   Waiter was very friendly,on his 1st night messed up our beer order, but everything else was good. This is our 3rd time at Mr P.Ps pizzas were a little burnt, chips weren't hot.

   Food great. However I booked a rooftop table. On arrival it was pretty empty and we were abruptly told the table wasn’t available and ushered down stairs to a table with a view of the toilet window… we wanted the roof top !! Pretty rude no Apology from the bald manager guy? What a shame.

   Thanks for making our surprise party for our coach such a great experience. The staff were great helping us change booking numbers, the food was delicious, atmosphere was great! Definitely recommend.

   Simon is the best bar tender ever!!! The manager Didier is hilarious, blondie (forgot her name sorry) such a cutie and so lovely! Great evening to celebrate my birthday so thank you so much! Great cocktails great food great vibes…. Probably need to light some candles though cos I think there was a burst pipe down wind

   Great venue! Great food. The blonde waitress with the glasses was superb, lots of fun, awesome service. As with most places on the Coast my only minor critique would be your acoustics and the sound system upstairs

    As always the service at Mr PP’s is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a really busy night and our table of 10 only added to it. The only issue was our water could have been filled up more often but it was busy. The food is always the same which is excellent, tasty and simple!

    Food was amazing. The girl running the floor was lovely and handled the whole restaurant by herself (with a big table in too) yet still remained attentive to everyone else. Cocktails were awesome too!

    I am a local not the first time I eat here.i keep coming back I like the rooftop top , relaxing atmosphere prompt and friendly service food is great . My only recommendation perhaps more vegan and vegetarian dishes options,other than that I highly recommend it

    Food was great, vibes were great. Unfortunately it was so busy that me and my friend were forgotten about for a while. The bartender noticed we had been sitting there for ages with no one coming to take our order so shoutout to him for going to get someone for us. We placed our order and then they forgot my drink which was a bit frustrating. Overall the place is nice and the live entertainment was awesome, only negative feedback is that the staff get so busy that they can't pay attention to every diner.

    We choose to catch up with friends for dinner prior to exploring one of Southport's regular street festivals. Good food and service & light rail station right out front. Sitting on rooftop section overlooking the street we got to feel part of the festival prior to wandering around.

    Food was delicious we had the mushroom pasta and pepperoni pizza, they seemed very busy when we arrived and service took sometime they found our table but we were given no menu so looked the menu up on our phones, once ordered the food took awhile to come out we booked for 715pm and didn't receive food till 830pm. Overall food was yummy.

    Great place! Easy to access in central Southport, nice atmosphere, good view for people watching. Service was outstanding, food was delicious & nice cocktails. On the expensive side so a special occasion treat.

    Lovely rooftop venue with delicious pizzas. We totally recommend the mushroom pizza and the lamb pizza. Live music in a Sunday afternoon. We love it here!

    I love this restaurant, but it is another example on the Gold Coast of needing more staff. The staff were running around doing whatever they could to service all the tables. The bartender was frustrated and asked us politely (and tiredly) to wait at our table for a server. I'm impressed with how nice the servers are when they are so overworked. I definitely recommend, but don't show up hungry or in any type of hurry to get your drinks or food.

    Although the food was tasty, the restaurant staff struggled with timing dishes. As a large group, we had ordered food ahead of time. On the night, food was brought out so quickly, there was no room on the table - although the floor staff recognised this, they were unable to stop the food as it had all been cooked at once! We ended up with pizzas in boxes being kept in the kitchen. The lovely bar staff were so overworked, it was taking a very long time for drinks, even a glass of wine. Lovely staff and atmosphere, but poor management of a large group.

    Hidden Rooftop gem! Great spot with beautiful food we shared mushroom arancini , mushroom pizza and lamb pizza. Great service and live musician in the background who was super talented! Loved it definitely recommend

    The food is always exceptional, on Mothers Day we shared Truffle Fries, scallops, broccolini and pizza. Everything tastes so good every time we go and is ultra consistent. p.s. I love to get the chilli oil and drizzle it over the pizza.

    The croquettes and Aracini were a huge hit with our party, (perhaps just a tad too cooked) whilst one very fussy pizza eater raved about the lamb pizza. The only down side was the lack of Rose wine (only two options and one ran out after I had only a glass) given the popularity of it, and that it’s so suitable for our climate. Will return but suggest pick your times depending on how crowded it can be.

    Very slow service. Had to repeatedly ask for menus, table water, glasses etc. When the entrees finally arrived, they were delicious but very small portions. We left without ordering mains as although the staff were great, it was just too long to wait.
