We are open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday for regular restaurant service and for private functions. We’re showcasing home-made charcuterie and produce cooked on our asado grill under the guidance of our French chef, Madjid. Saturdays are proving to be very popular for private functions and weddings so we’re offering a more simplified menu ploughman’s platters and dessert. Come in and relate in the barn by our beautiful French fireplace.
It’s best to check with us that we’re not booked out for a private function before coming to the farm. Sundays are the most popular day to book for lunch, where we will be offering a more extensive menu. We often follow lunch with a farm tour!

delicious food in a very pleasant, spacious setting with an impressive warming log fire

Flavours were beautiful but unfortunately, we were disappointed by the temperature of the dishes and that they seemed to not be hot off the stove... maybe due to the dishes having to make their way from the detached kitchen but expected more. Felt bad for the staff who could be seen having to walk the food in backwards to avoid the breeze. That said, love the concept and freshness of produce and hope that the above issue can be remedied as it was otherwise a lovely experience.

It would have been much better being able to see what the menu on offer was before going to the venue, friends had a platter for two and we only had a soup choice. The soup was lovely however so we were happy with that. Only one choice of dessert was available also and unfortunately most of the people dislike rhubarb so no dessert was ordered. Staff were fantastic, its a pity they were let down a bit by the kitchen.
