Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club

Booked a table on balcony. Was given a table no. on arrival. People who were sitting at our table had been told they could sit anywhere. 1 hour after ordering a pizza and Schezuan squid I asked where was our food, told 5 min tops. 20 mins later I asked again. They couldnt find our order. Got a refund and left. Also Covid check at reception very strict. No more that 4 people at a time in Reception so you have to line up outside. Upstairs free for all. Admittedly it was very busy due to free trivia but at 6pm when we ordered there were not too many people. By 6.45 packed. We have eaten there 4 times in past couple of months but twice now our food order has been mucked up. It can only improve, hopefully.

A great lace to sit and watch the boats on a Sunday afternoon and listen to a bit of live music with friends!

Twice now my booking was changed from the deck to inside dining.

Fantastic place to be, we used to go to the other place, you know the pretentious, expensive one but have for the past 3 years now been frequenting the MBTC and it never disappoints

We had a wonderful time on Saturday night for my partner's Birthday celebrations. Live music was great, food was fresh + well cooked. Lovely view and great atmosphere.

We have eaten there many times before and the food has been amazing. Unfortunately the food was of poor quality this time and very greasy. We won’t be going back in a hurry. The service was great but I think we were overcharged for our drinks even after questioning the total cost. Not an enjoyable experience.

Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club is one of our favorite places to dine in the Bay. The food is always good quality and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are wonderful and the view is exceptional. We highly recommend people visit this place when visiting Wynnum/Manly.

Great evening on the deck for dinner at the MBTBC. Loved listening to live music on a Friday night whilst enjoying dinner and drinks. One of our table ordered the cheese platter which was great, we had never tried that before. We find the location great and the bar staff are exceptional. We looking forward to dining again with you.

Fantastic location, staff and food. A great way to finish off the working week.

I am a member of this club- I find the food and service outstanding even in busy periods. The view is great overlooking the marina.

They were busy the night we went. Table bookings were very unorganised. We couldn’t have our booked table. Then gave us a table for 4 but there was 5 of us. Once we had a table, it fine but service was not great. Overwhelmed staff, I think

A bit annoyed we had to give up our table outside when 1.30 came around. We booked for 11.30 but had to queue for so long we didn’t get through the door until nearly midday. We were celebrating my birthday too.

A truly relaxing spot sitting out on the deck. Reasonably priced meals, good selection. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed a late lunch with friends on the deck. Great food and service with a fantastic view.

Dreadfully rude staff, aggressive and hostile. Go somewhere else.

The ladies on the front desk where are very professional and efficient. The dinners were delicious and appeared to be good value, we enjoyed the view and the only downside was the table was a bit wobbly.
We will definitely be back though.

Great views of the harbour from the upper terrace, always delicious food and friendly staff. It's one of our favourite restaurants. Only negative, there are not many food options for vegetarians.

We celebrated Australia Day with friends and had a wonderful time. My only negative was the time limit on our table for lunch, 2 hours for 14 people made it very rushed once we got our meals as it took at least 20 plus minutes to order as it was so busy, maybe an extra person taking meal orders would have helped.
Overall, a great day with fabulous entertainment. This was the first time that some of our friends had visited & said that they will be back.

We always enjoy dining here and checking out the boats in the marinas. We usually choose the 7pm shift and we eat inside in summer, because it’s cooler, quieter and less crowded than the large open deck. We like the main meals but we need to order a side of vegetables because most meals don’t come with enough vegetables for a healthy diet. The wine list includes some very good red and white wines. The service is efficient and friendly. We don’t usually have any trouble finding a car park. Access is limited to a large staircase.

We had the seafood platter and very disappointed. Not at all good value for money made worse with the prawns obviously been frozen and were watery and tasteless. Not at all up to usual standard of the club.

As a member it’s a regular favourite to have a nice meal with a spectacular view in a casual club atmosphere. It’s worth the membership for the view alone in a sunny day. Book a seat outside on the verandah.

Had the Barramundi and chips. Probably the worst value, two tiny strips of fish and lots of batter (nicely cooked though, batter fresh and crisp, not oily) Came with chips and a side salad. This was the most disappointing option I’ve had at this venue.

Great location. Great food. Great choice menu. Fast and friendly service. I'm a repeat member, my daughter loves it too.

We go often but find menus needs a bit of a change. Also, took grandchildren and not much choice for them. Both wanted cheeseburgers with chips. Adult hamburgers for too big little ones and the chicken nuggets were not nice at all, so does not leave much of an option. Must say I had a birthday celebration upstairs and it was tremendously excellent. Food and service great and the outlook over the bay was wonderful, where could you find better 😀
