Too loud, couldn’t hear well. Not the best for conducting business
Location is convenient, food is good, price is reasonable, service is average. I would recommend Naples for casual dining with colleagues and friends.
Luckily, I had reserved an outdoor table. Inside, the noise level was impossibly loud, so three friends meeting for lunch would never have been able to hear each other!
Food and service were very good and we had a nice, leisurely lunch.
Busy, large, centrally located restaurant...good quality food with attentive service.
Food wasn’t as good as prior visits. Service was spotty. Was oftentimes hard to hear my guest. For me, it was too loud and seemed louder than my prior visits.
Run of the mill business lunch, coffee, breakfast, frequented mostly because of its location in Grand Central station. Pollo salad for lunch was bland and tasteless - $82 for two for a quick business lunch. Service was quick, efficient and attentive which was the only plus point.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was really warm. The food was great and the servers were very attentive and helpful. But I will not go back because it was very difficult to eat warm food in a hot and humid environment.
I told the server that someone in our party was getting married and could she do something special with a candle. The bride-to-be is gluten free. I was disappointed that the server said there was nothing that she could offer at breakfast. If that was the case, perhaps she could have congratulated the bride-to-be. Beyond that it was a great experience.
I like this place a lot. Service and food are always wonderful but every time I go I remember why I don’t go that often and it’s only because the noise levels are deafening
Other than that ...4 star
Always a good meeting spot near GCT. Food is only ok, and it's really noisy, but all in all Naples is a convenient stop
Great pizza and great service
Good Pizza but service is a bit below expectation given the big size and lunch rush
Great space for lunch or happy hour. Loved the variety of the menu and food was delicious.
Got Pizza order wrong. Instead of correcting, server took item off bill.
Our server Connie was outstanding! She did an awesome job and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Along with the excellent food, it made for a great lunch.
Noise level at breakfast is very low, making Naples 45 a convenient spot to meet people given its proximity to Grand Central Station. At lunch, the noise can be deafening. Breakfast options are fine for any palette or diet. Appreciate large booths afforded to two people having a business meeting/conversation.
Loud place for a business lunch. Despite receiving the wrong order (chicken parm vs eggplant parm), the food is overall good.
The pizza is always the main event for me. Consistently delicious! Service is always great as well.
The food and service was absolutely amazing
Hi, We love Naples 45! It's such a great location and the food is good! However, when you go to Naples expect it to be noisy and loud for lunch and dinner. We know what it's like and that's why we go! Every now and then we like to be loud and laugh out loud like we did last night! As a matter a fact I am still laughing out loud from last night LOL!
Our drinks, dinner and dessert was great! The tiramisu was gone within minutes, and the roasted Brussel sprouts with Chickpeas and hazelnuts was such an odd pairing with lasagna but also so so good. It's been a long time since I've seen such hustle from the waitstaff at any restaurant, and every last person who serviced our table was pleasant and friendly. We truly picked this one at random for a decent dinner and it did not disappoint!
It was So loud that it was really unbearable. The food was marginal at best and the server was too busy to pay attention to anything....it worked out for us as we were not in a rush.
Too noisy; ambiance is pedestrian - feels like a cafeteria; overpriced for lunch.
Have been to Naples 45 at least 10 times. Conveniently located next to the office, but worth it to check out. The food is great and consistent.
A fun Friday night restaurant! Great location being attached to Grand Central Station! Yummy pizza and pasta!
I had a wonderful dinner at Naples 45! The service was immediate and friendly. I was surprised by how quickly my entrée arrived and I found myself eating every single bite of my chicken parmigiana. My one complain is that the restaurant is hard to locate using GPS alone, but once inside, it was a lovely experience. I look forward to eating there again.
Delicious as always! I always come here when I’m back home and I loved sharing it with my colleagues!
Way too loud! We had to scream across the table all night. Restaurant wasn’t even that crowded
It’s ok. Would not go again
Very loud during lunch. Very pleasant as people thinned out although.
Lumi at the front door.
Good food with a colleague.
Excellent service from Karen.
What else would I need?
Too damn loud! Great food, though.
Very noisy. Food is good, the service is good and you can get in and out in a lunch hour
For a large and not particularly expensive restaurant (at least by NYC standards) I found the food to be excellent, especially the pasta and margerita pizza.
Too noisy for business meetings, lunch menu is limited. Better deals around the block.
THis place needs to be updated with both decor and food. Service was fast and grabbed plates before everyone was finished eating. Its fine for a quick lunch around grand central. Dont expect much otherwise.
We were here on a Thursday night, we were a party of 4. It was fairly empty with just a few after-work commuters around us. Quite noisy but I expected that; I’ve been here before . The waitress was very nice, however, she disappeared for very long periods of time. We waited a long time until she came to take our order, and when the food came, 2 of us were served and the other 2 waited about 5 minutes for their pizzas! And the pizza eaters were vegetarians; we asked for no ham one 1 pie; but there was ham on it!!! We did not complain, we just picked it off.
We wanted dessert, and we waited a very long time for the waitress to come take our dessert order. Overall slow service and they were not crowded.
Convenient location. Middling slightly overpriced food. Nice waitstaff. Utterly deafening noise. Worst acoustics of any restaurant in recent memory. Not for conversations
Always good food, from apps to salads to lunch sandwiches.
The Pizza is one of the best
Great easy location and the pizza is terrific. The noise level at lunchtime is deafening!!
