Understaffed, sold out of most noddles. Finished my meal before I got my drink and all food came out at different times. Good for the looks but that’s about it

A beautiful place. Food was delicious and the service was amazing. If you feel like having Ramen because you miss having Ramen in Japan, Neon Ramen is where you need to be 😋

The food was fantastic & huge portions with enough for takeaway for lunch the day after. Tried booking by calling, but no pickup so had to reserve a table on line. Would have liked to be able to talk one on one briefly about a few menu options consideringit was our first time there. Ended up sitting at a window seat with the sun beaming onto our faces which was not comfortable. We moved around the corner, but within 15 minutes same issue. After a couple finished at a table we moved again out of the sun (was at 1pm) Ordering is by QR code only & takes a silly amount of time. Paying is online which may not suit everyone especially those without mobile pay experience. Probably not so common for the regular Neon crowd as it's more targeted at the younger generation. Overall a very good experience & will definitely return to try more of the menu. Will order way less next time due to the very generous portions.

Music always too loud. Had to sit at counter yet plenty of tables available at the time of booking and for duration of sitting . No customer service as ordered through app. Food delivery slow despite restaurant not full. Food nice if you know what’s best to order from previous visits. No caramel miso nor strawberry topping available for the one dessert I enjoy. Prices overall reasonable.

We had an amazing dinner at Neon Ramen! The ramen bowls are delicious, the stir fry could serve two or three (we took leftovers away had it for dinner the next day too!) and the service was fabulous. We have never had vegan chicken that tasted so good, especially the katsu. Bella and her team were lovely and made sure we were looked after with dairy and egg food allergies. (And check out the tasty vegan cakes at Vegan Yumm downstairs too !)

Delicious ramen that was super customisable. Katsu “chicken” was really good and would satisfy even a meat eater. Generous portions. We loved the Cheeseburger Bao and the Duck Bao, both of those were our favs :) Honestly will be coming back to try the cheeseburger!!

Love love love this place. The best Ramen and Stir fry’s. It’s fantastic to have an all vegan place that tastes amazing and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg near home. Even my non-vegan hubby loves it. Keep it up guys, you are doing amazing!!!
