First time at Morton's and it was amazing. We thought it was a great location and everyone was top notch
excellent food and service
Great service. Food was very under seasoned but great portions and drinks
Wonderful staff, very accommodating, overall great experience!!!
Excellent service with excellent description of entrees'. Food preparation was delicious. Memorable evening.
Food and service was outstanding and the Steaks were above & beyond my expectations.
This is our go to place for special occassions. Yesterday was for Christmas. The food was very good, as always, but the service was lacking. The server hardly came by to check on us. Very hard to get refills and never got out dessert to eat there. Eventually, we had to get it to go.
We have had this server before and I am not impressed. Seems to ignore us. Perhaps because we don’t drink and he doesn’t foresee a huge bill, even though it is always a few hundred.
No manager even stopped by in our 2 hour dinner. They spent all their time 2 tables over with someone the knew. It was ia bit much. We didn’t even get a thank you when we left.
To top it off, the server didn’t validate our parking and got slammed for $32 instead of $11 pulling out. Too exhausted to go back into restaurant.
Don’t see us going back any time soon. Felt more welcome at Texas Road House then at Morton’s. At to top it off, it was not crowded, and there was no shortage of staff.
Service was very good and the steak great. Chopped salad was a little bland. Would definitely recommend this location.
Nice but not rushing back. The service was great but our steaks, which we were looking forward to, were under cooked and that was very disappointing.
Wonderful meal and excellent service.
I booked a dinner reservation for my birthday and it took over 40 mins just to get our drinks. We had to ask for the server multiple times. It took over an hour from when we ordered the food for it to even come out. Then some of the food was undercooked and had to be sent back. One person’s side dish never even came out. Pat was very condescending and uninterested when we voiced our concerns to him at the end of the night. Ken was supposed to have talked to us as he brought out the food that had been recooked but he didn’t. The server was nice but it was beyond evident that the large party in the private rooms were a priority over everyone else… The food was good when it finally came out. I had been to Morton’s before and had a great experience however after this time I will not be returning.
Our prosciutto mozzarella had a sheet of plastic in it, politely showed the manager and he brought over new dish.
Bone in rib-eye and fillet were order medium and came out well done. No follow up until 20min after... at this point we wanted nothing more to do with the restaurant
For the price you’re paying there should be a higher level of customer service and quality control . Very surprised the manager didn’t come over after our first mishap with plastic in our food to ensure that the rest of our meal was half decent. Don’t normally expect for parts of the meal to be comp’d but c’mon. We spend $250 for sub par food that outback could have prepared better.
Spoke with the manager at the end of the night and relayed all of these concerns , will see if there any comment or response to make things right.
Mortons was consistent. You get basically what you expect at Morton's. The steak was good, but not great. I had the ribeye and my business partner had the cajan ribeye. The Brussel sprouts were good and the baked potato was good. I was, however, shocked that there wasn't a valet for this fine establishment and we had to park in the garage next to the hotel. I want to give it 5 stars, but I just can't because they didn't wow us.
I love, love, love Morton's! The service is impeccable, the food stunning and utterly delicious, and the atmosphere gorgeous. They always make you feel like a VIP.
Once my party was seated, it took a while for our server to come greet us but once he did , he was great. But once our drinks and food orders were in , it took about an hour to get our food! I ordered a New York Strip and I asked it to be cooked medium but it was good we’ll done, that was upsetting. My friend ordered the salmon and it did not right. Another one of my friends didn’t like the soup. Overall it was an okay experience, there’s a beautiful ambiance and decor and the drinks were delicious but the food was a hit or miss.
Maybe an off night but it was bad. Server spilled the soup on the table right in the beginning of the meal and wiped it off versus a new table cloth. Food was all cold -cold lobster with cold butter just not very appetizing.
They did reheat everything to warm.
For the price, not in a hurry to go back. For the issues, they could have made it up in service; but that was lacking as well.
Excellent shrimp cocktail, French onion soup and key lime pie. The onionbread is the best.
