Had a wonderful experience! Our server was amazing! Loved the decor and ambiance. Had a great time with friends.
Steak was somewhat chewy as opposed to tender. Morton's and Capital Grille has a much better wow factor. Cocktails and bread was fantastic. We appreciate their following COVID protocols, but they asked for and accepted our dessert and after dinner drink order to then moments later come back and say because of the 90 minute rule we have to move to the bar (to be clear at this point it had already been 2 hours, so why not warn us 45 minutes ago?) After we paid nobody bothered us again or seemed concerned by our elongated stay. Follow the rules or don't - but this seemed rude and manipulative especially when we ordered promptly and paid richly.

I really enjoyed Mooo. The food was very refined but also indulgent. The dry aged ribeye might be the best steak I’ve had!
Very good the waiter was very professional. We both went with the Japanese A5 Wagyu and it was delicious a little too much salt but none the less excellent!
It was an amazing birthday dinner!! The birthday girls name was on the dinner menu. Food and service were top notch. It’s expensive but totally worth it. Definitely a must for a special occasion and steak loving people!!
Came here for a celebratory birthday dinner and was very impressed by the service, ambiance, food and COVID conscientious manner. Of all the steakhouses in Boston, this became a favorite. We've gone to other big name steakhouses in the city and they just do not compare. Everything from start to finish was excellent and we'll definitely be back. Our server was highly attentive to food allergies, made us feel welcome and at ease. We were given cutlery in plastic sealed bags for sanitation purposes, tables were further than 6 feet apart, sanitation station at the door, etc.
Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We've been to other steakhouses where the meat was chewy and grizzly, but these were both excellent cuts and melt in your mouth. Another big gripe we've had is most steakhouses aren't great at cooking sides (they lack flavor and any creativity) however, we were impressed at how flavorful and well thought out the sides were (truffle parmesan cauliflower, brussel sprouts with bacon/sherry vinaigrette).
We will certainly be back!

I’ve wanted to dine here for YEARS, but it was always booked so far out. My brother came to town so we decided to celebrate our birthdays together and were so glad we chose this spot. The ambiance was swanky and chill. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. They even printed Happy Birthday on our menus (which we forgot to take with us, sadly) and provided a birthday treat at the end of our meal that we weren’t charged for which was super thoughtful. The staff was cordial and attentive. It was definitely not a cheap night out, but we planned for it so we’ll for sure be back. Thank you!

The first time we went to Mooo we thought it was the best meal of our lives (upstaging maestros ... we are pretty traditional steak house people). Went back for Valentine’s Day and they were out of wagyu (to be fair, we pushed back our seating so can’t fault them assuming they had a reasonable amount on hand for the night). Elected for the Australian Wagyu instead and ... it was a New York strip with more chew. Not at all the experience we hoped for. That said ... the tots and dumplings are always to die for! For us, hit or miss, which isn’t a good thing when you’re spending $750 for the miss. Bummer, but still a beautiful place to eat.
Valentines day: best bone marrow I’ve ever had. Fantastic kobe dumplings.

Great place to take your loved one for their birthday or any special occasion. The staff is friendly and really makes you feel special. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left the “happy birthday showers” continued. Such a great way to feel special on your day. The menus even say happy birthday!
Food was incredible as always. Service was great, except for a slight delay with one of our courses. Might have been a problem if we needed to leave after 90 minutes, but that was not the case as no one was coming in after us. Can’t wait to be back!

Nice , clean environment. The food is wonderful. The beef Wellington is a must have. We only went for beef Wellington! A little pricey , but still good.
Open Table had screwed up on my reservation date and the manager took c are of the problem, by finding space for us in a crowded saituation and changing the Open Table date on my reservation.

Mooo never fails to amaze us! The food is consistently delicious and service is impeccable. During our most recent visit, it was my husband’s birthday and they included a happy birthday message on the printed menu - such a nice touch.

Absolutely incredible experience. *FOR ANYONE WITH ALLERGIES* this place is amazing at dealing with allergies. Their kitchen prides itself on its lack of contamination, their staff knows the menu inside and out, and they will make substitutions to accommodate for allergies even without you asking for it (at least they did for me).
Here’s the story: I ordered the bone marrow with toast to start and the server immediately informed me that he believed the toast contained egg, as most of their other bread does, and went to the kitchen to double check. When I received the food, I was surprised to see bread on the plate! I brought it to the attention of the server and he told me that he had the kitchen substitute the regular toast with toasted baguette so I could have it as intended. Then he listed the baguette ingredients off the top of his head! I was floored! I have never been treated so well! And of course the food was incredible.
As someone with severe food allergies, take it from me that this is one of the best in Boston for people with food allergies. I cant recommend it enough. The food is magnificent, the service is top tier. This is my new favorite restaurant. I have been here three times now and I am still more than excited to come back.

Went for my boyfriends birthday so that he could try the A5 Waygu. Perfect portion and preparation! Sides and app were delicious. Definitely recommend
