We arrived at 6:30 as per our reservation, the greeting was nice and we had a good table in a nice spot. Our Entree's arrived very quickly but it took an hour and 40 minutes to get our mains. now we didn't order from the valentines menu and we just ordered pasta dishes. I watched as people who got to the restaurant at the same time as we did get food and leave before we had our mains. our weighter was lovely and she kept coming back to say sorry. Wasn't worth the time
Pizza was burnt on the crust, staff undertrained, unaware of the food that they were delivering, disorganised, and the seats near the windows very hot.
I’m a regular and everything was amazing as usual, the temperature inside was a bit hot though
WE had a 6 people adult family dinner and it was just beautiful the setting the food and the ambience. We sat in a wooden booth. I would normally have trouble hearing if there is too much ambient noise and I had no problem

Food was great, service was also great - although waitress could have visited our table little more as we needed to re-order drinks and grab napkins
Very average experience wouldn't recommend
Food lacked flavour
Staff were excellent but music was too loud and food very average. Brisket pizza was sloppy and had very little meat on it, which was tough. Ambience was very random and unexpected for an Italian restaurant - US rock n roll was being played while we had Mr Bean’s Christmas movie being projected on the back wall...

Have dined at Mozzarella before & food is always good. We will be back. Can recommend the gnocchi.