Our server was not very accommodating. Asked for children’s options he said there were none. Noted there was Mac and cheese on the menu and could it be done without lobster and he said he didn’t think so. We dine at Cap Grille Eddie Vs Jean George with our kids. They are all overly accommodating.
Perfect place if you are looking for bad and slow service. We had a reservation. The lobby was overwhelmingly crowded. While we were waiting, and a women walked from the bar & asked the hostess for service. She complained that she had been waiting at the bar to no avail. The hostess walked her back and sat us down 15 min later. The hostess also took our order. We ordered a salad & water while we overlooked the menu. We noticed no one had food or drinks in the restaurant. We sat by the kitchen. It was one cook & full plates we’re just sitting at the counter. 45 minutes later no salad, no water and no waiter in sight & it made sense why the women requested service earlier from the hostess. At that moment, we decided to leave and dine somewhere else.
Delicious food! Great waiter, although service was a little slow. Right now, that’s a problem everywhere. I would go again.
The day prior to our reservation we received a call from the restaurant outlining the terms for a party of our size. Greatly appreciated, no surprise's. From the moment we arrived till the time we left we had multiple staff taking care of our party. The food was perfect, the wine selections excellent and the business dinner was a huge success. I can't thank Morton's Steakhouse Baltimore enough for such a lovely dining experience.
Seated timely. Orders taken right away. Food very good, Ridiculously expensive. Waiter not as polished as in past experiences, but very nice and attentive.
Unfortunately our experience at this particular Morton’s was very mediocre, the service was slow, the steaks were undercooked, and the most I saw my server was when it was time to pay the check. Was not impressed
Always love it. Miss LYONNAISE POTATOES being on the menu! That was a favorite forever.
Everything was absolutely amazing the ambiance set the tone customer service was A1
Where to start. VIP Landry’s member. Had to remind them of free cocktail. They don’t have any of the specials that Atlantic City, our home Morton’s has. Surprising! Steak undercooked. Manager asked if he could treat us to dessert. Great! But didn’t take it off charge. Mac and cheese was comparable to a good Kraft product. Not Morton’s and never saw the oven. So needless to say $240 for two steaks, Mac and cheese, shrimp cocktail and a wedge was a lot of money. If our Morton’s was like this I would never go. And we eat in Morton’s six-seven times a year. Shame!
Always enjoy Morton's....1st time @ this location but service and food was great as I expected
Great service and food!
The service and food was amazing! Malcolm was our waiter and he had outstanding customer service! It was the perfect date night!
We had a great meal at Morton's. Steak was cooked to perfection and the side sauces were fantastic. We will be back soon. The only issue I had was parking, no valet. still a great night out......
The food was so below standard it was sad to receive! Our entrees were NOT freshly cooked AND serve warm to cool. There were NO flavor in any of the food from the salad, soups to the entrees. I brought my food home just to season it and serve it hot … the way it should have been done at the restaurant. So disappointed… Will not be returning ever. The best part of the outing were the drinks and the fellowship. Morton’s chef and management definitely need to reevaluate things at this location.
Service and food were excellent as always. OpenTable makes it easy to reserve a table.
It was almost too dark to read the menu. Otherwise it was great!
The experience was excellent. Our server, Brendan did a phenomenal job. The host was very welcoming and spent some time at our table assisting Brendan and making sure we were enjoying our experience.
The food was good, but was not really hot. To be fair…we went while they were extremely busy so I don’t think this is the norm for them. The flavor of the food was excellent though despite the temperature. Looking forward to the next visit
Went during resturant week. Food was as good as when I last went in NYC. Service was excellent.
The food was great, as expected. But the service was even more so. Our server, Desiree, was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend asking to be seated in her section.
The Manager was SUPER rude! For him to be in charge he suppose to be leading from example. The female waitress was even more RUDE! One of the waitresses spelled hot food onto my pregnant sister leg and she went to get the manager and he came back and said “ want me call the hospital “ being so Sarcastic not the Hospital!! You mean the Ambulance or things in that nature. The didn’t even apologize… Then bugs were flying around our food the whole entire time we were eating … SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! NO STARS FOR ME
