So we’ve been here more times than I can remember, always great service, good food, lovely venue. Hence we come back again and again. I don’t know what happened yesterday.

My partner and I enjoyed our lunch on a very busy Sunday. The atmosphere was quite convival. The food quality was of a high standard and the service was great. My only criticism is that the place is hard to get into.

We've eaten at Mount Erica Hotel many times and have enjoyed the experience, however, last night was not a good experience. The noise level was so high it was impossible to have a conversation with friends. We couldn't wait to leave. Food was average, but they were super busy. Not sure I will return.

We went on Saturday night. It’s a nice venue and the staff is lovely but it’s very noisy. Not a good choice for dining if you want to have group conversations as it’s hard to hear people talking over the noise. There were 6 of us and we couldn’t all speak to one another at the table. The food was good but the scotch fillet was sinewy . The person who ordered it ended up leaving half the steak on the plate because it was too hard to eat. A shame for a $48 steak. The Eye fillet it was lovely. Worth spending the extra four dollars to have a good steak. We had a crumble for dessert, it was fantastic! And a very decent serving size .

From the second we arrived to the concierge who showed us to our table to the time we walked out the door, the service was impeccable… The usual person who hosts the reception zone was not there when we left, however it was great to see another team member come and help us settle the bill… much better than establishments who simply say “I will get someone to help you” this multi skilling is great to see!!
