Momofuku Las Vegas
Extremely loud. Overpriced. Sommelier was wonderful.
The bartender went above and beyond to make us cocktails off the menu and was really good. She made with pride and had a very pleasing personality. Our table server was awesome with good insight about each dish
I spent $70 on Bao buns, noodles and a beer - outrageous
We knew Momofuku was going to be quite a dining experience, but we had no idea how extraordinary it would be. (Where is that third Michelin star, committee?) Every dish we ordered was incredible -- filled with flavor, but nothing overpowered anything else. Unique takes on known dishes, which made us wonder if we'd ever be able to have the old faithful again without pining for what we had at Momofuku. (fried chicken, pork belly buns, tahini for example). Service was excellent -- multiple serving people making service easy and fluid. Waiter was knowledgeable and kind -- overheard him patiently helping a French-speaking couple next to us to make sure they knew all they needed to and got what they wanted, along with a table to the other side of us who had food allergies (handled with sincerity and knowledge of what went into all the dishes). Knowing it was our anniversary, we were treated to pink champagne at the start of our meal, and birthday cake truffles from the Milk Bar next door. We cannot wait to go back!
The staff was professional and attentive. The food was incredibly good and a credit to David Chang. Wow!
Amazing meal. Flawless start to finish.
Went for lunch and found myself disappointed with almost every aspect of the experience: the Brussels sprouts came burnt and so heavily salted that I had to return the dish to the kitchen; rice bowl was alright, but the glazed pork was dry and overly sweet; the Kombucha was simply missing, so I settled with water. On top of that, got no OpenTable points.
The best meal I had in 2019. The food was phenomenal and I was only sad because I could not eat more.
Decided to try after reading the reviews and hype about this place. A little disappointed. Their menu is limited. My wine glass looks like a half pour compared to other restaurants at Cosmopolitan (maybe it’s their small wine glass too). Ordered the lamb ribs. It was good but a little too much for 1 and couldn’t try other food. Like they said, it meant to be shared. The other selections look better but would need a group of 6 or more to try something that big.
The food was so delicious! Perfect serving size. The greeters yo the servers were attentive and friendly! So happy we picked the right place to celebrate! Thank you!
Bday - awesome !
Matthew was the best !!! His recommendation and service was outta this world fantastic
Really fabulous food and service. Truffle noodles were worth the price.
Great food from start to finish. pork buns and ramen are a must.
Wanted to visit Momofuku for a long time! it was brilliant!
Food was cold when served
Overall a very good dinner experience. We were looking for a casual and light but also fine dining option, which we found at Momofuku. The tuna and fois gras proved to be both original and well balanced, followed by very tasty noodles and white truffle ramen. Service was excellent and we really enjoyed the ambiance. Some will find it on the pricy side, but being from Paris and New York we felt it was worth it.
Small portions but everything we tried was amazing!
The pork buns and the pork belly ramen are to die for!
The Sea Bass was one of the best pieces of fish I have ever had.
Staff was welcoming, our table was ready on time, and food was amazing! Will be on my Vegas “must do” list from now on!
Best meal we had in Vegas. Lived up to the hype. We did the chef tasting which I highly recommend. It’s the best way to get to try lots of different things for a set price point. End the meal with dessert from milk bar. Can’t be beat!
Fucken Phenomenal, Outstanding service!
The food was amazing and the service was great. The menu is very difficult to understand.
Come for lunch or late afternoon. Dinner was expensive and portions were small.
Very accommodating to our vegetarian friends.
From the hostess staff to our table waiting staff - it seemed that everyone was working together! A perfect team, when everyone comes together and works in unison you can only Win - lastly a special thank you to Asia!
We had a Team business dinner and it was excellent. The management worked with us menu and drinks. The service was superb, the food was the same and their house brand sake was a great match! A big Thank You to Victor and his Team for a memorable evening!
Amazing food, great servers. I can’t wait to go back!!
The duck was amazing! Every park expertly served and perfectly cooked!
It was a different menu that I had seen online. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower were my favorite. I could have just eaten that and been ok. The Tan Tan Beef Noodle was served warm (not hot). Not my favorite. The White Truffle Ramen was very good and flavorful - it was $78. Overall, it was a good to try, but not many options really., and probably a place I would skip. Probably better for a group. There were two of us.
Food flavoring and portion sizes on large format appropriate for our party size. We love salt lobster and shrimp. We ordered all the noodles and they were tasty. We especially liked the buckwheat and truffle noodles. It was an enjoyable dinner. We will definitely return.
This is my second visit to a Momofuku delicious as expected! Our water was great, accommodated my veg friend with a shiitake “pork” bun. Great night out! Would have liked a non $78 ramen option but lots of other delicious options so no complaints!
Dessert was wonderful as was the chicken.
Excellent service as always, our waiter was extremely attentive to our needs, as we had a one year old with us. Gave very helpful recommendations with the menu. Food was nothing short of amazing. Our favorite restaurant when we dine in Las Vegas.
Hands down best meal we had over our week long stay. I am out frequently for conferences and always convince people to go with. Having a sake expert onsite was a treat as he talked us through our options and the history of sake. Will continue to make this a stop on every visit.
Spectacular as always. The bigeye tuna is one of the best menu items on the planet (I've now had it about 8x - pears are the best accompaniment, but this dish is heaven regardless of the fruit pairing). Loved the truffle ramen on most recent visit. Any of the whole fish dishes or sliced meats or large format dishes are amazing. Love this place. Service is tremendous on every visit.
Sat at the bar in front of the Kitchen. Enjoyed being able to interact with the staff and ask questions.
The meal was prefaced with some fantastic drinks courtesy of Joshua at the bar and appetizers at the recommendation of Jenna our server. Even though we had a last minute addition to the party the servers were kind enough to assist us in changing our table which made the night even more memorable. The whiskey highball was just strong enough and it came with a nice clear column of ice running right through the middle. We had the wagyu beef tartare and the pickled plate to start, the tartare was seasoned to perfection and the pickled plate was a nice palate cleanser before we had dinner. The main course was the 5 spice roasted duck served on a bed of crispy rice carved table side. If you come to Vegas and decide to eat at Momofuku please don't do yourself a disservice and make sure you order it at least once. Thanks again to everyone that night that made our night such a wonderful experience.
