Very covid-safe practices; staff could be seen sanitizing tables between use, seating well separated, small party limitations, single use menus, all staff properly wearing masks, etc. Food was amazing, service top notch. Courtney was wonderful, and Steve stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks for another great & safe dinner out!
Excellent service the food was delicious
A great Covid Thanksgiving night out! Great social distancing, felt very comfortable. Food was fantastic and Chad, out waiter was accommodating as usual!
Always great food and service. The blue cheese dressing for the wedge salad is fantastic- MUCH better than capital grill. The steaks are always perfect as well. We like Morton's better than any of the other steak houses
Not up to the other Morton’s steakhouse standards I been to.
Food and service were excellent. Our waiter was great. He made it a fun evening and there wasn't anything he would not do to make you happy. I had the filet and my husband had the ribeye - very good - very good. We will be going back. All tables were safely distanced and all protocols in order.
Great food and great service
Overall an excellent experience
Excellent as usual!
Very cold although they did provide us a space heater and were very kind, food was not better than any other steakhouse, price was about what was expected, service was great
Never disappoints... though we miss probably not as much as you in the full restaurant experience. Hopefully you will get open at a higher capacity soon.
Excellent food and service. One of our favorite places.
Courtney was incredibly hospitable and took wonderful care of us. The food was outstanding, and Steve's team worked seamlessly to make it a great night.
It was great.
The last time I was there the steaks came out under cooked. The side dishes were ice cold not even luke warm. I go here a lot so I assumed they just had a bad night. I went again this time the appetizer and the dessert were good. But again the steaks came out under cooked and cold. I sent it back they brought me the same steak chewy and dry. I don’t know why. I always leave a 25 percent tip even when service is bad. I know it’s tough. The management came over to talk to me realizing I didn’t eat the steak. Offered to discount my meal. I said I don’t need the discount. I am not there to get a free meal but to have a good experience. The steaks coming out cold undercooked and dry 2x in a row. Although the appetizers and the desert were good the steaks which is the main portion I wouldn’t expect to get even at Outback Steakhouse.
2 of us ordered escargot and the what came out was actually crisp, over cooked and tasteless, it was replaced with two new portions. They were also tasteless but at least note over cooked. My friend and I both ordered the rib eye with the bone, I ordered med. rare, it was overly fatty and very rare. Not at all to my liking my friends was very good. My wife ordered a strip steak which was done perfectly but was very tough and chewy. Overall we were very disappointed in the meal itself, not the quality we have learned to expect from Morton’s. The service was outstanding but not worth the trip for our 54th anniversary. Sorry this time not on par with the other steakhouses in the Philadelphia area.
Lovely! Family dinner celebration. My youngest son 14th bday
We got a phone call reminding us of the dress code, business casual. Apparently it does not pertain to everyone. Others in torn jeans and T-shirts without collars were seated around us.
Very disappointing. To start the Old Fashion had too much soda, tasted carbonated.
Tuna Poke was good but the steaks came out luke warm and my medium rare had sat too long before serving making it a medium by the time I received it. The steaks were of only average quality. Mashed potatoes were cool and bland regardless of the salt and pepper we added. Baked potato was cool when served.
For the cost highly overrated, would not recommend to anyone seeking an exceptional steak dinner, which we were lead to believe it would be by their reputation.
The service was excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly. One of our sides was undercooked. Overall it was a very nice dining experience.
Tried this place for a special occasion as opposed to Flemings my favorite. Well I was sorely disappointed. The food was “OK” the cheesecake desert was great and the wine menu was extensive but overall nothing g to write home about. The ambiance was good, the service was average. I will not return and don’t recommend it to anyone who has not tried the chain
Exactly what I expect from a premium restaurant like Morton's: excellent food and service. We went a bit early in the evening so there were only a few active tables. Felt safe re: social distancing.
Morton's is my family's go-to special occasion restaurant. My Mother took me to dinner there for a milestone birthday. Our service was as always perfect and our meals were delicious. We received a complementary dessert from Morton's to wrap up a fantastic evening.
This was supposed to be the high point of a weekend trip with friends to KOP, and ended up being the complete opposite. On Saturday evening I ordered the steak and lobster special that sounded really good. When the food for the table came out, my dish was lukewarm, the lobster was rubbery and the steak I had asked to be cooked medium was well done. At $60 a plate I definite was not going to eat something that was not as I requested. The waiter and manager apologized and said they would remake it and take it off the check. Great, so I wait. Meanwhile the rest of the table is halfway done with dinner. Second steak comes out and I cut into it to check the temperature. This time the steak was rare. At this point the table if almost done with their entree and the quickest thing they could make was the scallop appetizer so I had that. They did not offer any dessert or discount off the check other than taking off the steaks I sent back. Everybody’s evening was ruined and I left there extreme disappointed.
The food was amazing. Our waiter could have checked on us more often. My husbands water glass was empty since after our salads. You’d think someone would come refill them water glass. It’s wasn’t very busy due to limited capacity but it took our waiter quite a while to bring our check.
Great experience. Food was excellent.
We were a party of 4. Three of the entree’s were excellent. I had the Bone in Ribeye and it was far from the quality of meat I would expect for the price. The steak was loaded with fat.
Overall good experience. The food wasn’t that good. Ordered steak medium well done, was completely red .
Great food and the steaks were cooked to perfection.
We always like coming here. Our server Rob and thr manager Steve work tirelessly to ensure everyone is content. I hope Morton's realize how valuable they are!
Peter took the best care of us.
Conversant, engaged, made wonderful suggestions and didn’t rush us at all.
The meal was delicious, drinks superb and desert exceptional.
My first time at the KOP Mortons but I will be coming
back because of Peter.
They made our Anniversary very special and the food was very good.
Morton's offered another prix fixe meal to us. We took advantage of it. The food, service, and ambience were impeccable.
Great food and experience.
My husband and I were there for our anniversary and it was the greatest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The service, the food the wait staff were all excellent. They made us feel special from the moment we walked through the door. I would definitely recommend this plan to friends and family. We will be going there.
Food was overpriced
My son returned home from active duty. They gave us AWESOME SERVICE AND DELICIOUS FOOD. Thank you again Steve(mgr). 👍🏽
Food was excellent and the service was outstanding
The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special
My husband and I went for a rare date night out. We had a giftcard that we had for years and figured we might as well use it. The wine list is quite extensive. The server and hostess were both very professional. We started with an appetizer followed by a Caesar salad. Both were good, but nothing particularly amazing. We decided to split a 16oz ribeye since were not terribly big eaters. We ordered it mid rare and it came out medium to mid well. I was going to say something, but my husband is very anti complain. If you’re gonna charge $60 for a steak it better be cooked perfectly. I’ve eaten at highend steakhouses in Chicago and New York and have paid far less for much better meals. We splurged and got the creme brûlée for dessert. It had the consistency of store bought watery yogurt. Very disappointing. I can honestly say this place does not live up to its reputation.
Another great experience both in terms of service and food.
