate decadence cake is rich, moist and everything it should be. The desserts need to be updated weekly, especially for us regulars. It is ok to keep the standards; creme brulee, chocolate something, ice creams and sherbets, but that dessert card has been around way too long! We are appreciative the tea leaves are back!!
Lunch could not have been more enjoyable. The food and service were excellent.
I always recommend Zodiac for a peaceful lunch with a great service and menu. I am glad the tea leaves have been brought back. Is there any plan in changing the dessert menu? It is unimaginative, especially for people, like us, who eat here about 3-4 times a month.
Lunch at Zodiac was a lovely experience. Our server, Richard, was fantastic! He was eager to make our dining experience wonderful and was so accommodating. Our appetizers were hot, crispy and delicious. Our orders were three swordfish platters and one salmon. The salmon was fresh, juicy, perfectly done and delicious. The swordfish, unfortunately did not rate the same. It tasted as if it was frozen and was overdone and tough to cut. It ended well , however, with a delicious dessert of a decadent brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. We went home feeling full and satisfied.
